Pataniscas vegetarianas 💚 Já sei que vão querer a receita e eu como sou boa pessoa tenho todo o gosto em vos dar. Usei as quantidades abaixo referidas e rendeu 13 pataniscas. Ingredientes: 🍃 Meia corgete grande; 🍃 1 cenoura; 🍃 Meia cebola grande bem picada; 🍃 1 dente de alho bem picado; 🍃 Meia lata de milho doce; 🍃 Claras de ovo (uso as da @prozisportugal) mas deve ser o equivalente a umas 4 claras de ovos grandes; 🍃 Farinha de aveia e farinha normal (aqui a quantidade não sei bem foi até obter a consistência de uma massa); 🍃Temperos: sal, pimenta, alho em pó e salsa Preparação: 1- Picar a cebola e o alho; 2- Ralar a corgete e a cenoura e adicionar à cebola e ao alho; 3- Juntar o milho e envolver; 4- Juntar as claras; 5- Colocar os temperos acima referidos; 6- Adicionar primeiro a farinha de aveia e depois a farinha de trigo até obter uma massa; 7- Retificar os temperos se necessário (eu retifiquei); 8- Untar uma frigideira anti-aderente com um fio de azeite e colocar a patanisca. Para cada patanisca coloquei 2 a 3 colheres de sopa cheias. Et voilá, habemos pataniscas!👌 Quero ver essas recriações! Tofu a la naranja, se acaba de convertir en una de mis formas favoritas de preparar el tofu! Un bloque de tofu cortado en daditos, zumo de una naranja, sal y pimienta, lo pase por la sartén hasta que empezó a caramelizar el zumo de naranja y listo! Un plato completo en 10 minutos! After coming off of 5 days of fasting and prayer with no food just water, I craved fruits and vegetables! This salad was so so sooooo good! Going that many days without food not only helped spiritually but it helped physically as well. Just going on a 3 day fast can have huge health benefits because it helps rejuvenate cells and kickstarts the body’s self healing process and power. Discovering #dill . Again for today we try to find some project that is fun and worthwhile. It has been 3 week now since self isolation, but overall between us two, in the house, we are fine and have no problem. The stress is with other people more or less. I am very happy to have this partner and that we function together really well LOL. . Now one of the thing I am trying to do as a side project is house renovation. I did buy some furniture abs decorate my house, order in new kitchen gadget and also try to make my own pickle and nut butter. This has been fun. Next step on my list is to finish some books. . We are trying to cook with dill today. I throw them into pasta and it is a bit mehhh. You guys have any recommendations on what goes great with dill and what to make with it? Curry készült ma ebédre 😋 Dobáltam bele mindenféle jóságot, ami itthon a kezem ügyébe akadt. 15 ml kókuszolajon megpirítottam 1 ek fűszerköményt 1 tk koriandermagot 2 mk kurkumát. Közben megtisztítottam és felaprítottam 280 g vöröshagymát és a pirított fűszerekhez adtam, hogy együtt piruljanak tovább. Amikor a hagyma megdinsztelődött, rázúztam 4 gerezd fokhagymát és 2 hüvelykujjnyi gyömbért is hozzáadtam lereszelve. Összeforgattam őket, végül a kondérhoz adtam 550 g tisztított és felkockázott édesburgonyát, egy doboz (400 ml) konzerv főtt csicseriborsót (lé nélkül), és 400 g darabolt paradicsom konzervet, valamint felöntöttem 400 ml kókusztejjel. Sóztam, borsoztam, és takarék lángon hagytam rotyogni kb 25-30 percig. Közben az éjszakára beáztatott barnarizst is megfőztem. Amikor a curry megfőtt, beledobtam 2 marék spenótot, és a rizzsel együtt tálaltam. Papaya, Orange And Turmeric Smoothie⁣ ⁣ Papaya is a tropical fruit and the tree yields fruit almost throughout year. The papaya is packed with vital minerals, vitamins and other nutrients. Vegetables curry with quinoa as a side dish🥰😍 I used coconut cream, frozen mexican vegetables mix and tahini spices, one small onion and 3 cloves of garlic . Roasted the chopped onion with the chopped garlic using 3 sprays of olive oil.Added the frozen vegetables and let them de freeze for 5 min mixing continuously, adding the coconut cooking cream and the curry spices. Let them simmer on the stove for about 10 min meanwhile the coconut cream reduced forming a sauce. I boiled some quinoa as a side dish usually when I make quinoa I use the 1 to 2 ratio -> 1 cup of quinoa to 2 cups of water. 