Receta de Panqué marmoleado ❤️ Ingredientes: •4 plátanos maduros •1 taza de harina de avena •1/2 taza de harina de arroz •1/2 cdta de polvo para hornear •1/4 cdta de bicarbonato de sodio •1/4 taza de miel de maple •1 huevo (Se puede sustituir por 1 cda de linaza molida + 2 cdas de agua tibia) •1 cda de aceite de coco •1/2 taza de leche vegetal •Pizca de sal de mar •1/2 cdta de canela •Pizca de nuez moscada (Opcional) •1 cdta de vainilla •20 g de chocolate oscuro picado + •1/4 taza de cacao en polvo •Un chorrito de leche vegetal ____________________ Precalienta tu horno a 160 Machaca los plátanos y agrega los ingredientes líquidos + el huevo. En otro bowl mezcla las harinas y el resto de los ingredientes (excepto el cacao y el chocolate picado). Agrega los líquidos en la mezcla de harinas y mezcla hasta que esté todo bien incorporado. Divide la mezcla en dos y a una parte le agregarás el cacao y el chorrito de leche. En un molde agrega primero una capa con la mezcla sin cacao y luego la de chocolate. Ve haciendo swirls y repite el procedimiento hasta que viertas toda la mezcla. Adorna con los trozos de chocolate y puedes ponerle unas rebanadas de plátano :) Lleva al horno por un tiempo de 45 a 60 minutos, introduce un palillo para ver si ya está listo. PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. no gluten. no dairy. no, you’re not dreaming. grab the work-in-progress recipe below and let me know if yours disappear from your kitchen as fast as mine did 😂🤩 Gluten and dairy free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies: 2 cups almond flour 3/4 coconut sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup coconut oil 1 egg 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp peanut butter 2 cups dairy free dark chocolate chips sea salt to top Combine coconut sugar and coconut oil, then add egg and vanilla. Incorporate flour and baking powder then peanut butter and chocolate chips. Using a tablespoon, scoop dough onto baking sheet and gently press down to flatten the ball. Bake at 325 for about 10 minutes. It’s okay if they’re a little gooey when you take them out of the oven, they’ll continue cooking on the sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving ✨

I love throwing in additional ingredients into protein balls like this, because it’s so easy to get in extra superfoods and nutrients. I made these with almond flour, 3 scoops of @vitalproteins collagen, pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon, clove, ginger, nutmeg) and threw in @pureencapsulations tri-alkali as a sweetener. Ingredients: • 1 1/4 cup (150g) All Purpose Flour • 2.5 tablespoons (20g) Coconut Sugar - i get mine at @traderjoes • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder + 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon + 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg + 1/8 teaspoon Ground Ginger • 1/8 teaspoon Salt • 1 egg • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil • ~ 1/2 cup Carrot, shredded (100g) • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1/4 cup (30g) chopped walnuts • 1 small box of Raisins . Filling • 4 tablespoons ROOM TEMP. Light Cream Cheese • 2-3 tablespoons Sugarfree Confectioner Sugar (@swervesweetie ) OR regular confectioner sugar • 1-2 tablespoon almond milk . DIRECTIONS 👇🏼 (makes 8 muffins) . 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray to avoid sticking. 2. In a mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients (flour through salt as listed above). Mix. 3. In a another mixing bowl, add all your wet ingredients (egg through milk). Mix. 4. Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix. Add in chopped walnuts & raisins *optional*. . 5. Finally, in a small bowl (last time, i swear) - add room temp. cream cheese, sweetener, and SLOWLY add almond milk a teaspoon at a time. Mix until you reach a thick frosting consistency. 6. Fill each muffin mold half way, place a dollop of your filling, cover again with muffin batter. 7. