Goooooood Morning! NEW SHIRT ALERT 🚨 It didn’t fit at the beginning of the month so that’s cool 😁Got in an awesome workout today! I wasn’t able to get to the gym yesterday so I had to double up. Which that can be a lot but I just set back more time for the extra exercises 🤷🏽‍♀️ Today was #shoulders #legs #glutes and #abs , which I need to work more on. I also did some cardio. It’s hard to go all in on #cardio when I’m gassed from the weights but I did my best lol I upped my #stairs to level 5, and omg is that hard. You wouldn’t think adding 11 more steps per minute is a lot but I was tapped out after 10 min. By the end of February I want to be up to 30 min. That’s the #goal anyway. I added some exercises that I do for glutes. I want to get more of my workout but there’s always ppl around, I’m like can y’all go somewhere else lol anyway time to eat and shower. Taking breaks in your #fitnessjourney 🧠✨ . There are a lot of reasons why you should take a break vs why you shouldn’t. Coming from a person who walked through 100 consecutive weeks of fitness & mindset transformation; I recommend you read this caption & go take that break if you need it. . Life is never going to stay the same, if you are comfortable with who you are & what you have today, there is a high chance it will change tomorrow on a trigger. And this sudden unexpected change can throw you off-guard & disorient you for a brief period. Eg: a sudden death in the family or a new relationship or a new job. It doesn’t have to necessarily shake your core -- but if it does - take some time off. . . Fitness overall means “health” = benefiting your body & mind .. if there is an emotional complication in your mind, its hard to learn & elevate yourself. It becomes even more stressful. And after reading so many papers on how stress can literally kill you - take that week off & recover your mind state. . Choosing to take a break out of sheer laziness is a case I am not willing to discuss here; I assume you already know you are lazy but too lazy to fix your laziness ! . . 🤎Your results, transformation etc come secondary to emotional/mental health. It is imperative that you fix that before you worry about the next workout. Mi desayuno... Dos huevos estrellados, con dos tortillas @nopaliaoficial. Apenas 60 calorías por dos tortillas, un gran contenido en fibra. No voy a negar, que para la "manera" en que he seguido mi régimen, yo esperaría estar más delgada del 6 de enero que inicie, al día de hoy 28 de enero, pero la verdad es que se que apenas son 22 días de cambio, mi cuerpo se está adaptando a mi nueva y sana manera de comer. Me está ayudando a nivel racional y emocional un podcast increible que recomiendo al 100 @anaariz y de "que tiene hambre tu vida" son mi nuevo aliado en este viaje. Blueberry Cashew Butter Muffins 🥧 • If you are looking for a baked goods recipe that is gluten, grain & dairy-free this is one of the easiest paleo dessert recipes I’ve tried, as all the ingredients get thrown in the blender & the only thing I didn’t have in the cupboard or fridge already was the cashew butter (which you can sub for other nut butter if you prefer) 😍 • ~~~ • 1 cup creamy cashew butter • 2 bananas • 2 eggs (sub for flax if vegan) • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup) • 1/2 tsp vanilla • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 3/4 cup blueberries ~~~ 1 - combine all ingredients except berries in food processor 2 - stir in blueberries 3 - bake for 15 minutes at 200degrees C

I like a lot of food on a bed of lettuce. So that’s what I do a lot for dinner. All cooked together is some ground turkey, bell peppers, onions, jalapeños, with garlic and a tiny bit of bbq sauce and sriracha of course. Put on a nice bed of lettuce and brown rice with some avocados. (Did you know that bbq sauce isn’t all that bad for you if you find the right one? Good news for me because it’s my favorite)

Physique update: I got too fat, but I'm also stronger and have better flexibility and mobility than I ever have. This is 6'3" at 211.9lbs. As a disclaimer: whenever somebody says, "I'm too fat," or "I'm too skinny," or anything of that variety, they're judging only themselves. It's based on my own standards of either where I've been or where I want to be, and has no bearing on how I think other people should look. Also, yes, I know I make dumb faces in these posts. 🥗 Roasted Veggies Salad Bowl ⏲ Under 25 Mins | Serves 1 Discovering baby broccoli was the best thing that has ever happened to me 😂 It’s probably my favorite leafy veggie & it’s delicious cooked any way 😍 Roasted, sautéed, grilled, you name it 🤷🏽‍♀️ Paired with some other delicious veggies & you’ve got yourself one heavenly meal 👼🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deets👇🏼 ▫️Greens - Spinach & Kale ▫️Veggies - Mini Sweet Peppers, Zucchini, Baby Broccoli ▫️Spices - Perfect Pinch All-Purpose Seasoning (@mccormickspice), Salt & Pepper ▫️Avocado, sliced ▫️Radish, sliced ▫️Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (@aldiusa) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How To⁉️ ▫️Start off by washing your veggies. Then cut your mini sweet peppers length-wise. Slice your zucchini, avocado, & radish. ▫️In a large sheet pan, lay in some aluminum foil. Add your baby broccoli, zucchini, & peppers. Spray with avocado oil & season with your spices. Flip over & repeat to the other side. ▫️Cook in the toaster oven at 425° for 10 mins. Remove the broccoli, & cook for another 5 mins. 👉🏼 In a large salad bowl, lay in a bed of greens. Add in your avocado, roasted veggies, radish slices, and dollops of hummus.
