going balls to the walls over here 😅#trapped Thx god these balls serve as a dual purpose: stress balls and energy balls #muchneeded I mean I got the time so I decided to test out 4 energy protein ball flavors and have my family try them out. The verdict is below: 1) snickerdoodle 2) oatmeal raisin 3) cookie dough 4) dark chocolate coffee crunch THESE ARE ALL EXTREMELY EASY TO MAKE!!! #glutenfree #dairyfree 1) SNICKERDOODLE: 1.5 tbsp melted coconut butter + 1 tbsp ghee + 2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen peptides + 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1 tbsp @bobsredmill coconut flour + 1/2 cup almond flour. Throw all into bowl, mix it together, freezer for 5, and scoop out a top with more cinnamon and COCONUT SUGARRR! 2) OATMEAL RAISIN: 1 cup gluten free oats + 1 tblspn honey + 1 tspn vanilla extract + 1 tblspn flaxseed + 1/4 cup raisins + 1 tblspn dark coco chips + 1 tblspn @lakanto maple syrup. MIX ALL together and refrigerate for 30 mins. If batter is dry, add more nut butter! 3) COOKIE DOUGH: 2 scoops of @drinkorgain vanilla vegan protein powder + 1/2 scoop @vitalproteins collagen (optional) + 1/3 cup almond flour + 1 tblspn nut milk + 1 tblspn melted coconut oil + 1 tblspn honey + 3 tblspn dark coco chips!!! MIX ALL together and refrigerate! 4) DARK CHOCOLATE ESPRESSO CRUNCH: 1/2 cup almonds + 1/2 cup cashews + 1 tblspn @bobsredmill flaxseed + 1.5 tbsp cacao powder + 1 tsp ground coffee + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tblspn almond milk + 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen peptides + 1 tblspn granola + 1 tbsp @lakanto maple syrup. PULSE everything but the milk. Then add in the milk. Pulse some more. Scoop onto flat sheet and freeze for 30 mins!! Store snickerdoodles and dark coco espresso in freeze and the other two in the fridge! ENJOY MY BORED FRIEND!

No-bake cake pops? Yea let’s just call it that 🤩 Used my left over almond pulp from making almond milk for these 🙌🏻 Texture is like a super moist cake 😯 Recipe for pumpkin spice almond milk 🤤 - 1 cup almonds soaked over night in water - Blended the softened almonds with 3 cups water, 1 tsp maple syrup, dash of pumpkin pie spice mix, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - Strain with a cheese cloth over a strainer and save the pulp!! . Cake pop recipe 🤤 - Pat dry the left over almond pulp (can also use almond flour or finely grind of almonds) - In a food processor, blend 1 cup of the pulp with 4 dates (pitted), 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 4 scoops collagen (can omit or use your own protein powder), and 1/4 cup rolled oats - Turn that into balls (should make about 8) - Roll some of them in hemp seeds or coconut shreds if you like that - Refrigerate for an hour so it gets a bit harder then enjoy 👌🏻

