C H A L L E N G E - B R E A K F A S T S It's not all eggs on the meal plan, don't you worry about that... we've got variety well and truly covered! Feta and avo toast appears a couple of times within the plan, along with at least 25 breakfast varieties over the six week window. If you find one or two things you absolutely just love, then enjoy them more often than are in the plan, or if you want to shake it up almost every day, then keep trying the new recipes as you see them! When creating our plan layouts, we always try and factor in as much as we can in relation to the days of the week that make the most sense to have certain things. Not because it makes a difference in terms of what day you are eating what... but in terms of food prepping etc. Most weeks start with the opportunity to make a few dishes on a Sunday to get you through early week, and then another prep up on a Wednesday to take you through to the weekend. You will feel super organised and on track. The challenge is always AWESOME for that. Lock it in. Link in bio

Ingredienti: 40gr di farina gusto lemon pie @prozisitalia , 10gr di farina di cocco, 15gr di cacao amaro, 10gr di gocce di cioccolato fondente, 120gr di albume e un pizzico di bicarbonato + limone per la lievitazione. L’ho cotta in microonde per 3 minuti ed ogni 30sec lo fermavo e lo aprivo per togliere l’umidità (e controllare che non strabordasse😂😉). FIG TOAST Happy toast Tuesday, it’s time for a new toast. I don’t eat a lot of bread or toast for breakfast but once in a while I make one and then I go all out. Den Magerquark, das Puddingpulver, das Whey, die Flohsamen, etwas Süße und Zimt hinzufügen und verrühren. Die Heidelbeeren und das steifgeschlagene Eiklar unterheben. Bei 170°C ca. 20min backen. This morning I woke up to my favorite breakfast and a beautiful view! What could be better!!!!! 4 ounces of oatmeal, 6 oz mango, 2 ounces of nuts yummm 😋!!! And this will last me until lunch. When I first moved to Utah I was hungry all the time. It was annoying because I would end up eating things that I would never usually eat. Not to mention that it was expensive eating out all the time. I was hungry like every hour.... then I heard about bright line eating and I followed the meal plan. It was such a blessing because after that, if I followed the plan, I wouldn’t be hungry until my next meal and I was eating healthy foods. The book is designed to help people who would like to lose weight and keep it off. Yes I did lose weight even though that’s not what I used it for and I love the meal plan!
