Simple Breakfast. Overnight Oats. This is the breakfast I have most days ⭐️. 40g oats 10g chopped dates Unsweetened almond milk Frozen blueberries Sliced almonds toasted Put the oats and chopped dates in a bowl, cover with almond milk and stir. Leave in the fridge for an hour (or overnight- hence the name ;0). Serve with frozen berries and sliced toasted almond. Personally I like the coldness of the berries but if you don’t then let them defrost before adding them. *why frozen berries? 1. They are much cheaper than fresh. 2. Kennt ihr das? Von Tag zu Tag wird sie unansehnlicher und keiner mag sie essen. Sie wegzuwerfen wäre die reine Lebensmittelverschwendung, denn braune Bananen enthalten reichlich Vitamine und Mineralstoffe. Dieses Bananenschicksal kenne ich zugute. Aus so einem braunen Wunderding wurde dieser Grießpudding. Ich war glücklich, dass nichts in den Mülleimer wanderte und die Banane war glücklich über ihre Verwendung...... 😉💚 Zutaten: (für vier Portionen) - 500ml Milch - 60g Weichweizen Grieß - 2 El Agavendicksaft - 1 reife Banane - 1 P. Salz - Obst nach Belieben ° ° ° ° Zubereitung: Milch in einem Topf aufkochen. Grieß, Agavendicksaft und Salz dazu geben und ca. 2-3 Min. mitkochen lassen. The flavors are really simple letting the cornbread, eggs and broccoli shine through.⁠ ⁠ It took me a long time to create the recipe for the gluten free base of the cornbread quiche. I tried several different gluten free flours and found that brown rice flour resulted in a delicious thick and moist texture without being crumbly. Whether to sweeten cornbread or not is a great debate. These potato and salmon patties are a great way to use up leftover mash. Ingredients: ✔2 cupfuls (400g) leftover mashed potato ✔2 spring onions or small bunch chives, very finely chopped ✔50g mature cheddar cheese, grated ✔165g salmon, cooked and flaked ✔Salt and pepper ✔1 egg, beaten ✔3 tbsp plain flour ✔Rapeseed oil for frying Method 🍴 1. Mix together the cold cooked potato, chopped spring onions, grated cheese, flaked salmon, salt and pepper, beaten egg and 2 tbsp plain flour. ❤️PB&J overnight oats❤️ _____________ Pindakaas overnight oats met homemade framboos chiajam; zó lekker! En het perfecte ontbijtje voor een drukke dag! Je maakt het namelijk al de avond van te voren, waardoor je ‘s ochtends alleen nog maar je kant-en-klare ontbijtje uit de koelkast hoeft te pakken & you’re ready to go! Super handig toch? INGREDIËNTEN HAVERMOUT • 75 g havermout • 1 el chiazaad • 1 el lijnzaad • 1 el pindakaas • 250 ml (plantaardige) melk • 1/2 tl vanille extract INGREDIËNTEN CHIA JAM • 75 g frambozen • 1 tl chiazaad METHODE 1. Doe alle ingrediënten voor de overnight oats in een kom en mix het door elkaar. 2. Maak vervolgens in een ander kommetje de chiajam door de frambozen fijn te prakken en de chiazaad er doorheen te mixen. 3. Plaats zowel de overnight oats als de chiajam een nachtje in de koelkast. 4. Top de overnight oats de volgende morgen af met de chiajam en geniet! In the past I went on without breakfast or having just a smoothie not to fall back into the sleepy moods with heavy food right after waking up.