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Decadent chocolate zucchini muffins......The kids will never know they are full of zucchini because they taste so great! 1/2 cup almond butter, 1 banana ripe, 1 egg, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder unsweetened, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 cup zucchini shredded, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Preheat oven to 375, add all ingredients to blender except for chocolate chips and zucchini. Add zucchini and chocolate chips and blend. Para que endulcen su fin de semana les dejo esta: “Churritos saludables” con solo 4 ingredientes 👅📍@comunica_salud . . 1️⃣En una olla ponemos a hervir 3/4 taza de agua , agrega 1 cdta. de aceite de coco, 1 cdta. de esencia de vainilla y stevia al gusto. 2️⃣Cuando todo esté bien disuelto vamos agregando 1 taza de harina de avena poco a poco. 3️⃣apagamos el fuego y seguimos mezclando hasta que quede como una masa homogénea. 4️⃣Dejamos enfriar un poco(pero no demasiado) y ponemos esa masa en una manga con una boquita. 5️⃣En una bandeja engrasada vamos formando con la manga los churros. 6️⃣Metemos al horno por unos 20 minutos aproximadamente y listo! . . 🌟Los puedes acompañar con fudge fit : cacao en polvo, stevia, vainilla y agua o leche. Spray a 8″x5″ (or similar size) loaf pan with baking spray (the kind with flour in it) and set aside. . In a large bowl mash the bananas until completely smooth. I'll be sharing some recipes during this quarantine because #StayHomeAndBake Starting with Rachel Mansfield's gluten-free fudgy brownies that are SO amazing and secretly kind of healthy, though you could never tell. Highly recommend (and they were boyfriend tested and approved)👌🏼👌🏼 Ingredients: •1 cup nut butter (or tahini) •1/4 cup maple syrup •1/2 cup coconut sugar •2 eggs •1 teaspoon vanilla extract •1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons cocoa powder •1 teaspoon baking powder •1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate) Directions: •Preheat oven to 350° and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and grease well •Cream together the nut butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, eggs and vanilla •Mix in the cocoa powder and baking powder until combined (it's going to be thick) •Fold in chocolate chips or any other additions (I used walnuts) then add batter to baking dish •Bake for 22-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean when you check the brownies) •Allow them to set for a few minutes then enjoy! @rachlmansfield has soo many amazing and delicious recipes just saying!!

Superfood easy-to-make banana bread recipe. Gluten-free, nourishing and healthy. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ * 3 very ripe medium bananas⁣ * 3 eggs⁣ * 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk⁣ * 2 ½ cups packed blanched fine almond flour ⁣ * 1 teaspoon cinnamon⁣ * 1 teaspoon baking soda⁣ * ½ teaspoon salt⁣ * ½ cup dark chocolate chips ⁣ * 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil to grease the pan.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Mix all the wet ingredients first, then mix in all the dry ingredients (use wooden spoon or back of the fork). Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Bake for 50 minutes-1 hour or until tester comes out clean in the middle of the bread. Once cool, cut into slices - I like to serve it with some almond butter, some maple syrup and some chia seeds on top! Enjoy!⁣

