These two meals look and taste identical, but they are not. From two small changes the meal on the left has 140 calories fewer than the right. Simply by changing from regular potato to spud light (carisma) and changing from regular beef mince to lean mince we are able to significantly reduce the calories of this meal. If you were able to make a few more changes like the above throughout your day you would be well on your way to losing weight without restricting yourself from the foods that you enjoy.

Outro ponto que chamo a atenção é o horário de dormir, durma cedo! Tem pessoas que têm o privilégio de fazer seu jantar em torno das 19h, se vc é um desses, aproveite e durma cedo, seus genes responderão positivamente. . Fatores transcricionais tais como PPARgama, envolvidos também com a produção de gordura são estimulados após as 20h ou 21h (e também pelo consumo de carboidratos refinados), não é hora para refeições pesadas, por isso falo tanto de chás e alimentos de baixo índice glicêmico nesses horários. . Se dormir cedo não vai ficar procurando coisas para comer à noite. . Já falei aqui sobre o consumo de chás de camomila, mulungu, própolis para auxiliar no sono. . Se vc me perguntasse agora qual o primeiro passo para um estilo de vida saudável, perda de peso e prevenção de doenças te diria "durma cedo"!

Sautéing fresh broccoli, carrots, and onion to go with brown rice & baked chicken for my husband and 7 year old daughter. Although I’m plant based I don’t pressure them into eating as I do but I do make sure that they still eat healthy. Sautéed kale, mushrooms and white beans, the latter of which I mashed on top of some @cocobakes #glutenfree sourdough bread. My husband says this is the best thing I’ve made in a long time 🥰 Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and drained white beans until the liquid starts to thicken, about 7-10 mins. Add kale until just wilted, another 2-3 mins. Season with juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 tbsps @bragglivefoodproducts nutritional yeast, sea salt and freshly ground pepper. I had some truffle sea salt from @olivethatandmore so I used that as well, and it was 💯. #whatsfordinner #plantbased #myblueoven