🌚 . Currently sitting out side, eating the lonely half donut (+ more), soaking in the last few moments of daylight. I stayed at home today; I cooked, spent time with my favourite people in the world, had a fight with one of my favourite people in the world. I wore my slippers all day, listened to the birds outside for a while and learnt a new dance. I made up with said favourite person & thought about all the things I’m grateful for, in a time where it’s easy to forget. I hope you laughed at something funny today, and instead of hugging someone maybe you can tell them something you really reeally love about their personality. These donuts are by far the best healthy ones in the whole wide world thanks to @foodwithfeeling . . • 1 banana mashed • 1/2 cup almond milk • 1/4 sweetener (maple, honey, rice malt etc) • 3 T nut butter (I used 1 PB, 2 tahini) • 1 cup gf flour (I used 1/2 brown rice fl, 1/4 buckwheat, 1/4 almond fl) • 1 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1/3 cup coconut sugar & cinnamon for dusting at the end. 1. Mix wet ingredients together. 2. Sift in dry. 3. Bake at 180’C for 15 mins. Cool for 15. 4. Dust in cinnamon sugar. . * I didn’t have a donut pan, so put pipping nozzles/tips in the bottom of 12 muffins trays instead and it worked perfectly fine

Then add 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 tbsp butter, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, lightly stir and microwave again 1 minute. Add another 1/4 cup of cheese, stir and microwave 1 minute. When Mac and cheese comes out it will be super #hotandbubbly transfer to a bowl, let cool about a minute or two and enjoy! 😘

ROASTED RED PEPPER PASTA Prep 5 min Cook 25 min Ready in 30 min INGREDIENTS • 5 qts. (5 L) water • 2 tbsp (30 mL) salt • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil • ¼–½ tsp (1–2 mL) red pepper flakes • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Italian Seasoning Mix • 1 can (6 oz./170 g) tomato paste • 1 lb. (450 g) rotini pasta • 1 can (14 oz./411 g) fire-roasted tomatoes, undrained • 1 jar (16 oz./454 g) roasted red peppers, undrained • 1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic vinegar • ⅓ cup (75 mL) golden raisins • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese, fresh basil DIRECTIONS 1) Bring the water to a boil in the Multipot and add the salt. 2) Heat the oil in the 12" (30-cm) Nonstick Skillet over medium heat for 3–5 minutes. Add the red pepper flakes and seasoning. Toast for 1 minute, or until fragrant. 3) Add the tomato paste to the pan and stir. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4) Carefully lower the Silicone Collapsible Steamer & Strainer (fully expanded) into the pot. Add the pasta and cook, uncovered, for 1 minute less than the instructions on the box, stirring occasionally. 5) Add the remaining ingredients to the tomato paste mixture and stir to combine. It's a simple shot that features citrus, ginger and apple - popular food remedies for cold and flu.⁣ ⁣ How to make it: 🙌⁣ ⁣ It would be best if you use your JUICER to make this ginger-lemon-apple shot, but if you need to, you can make it with a high powered blender. A juicer gets much more out of the ginger, but since it is so inexpensive some loss is fine.⁣ ⁣ To make this shot using a blender, add roughly chopped ginger, peeled lemon and apples to your blender. We tried @woon.heng’s Char Siu Rice recipe with a few swaps. We omitted the sriracha (because we didn’t have any on hand) and used smoked paprika. We also baked the tofu instead of frying it. — This turned out pretty good. It made me think two things: (1) We miss five spice, which is common in dishes back home. Feeling out of control with your eating habits lately? Stress or, mindless snacking sneaking in? Me too! 🙋‍♀️ . . We haven’t been able to find all of our regular fresh produce and foods each week, but we are doing the best we can to make most of our choices as healthy as possible. Has some stress eating come into play a few times? Yes! However, I’m refusing to let it snowball into days of one too many treats and giving up. What you put in your body has an incredible impact on how you feel and function each day. It is ABSOLUTELY something we should be mindful of. If you choose to ignore it, and mindlessly eat, then don’t be surprised at your lack of energy and frequency of illness. The beauty is, your next meal can heal your body rather than hurt it. This is one reason I’m so grateful for my virtual bootcamp groups. Weekly, simple meal plans and extra accountability. Regardless if we choose one too many treats, we can get right back to it with support! If you’re needing some extra guidance and accountability with your nutrition, join us! CHOPPED FRIDAY! . I have’t been to the grocery store in 12 days! At this point, if I want anything green, I HAVE to go tomorrow. (Wish me luck!) . I’m putting together a meal with some of the items last of what I have on hand. I’m choosing these: ground turkey, an open can of black beans, cheese, bread, some kale and some beets. There are a couple other things I could do with some pumpkin soup and such… but BURGERS were calling out to me. So, turkey burgers are what’s for dinner. .