Chocolate tahini oat bars 💖 Time in kitchen: 25 mins Crust: • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil • 1.5 cup oats • 1 cup oat flour (or any flour of choice) • 1/2 tsp cardamom • 1/4 tsp salt • 1 tbsp maple syrup Filling: • 1.5 80% @lindt chocolate bars • 1/2 cup tahini • 2 tbsp maple syrup Combine crust ingredients in a bowl, press into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper, leaving about 1/3 of the crust for topping. Freeze for 15 minutes while melting the filling in a bowl above boiled water. Spread the chocolate mixture on top of the crust and top with remaining 1/3 crust. Impress Your Friends Gluten-free Chocolate Cake. (My hubby’s idea for recipe name. Improved version of a recent post.) Moist, divinely rich and seemingly decadent. High in protein and healthy fats with low carbs and tons of delicious flavor. No one will guess there is sweet potato, peanut butter and tahini inside. Deliciously complete served with fresh blueberries or other berries and a little powdered monk fruit. Sugar, dairy, wheat and egg free and delightfully plant forward. In large bowl, whisk until very smooth 3/4 cup roasted, peeled and very well mashed sweet potato, 1/2 cup peanut butter (or cashew butter), 1/2 cup tahini, 1/3-1/2 cup plant based milk (The amount of milk needed dependent on how thick the tahini and peanut butter are.), 1 Tbs vanilla, 1/4 cup grape seed oil or other neutral oil. If nut/seed butter hard, warm a little before mixing. In med. size bowl, mix 1/4 cup + 3 Tbs cocoa powder, 2/3 cup golden monkfruit sugar sugar of choice), 1/4 cup + 2 Tbs millet or other gluten free flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking soda. Pinch of salt and cinnamon (optional). Oil a round pan and sprinkle with a little powdered cocoa to keep cake from sticking. I used glass pie pan because I feel better about using that than nonstick pans etc., but a spring release pan would make easier to get out. Bake at 375 for 25-30 min until sides start to pull away and cake from to touch. Cool for ten minutes then flip pan. Cool and then place in fridge until ready to eat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar using a small strainer. 🥕 HEALTHY VEGAN CARROT CAKE 🥕 . Esta vez preparé un postrecito vegano y quedó delicioso! 🤩. Como tenía bastente zanahoria en mi casa no la dudé y decidí preparar un queque de zanahoria. . Aquí les comparto la receta para que lo puedan preparar! Los ingredientes que necesitarán son: . 👉🏼 1 taza de harina integral. 👉🏼1 taza de harina de avena. 👉🏼1 cda de polvo de hornear sin aluminio @bobsredmillperu . 👉🏼1 cdta de bicarbonato de sodio 👉🏼1/2 cdta de canela @runaq.pe . 👉🏼1/2 taza de monkfruit @lakantoperu . 👉🏼1/4 taza de aceite de coco @somosbio . 👉🏼1 cdta de esencia de vainilla @runaq.pe . 👉🏼1/2 taza de leche de almendras @silkperu . 👉🏼2 cdas de linaza + 6 de agua (si no tienen linaza o no lo quieren hacer vegano pueden usar 2 huevos) 👉🏼1 taza de zanahoria rayada. 👉🏼Pecanas la cantidad que deseen (a mi ya se me habían acabado, entonces lo reemplacé por almendras ☺️) ⭐️Para el frosting utilicé leche de coco en lata, un poco de esencia de vainilla y monkfruit. . Preparación: ⭐️En un bowl mezclan todos los ingredientes secos y en otro todos los ingredientes líquidos. ⭐️Integran ambas mezclas y luego agregan la taza de zanahoria rayada y las pecanas. ⭐️Lo ponen en un molde (apto para el horno y previamente engrasado) por 40 min a 200 grados centígrados (igual siempre les recomiendo ir chequeando, ya que cada horno es diferente ☺️). BROWNIES MELCOCHUDOS❤️🥰🤤. Muuuyy fáciles de hacer, súper ricos y lo más importante, saludables😍. Les dejo la receta abajo👇🏽 . Mezclan: . 1 o 1/2 taza de puré de auyama (es auyama cocinada y espichada con un tenedor) . 1 taza de harina de avena . 1 taza de leche de almendras . Endulzante al gusto: yo agregué panela molida .1/4 de taza de cacao en polvo . _____________________________ Vierten la mezcla en un molde engrasado o en su defecto, que sea de silicona. . Llevan al horno precalentado por 20 minutos a 180 grados centígrados, de todas maneras hacen la prueba del palillo . Eso es todo!!! Quedan súper melcochudos y el sabor a la auyama no se siente!!. Aprovechen estos días para hacer las recetas que tienen guardadas por ahí pero nunca las hacen porque “no tienen tiempo”. Si no te gusta la espinaca les prometo que el banano hace disimular muchísimo el sabor, les dejo la receta abajo para que los intenten!!! . . Licúan: .Un puñado de espinaca .