Energy balls to brighten up this quarantine day. Today I really felt like having something sweet and yet good for me. I don’t have a sweet tooth and I find most sweets too sweet but Medjoul dates always manage to give me the right sugary fix when I have a craving. Dried cranberries and lime juice add a pleasant tartness which for me is essential when there’s so much sweetness involved. I ate two of these and was already more than satisfied, so I’ll keep the rest in the fridge and some in the freezer. If you wish to make them they’re quick and easy and you can use the nuts you have in your pantry. You’ll need: 200 gr. of Medjoul dates (weighed with their stones) 80 gr. dried cranberries 50 gr. cashews 50 gr. hazelnuts juice of 1 small lime 70 gr. dark chocolate (I used a 74% one) Chop the nuts in the mixer then add all other ingredients except for the chocolate. Mix until you obtain a coarse, thick paste. Make balls and dip them in the chocolate which you have previously melted au bain marie. 😋 Sweet tooth and binging on choc🍫? . When I first made these balls a couple of years ago, I ended up eating them all. This time my husband and daughter joined in. Not only are they delicious but they are more "filling" than having a chocolate, so you don't eat that many. They contain no added sugar so I would still classify them as healthy 😉. Yet the fact that my picky daughter liked them meant it passes the test as a treat 😁 . I guess they survive in the fridge for a week but they never last that long here. No-bake easter pastery!! 💜 Raw påsk-bakelser!!🧁🐣 Dessa superenkla men ljuvligt goda aprikosbakelser med kokos och vit choklad passar perfekt att baka i påsk. Fylld med nyttigheter. ☺️ Du behöver till bollarna: 3 dl torkade aprikoser 7-8 dadlar 2 dl glutenfria havregryn 1 nypa havssalt 2 msk honung 0,75 dl vegansk smör/ kokosolja Du behöver till frosting: 50 g smält vit sockerfri choklad (exempelvis från @cleaneating.se som jag älskar) 0,5 dl riven kokos Gojibär till dekorering . Gör såhär: Mixa alla ingredienser för bollarna i en mixer. Tips är att hacka aprikoserna litegrann för att hjälpa dem mixas. Rulla till bollar. Smält chokladen på vattenbad men inte helt rinnande utan fortfarande lite stadga. Häll i riven kokos i chokladen. Ta en sked och kleta på som frostig på bollarna. Toppa med gojibär. Låt stelna och ställ sedan i kylen. Om du inte vill ha chokladen på så går det förstås skippa den och äta som raw bollar . RAW VEGAN HOT CROSS BLISS BALLS | With Easter coming all I can think about is the amount of chocolate eggs and sugar my little ones are going to consume in the next few weeks! I decided to started exploring some other options that can break things up a little but still be delicious! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This recipe by one of favourites @pureharvest located here in VIC was a hit! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Balls 70 g almonds 70 g walnuts, pecans, cashews 100 g desiccated coconut 5 medjool dates 1 Tbsp nut butter 2 Tbsp Pureharvest Rice Malt Syrup, 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp mixed spice 1/2 tsp ginger 1 tsp vanilla pinch of salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cross decoration 25 g coconut flour 20 g plain flour 1 Tbsp Pureharvest Rice Malt Syrup, 20 ml Pureharvest Coco Quenchor any nut milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INSTRUCTIONS Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor until it starts to come together and you can mould it into balls. Toasted coconut, macadamia, cashew and sesame truffles🥰🥰 To make these balls I first made a nut butter with toasted nuts, seeds and coconut and then made it into truffles but adding extra coconut to thicken it and then rolling them into balls to cover with dark chocolate. Delicious!😋Although the truffles are amazing, the nut butter by itself is also so so so good. Nut butters are my favourite ever- I eat them by the spoonful and drizzle them on everything! So if you’re after an amazing nut butter recipe, give this one a go- combination of nuts and coconut is to die for! Van blissballs naar blisscubes 👩🏻‍🍳 Ik vind het altijd zo’n werk om die balletjes te draaien, dus ik dacht ‘dat kan vast anders!’ En jawel, ik heb het recept aangepast waardoor je ze nu als blokjes of repen kan snijden. ⁣ ⁣ ❥ Dit heb je nodig:⁣ ⁣ 150 gram dadels⁣ 100 gram gedroogde abrikozen ⁣ 100 gram (glutenvrije) havermout*⁣ 1 el cacao⁣ 2 el gesmolten kokosolie⁣ kokosrasp (garnering)⁣ ⁣ keukenmachine/blender⁣ ovenschaal (klein formaat) + bakpapier ⁣ ⁣ ❥ Zo maak je het:⁣ ⁣ Doe alle droge ingrediënten (behalve de kokosrasp) in een keukenmachine of blender en mix alles fijn. Als laatste giet je de gesmolten kokosolie er doorheen.⁣ ⁣ Bekleed de ovenschaal met het bakpapier en doe het deegmengsel in de schaal. Druk alles goed aan, met je handen gaat dit het makkelijkst. Daarna strooi je er (eventueel) wat kokosrasp overheen. ⁣ ⁣ Zet 2 uurtjes in de koelkast. ⁣ ⁣ Daarna kun je het in blokjes of repen snijden.⁣ ⁣ Enjoy!🤗⁣ ⁣ *De havermout kan je ook door noten vervangen of 50/50. Raw Cacao & Hazelnut Balls Ingredients: 2 cups dates 1/2 cup macadamias 2 tbsp buckwheat kernels 1 tbsp cacao nibs 1/4 tsp vanilla paste 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 cacao powder 1/2 cup Vego spread (any hazelnut spread) Or 10-15 whole roasted hazelnuts Instructions: Heat a small pan over medium heat. Add the maple syrup, buckwheat, cacao nibs and macadamias to the pan and stir.

Continuing stirring gently until the maple syrup has reduced and the buckwheat, cacao nibs and macadamias are caramelised. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until a dough begins to form. The mixture should feel a little sticky. Roll mixture into bite-size balls and insert the Vego spread (or one hazelnut) into the center of each, forming the ball around it. You can then roll them in raw cacao powder (optional). ENJOY 😋

De paaseitjes liggen al weken in de supermarkt, maar komend weekend is het dan zover: Pasen! Ik geniet ervan om lekkere dingen op tafel zetten. Ik maak die het liefst zelf, want veel chocolade, snoepgoed en voorverpakte snacks uit de supermarkt bevatten veel suiker, ongezonde vetten en lege koolhydraten. Dat betekent overigens niet dat ik uren in de keuken sta! Ik kies voor makkelijke en gezonde recepten, zoals muffins en frittata.
