А от спекти щось смачненьке вдома, то залюбки. ⠀ І переважно печиво я печу ввечері, годинка так 19-21. Але ввечері намагаюсь "захистити" печиво від нальотів домашніх😂, щоб було що дати зранку діткам в школу і до ранішньої кави з'їсти смаколика. ⠀ Цей рецепт надзвичайно простий тим, що потрібно просто змішати всі інгредієнти разом, додати родзинки, викласти на деко та випікати. На весь процес піде хвилин 10, на випікання хвилин 15-20. ⠀ ▪️200мл тахіні ▪️2/3скл. коричневого/кокосового цукру ▪️2 яйця ▪️1-2ч.л. ванільного екстракту ▪️1ч.л. розпушувача для тіста ▪️1/2скл. родзинок ⠀ Покласти у чашу міксера усі інгредієнти, крім родзинок. Змішати до однорідної консистенції, це зручно робити за допомогою міксера. ⠀ Додати промиті і підсушені родзинки, перемішати. ⠀ Деко застелити пергаментом. За допомогою ложки викласти тісто на деко. Це зручно робити за допомогою ложки для морозива. ⠀ Дотримуйтесь дистанції між печивом😁, адже під час випікання вони будуть збільшуватись і намагатись порушувати особистий простір сусідніх печеньок😜 ⠀ Випікати у розігрітій до 180° духовці 15-20 хвилин. Pokchoy, mushroom stuffed omelette - healthy Breakfast . Heat 1tsp butter in a pan, add 1tsp minced garlic and 1/4tsp chilli flakes,fry for a second,add2 cups of chopped pokchoy,1cup mushroom and salt. Cook till done. Remove vegetables from the pan . In medium bowl, beat 4 eggs,salt and pepper with fork or whisk until well mixed. Reheat same pan over medium-high heat. Quickly pour egg mixture into pan. While sliding pan back and forth rapidly over heat, quickly stir with spatula to spread eggs continuously over bottom of pan as they thicken. Let stand over heat a few seconds to lightly brown bottom of omelette. Do not overcook; omelette will continue to cook after folding.Place cooked pokchoy mixture over half of omelette With spatula, fold other half of omelette over vegetables(or roll the omelette)Gently slide out of pan onto plate. 🥣 Have you tried overnight oats? They're the easiest summer meal prep you could find, simply mix 3 cups of oats with 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 ripe banana, 1 cooled cup of our masala chai and some honey. Add your favourite nuts, seeds and spices in to mix it up. Mornings can be tough. . Late to bed Restless nights Cozy warm bed Just plain tired . All reasons I used to find to not get up and workout in the morning. I would find any excuse I could, push the snooze button and then go back to sleep promising myself I would workout after work. . Well, that didn't happen…life happened instead. I kept letting myself down morning after morning. Not a good way to start the day. . But, in 2013, i joined my first challenge group. I committed to working out every morning no matter what for 30 days. I figured I could do anything for 30 days and I knew those ladies in that group, were counting on me. . So, I set my clothes out the night before (right next to the bathroom), set my alarm and when it went off, I got out of bed. For 30 days, I got up. For 20 of those days, I struggled and tried to talk myself out of it. But somewhere in that journey, something changed. Getting up to workout was no longer an option. I just did it. . And those habits have stuck with me to this day. . Yes, I still have nights where I get to bed late. ....like tonight😝 Yes, I still have restless nights (hello being in your 50's) Yes, my bed is cozy warm — especially this winter And, Yes, some mornings I am just plain tired. . But, I get up when my alarm goes off, grab my clothes that I laid out the night before and get my workout done. . If you want to start working out in the mornings or creating a new habit — you can do it. Just start.

This is my "Hell Yeah" face. . A couple weeks ago a friend came to me and asked if I would help him with his eating. My reaction? OF COURSE! . After we talked about his goals and lifestyle, I got him set up with an eating plan, which he dove right into. He told me each day what he was eating and made sure he was on track. . A few days in, I asked him how he was feeling. He said he felt less bloated and could cinch his belt a lot easier. After a few more days, he told me it felt like his belt was non existent. Then he said it... the words that made me do the "Hell Yeah" face... "I'm doing this!" . I am so freaking excited for him! He committed to a healthier version of himself and is rocking it! HEALTHY BANANA BREAD- This is yet another great recipe from @erinliveswhole (suggested by @abbybaailey because if you can’t tell, we love Erin so much)! She used simple substitutes to make a little bit healthier of a bread and also no refined sugar! Can’t wait to to make this one again as soon I have ripe bananas. I’ve been saving up some togo breakfast, afternoon snack ideas. I work from home most of the week, so there’s days where I’m like what the heck am I gonna have for breakfast or a snack. I also make these for the boofran! . . Buy an assortment of fruit that’s in season, cuties/strawberries/bananas/blueberries/pineapples have been great this season. So buy some chop them up and store them in @snapwarestorage containers! I also bought some mini bagels from @aldiusa and create a breakfast/snack box. The cheese, hummus, slim pretzels, and cherry tomatoes are from @aldiusa and @costco so good for a savory snack! . . Do yall remember those oatmeal/banana muffins and bread I made well, the muffins went fast (nomnom) and I wanted to save the bread for later use, so chopped up the bread into sticks and froze them. I popped two of them into the microwave for 1.5 min and THEY TASTE AMAZING. In pic number 2, I have the sticks and if you take a bite of one with the berries it taste like fresh made oatmeal🤤 . . Yummy cranberry muffins! 2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 teaspoons baking powder. 1/4 cup apple sauce, 1 cup whey (strained off from yogurt) or milk, 1/4 vegetable oil, 1 cup frozen cranberries. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another. Add dry to wet and mix gently until just combined. Fold in cranberries and scoop mixture into greased muffin tin. Bake at 400F for 240-25 minutes.
