Ieri al supermercato ho trovato queste puree @valfruttaofficial della linea 100%veggie Della stessa linea abitualmente consumo i succhi e mi piace in particolare quello alla zucca. Oggi ho assagguato la purea alla barbabietola. Il gusto è lo stesso dei succhi quindi per me è approvato 🔝🔝🔝 ↪️Sono una valida alternativa al succo da mangiare al cucchiaio. Tofu& Veggies Satay ! For the sake of insta ... i put them in bamboo skewer but while i was away from home for long time and craved for satay . I just seared them on a pan and they were as good as grilling ! . When I shared this in my Instagram stories a little while ago I got a ton of messages asking for the recipe 🍝⁣ ⁣ This plant powered version of the classic sauce is packed with veggies and high in protein and fibre. Bakery style blueberry and lemon muffins! (GF, DF, RSF) Every week I’ve been baking a few bits and pieces to get us through the week, and these were on the menu this week. These were an adaptation of @rachlmansfield ‘s recipe, with a few lil tweeks here and there. I like to pair one of these with some Greek yogurt, but they’re just as good on their own. INGREDIENTS: 2 eggs 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1/3 cup coconut oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 cups of gluten free oat flour (just blend gluten free oats into a flour) 1/2 cup coconut sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder Zest and juice of one lemon 1 cup blueberries (fresh is ideal) 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Cinnamon sugar (1/2 teaspoon cinnamon + 2 tablespoons coconut sugar) Whisk together the wet ingredients in a bowl. In a seperate bowl combine the oat flour, coconut sugar and baking powder. Add the dry to the wet and then fold in the blueberries, lemon and walnuts. Place into muffin tins and sprinkle the DIY cinnamon sugar on top of each muffin evenly. Bake on 180C for 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool before removing and eating!

Crunchy AND mousse-ie... Take that in 🤤 Ingredients: Crookie crumble mousse squares😍: 450g Pumpkin Purée 225g Almond Butter 64g Cocoa Powder 113g Maple Syrup 200g Coconut Oil Chocolate frosting: 240ml Oat Milk 220g Vegan Chocolate Chunks Method: 🐽Line an 20cm x 20cm pan with parchment paper and set aside 🐽Blend pumpkin purée, almond butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder & maple syrup until fully combined and smooth 🐽Transfer your brownie batter into the lined pan and refrigerate until firm 🐽Prepare your chocolate ganache by adding the oat milk into a small saucepan. Heat until warm. Once warm, stir through your chocolate chips until the warm milk melts completely 🐽Allow the frosting to cool until thick and spreadable. Spread all over the brownies. 🐽Drizzle with peanut butter & top with crumbled crookies 🐽Refrigerate until the frosting has firmed up. Slice into 16 pieces. Enjoy! Much love, Evie xx

Amaranth Porridge. Hhhmmm. 🤔 Well if you ‘eat to live’ it’s gluten-free (if that affects you) high in protein, fibre and manganese, phosphorus, iron and calcium. If you ‘live to eat’ it’s not the tastiest thing I’ve ever eaten. I won’t be making it again 😝 It’s tastes like a bland but slightly bitter gloop. I had to add the rest of the banana 🍌 to make it tasty. I think I’ll be popping the rest of the bag (see yesterday’s post) and not buying it again. Ben biraz evdeki malzemelerle değiştirdim. Fırında 5 dk fazla tutunca çok kıtırdaklı tam çocukların sevdiği türden oldu. . Malzemeler şöyle; . ▪️1 sb glutensiz yulaf unu ▪️ 1 sb teff unu ▪️ 1 yumurta ▪️ 1 çb dut kurusu (öğütücüde toz haline getirdim) ▪️ 2 yk tahin ▪️ 2 yk tereyağı (ben keçi tereyağı ve kakao yağı kullandım) ▪️ 4 yk su ▪️ 2 yk elma sirkesi ▪️ 1 yk portakal kabuğu tozu . Glutensiz olarak karabuğday, kinoa , kestane, yer bademi gibi farklı unları da kullanabilirsiniz. (Ben bakliyat unlarını çok sevmiyorum. Kokuları ağır geliyor bana.) . 👩🏻‍🍳 Yumurtayı iyice çırptık. İçine tahin, su, sirke, erimiş yağları ekledik. Ardından un, dut kurusu ve portakal kabuğu tozlarını ekleyip hamuru hazırladık. Buzdolabında 15dk beklettik. Çıkarttıktan sonra iki fırın kağıdı arasında yarım cm kalınlığında açtım. Sonra kalıplar yardımıyla bisküvilerimizi çıkarttık. 160 derece önceden ısınmış fırında maksimum 20 dk da pişiyor. Fırının kapağını aralayıp soğuttuk. What do you think? 👌⁣ ⁣ INGREDIENTS⁣ - 250g Merchant Gourmet Tomatoey French Puy & Green Lentils⁣ - 1/2 small onion, finely diced⁣ - 1 small carrot, finely diced⁣ - 1 small celery stick, finely diced⁣ - 450ml chicken stock⁣ - 150g cooking chorizo, sliced into 1cm pieces⁣ - 1 and 1/2 tbsp good quality red wine⁣ - vinegar⁣ - 2 slices of sourdough bread, toasted⁣ - olive oil to drizzle⁣ - fresh basil leaves⁣ - fresh rocket leaves⁣ - fresh cracked pepper⁣ ⁣ INSTRUCTIONS⁣ 1. Warm a large pot and add oil⁣ 2. Sauté the onion, carrot, and celery for 5-8 minutes. Add the stock and lentils, simmer for 5 minutes⁣ 3. Meanwhile, warm a pan and cook chorizo for 2-3 minutes, pour off excess fat and glaze with vinegar, swirl until coated and add to soup⁣ 4. Cake for breakfast.....as it’s when I enjoy it most. 😍 Been baking a lot with @sainsburys free from flours recently and I’m so impressed with the great results I’ve been getting. 👍🥳 This particular #glutenfree cake is just a simple basic sponge. It’s one of my go to super quick recipes which I use in many different ways....cupcakes, small sweet buns to add jam and syrup etc to and warm them up for a quick pud to enjoy with gf custard. I also make a really quick fruit sponge pudding, by spooning a couple of tablespoons of the sponge mixture over the top of stewed fruit and finish with a generous sprinkle of caster sugar over the top before baking... this takes a little while longer to bake than a plain sponge cake. About 40 mins I would say. If you fancy rustling up a dead quick sponge, the quantity below will either give you a basic 2 tin sponge cake, 12 large cupcakes or 24 fairy cakes. Should you choose to use it to top stewed fruit, just halve the recipe - this would then be enough for a pudding to feed about 4 people. 200g gluten free SR flour 200g butter (Lurpak spreadable is marvellous for cake making but not the low fat variety) 200g caster sugar 4 large eggs Teaspoon vanilla extract (check gf) If using sprinkles to decorate check gluten free. Many are not. Preheat oven 180C 160C Fan Gas 4 350F Pop all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Get an electric mixer of any type on the job and whisk until light and creamy. And that’s it. Simply use as you wish. 2 x 8 inch sandwich cake bake for approx 25 min Muffins approx 15-18 min Fairy cakes approx 10-12min

I'm always asked what helps keep my autoimmune condition in remission.
