spent the day meal prepping for the week & these were included 😍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ berry crumble bars 🍓 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ crust: 1.5 c. sprouted oats 1 c. raw walnuts 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted 4 teaspoons maple syrup 1 egg 1/4 tsp sea salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ crumble topping: 1/2 c. sprouted oats 1/2 c. raw walnuts 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted 2 tsp maple syrup ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ filling: 1.5 c. frozen mixed berries 1 tbsp coconut flour 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp maple syrup ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ preheat oven to 350° & line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. in a good processor, combine crust ingredients & proceeds until a dough-like consistency forms, scraping down the sides as needed. press dough into prepared pan, using your fingers to spread out evenly. TIP: dip fingers in a little bowl of water to keep the dough from sticking. set crust aside. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ in the food processor, add crumble topping ingredients & pulse a few times until the oats are broken down a bit & a crumble-like consistency is formed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ in a small saucepan over medium/low heat, add filling ingredients, mashing & stirring the berries. i used a potato masher. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ pour filling ingredients over crust, spreading out evenly. sprinkle crumble topping evenly over filling, pressing down slightly. bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown. let cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan & an additional 15 minutes before cutting. enjoy! xx

Soak dates and cashews in boiling water for at least 20 minutes. ⁣ 2. Blend them in a food processor until well combined, then add the lemon juice and coconut flour and blend well. ⁣ 3. Stir in the shredded and toasted coconut, then pour into a tray and freeze for a few hours before slicing. ⁣ Keep in the fridge or the freezer for a longer life 😇

Öyleyse hemen tarife! 🍒 Marmelade Crumble Malzemeler: 2 olgun yerli muz 1/4 çay bardağı keçiboynuzu özü 1 su bardağı yulaf 1 su bardağı yulaf unu Tarçın 1 tatlı kaşığı karbonat 2 yemek kaşığı chia tohumu 2 yemek kaşığı Agave Şurubu Vişne Yaban Mersini Tarif: Vişne, yaban mersini, agave şurubu ve chia tohumunu karıştırarak sos tenceresinde kısık ateşte pişiriyoruz. Kıvam alınca altını kapatıp kenara alabiliriz. Muz ve keçiboynuzu özünü blenderdan geçiriyoruz. Üzerine yulaf, yulaf unu, tarçın ve kabartma tozunu ekleyip karıştırıyoruz. Fırın kabına alt zemine yulaflı karışımı ekliyoruz, ara katmana kırmızı meyveli marmelatımızı ekliyoruz. Üzerine de kalan yulaflı karışımı ekleyip, kırmızı meyvelerle karıştırıyoruz. 🍒 Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında 15-20 dakika pişiriyoruz. Herkese afiyet olsun! 👩🏼‍🍳 . Materials: 2 ripe small bananas 1/4 tea cup carob extract 1 cup of oats 1 cup oat flour Cinnamon 1 teaspoon of baking soda 2 tablespoons of chia seeds 2 tablespoons of Agave Syrup Sour cherry Blueberries Recipe: Mix sour cherry, blueberry, agave syrup and chia seeds and cook on low heat in sauce pot. When you get marmelade consistency, you can close the heat and leave it aside. Mixbanana and carob through the blender. Add oats, oatmeal, cinnamon and baking powder on it. Mix it with spoon. Add oatmeal mixture to the bottom of the oven pan and add our red fruit marmalade to the middle layer. Last, add the remaining oatmeal mixture and mix it with red fruits. 🍒 Bake it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. CHERRY RIPE SLICE⁣ ⁣ Absolute heaven 🍫🍒 my two favorite things - chocolate & cherries 😋😋⁣ ⁣ Its vegan, gluten free & delicious.⁣ ⁣ 𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒⁣ Base:⁣ 1 cup almonds⁣ 1/2 cup medjool dates (~6) 1/4 cup cacao powder⁣ 2 tbsp coconut oil ⁣ ⁣ Cherry coconut layer:⁣ 1 cup cherries⁣ (or substitute with berries) 2 cup coconut flakes⁣ 1/2 cup coconut cream⁣ 1 cup raw cashews⁣ 1 tbsp coconut oil⁣ 1-2 tbsp maple syrup ⁣ ⁣ Choc top:⁣ 1/3 cup cacao powder 1/3 cup coconut oil 1/3 cup maple syrup Pinch of sea salt⁣ 1/2 cup coconut flakes⁣ ⁣ 𝐇𝐎𝗪 𝐓𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐄⁣ 1. To make the base: blend the almonds, add the dates and blend again.⁣ 2. Transfer to a mixing bowl, sieve in the cacao powder and stir in with the coconut oil (melted). Mix/knead well.⁣ 3. Line a square baking tin with baking paper and press the mixture into the bottom, firmly and evenly.⁣ 4. To make the centre: add the cherries/berries, coconut flakes, coconut cream, and cashews, blend. ⁣ 5. Add the coconut oil and 1 tbsp of sweetener. Blend again, until well combined (but not silky smooth). Taste, if not sweet enough add the other tbsp of sweetener. Scoop mixture into the tray and smooth out flat.⁣ 6. To make the choc top: add melted coconut oil to a bowl, add the sweetener and sieve in the cacao powder. Whisk with a fork and pour over the tray. Give the tray a jiggle so the chocolate spreads out evenly.⁣ 7. Sprinkle the coconut flakes and salt over the choc and place in the freezer to set overnight.⁣ 8. 💫🍫 Vegan Chocolate Tahini Fudge — These two-bite tahini fudge squares are coconut based, refined sugar free, & so delicious! They remind me of Halawa, a sweet tahini based dessert. These are so easy to make and freeze very well! — – Recipe: . • Ingredients: - 1 Can (11.25oz) Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk (@naturescharm) - 1 Cup Raw Tahini (@artisanaorganics) - 1 Cup Dark chocolate chips (+ more for optional dipping) - 2 tbsp. Vanilla extract . • Instructions: 1. Place all of the ingredients in a double boiler over low heat. Once melted, mix together and combine well. 2. Once combined, pour the mixture into a small square pan or silicone molds. 3. (Optional) Line the silicone molds (or even cupcake liners) with melted dark chocolate. This creates a nice snappy shell! 4. Let set in the freezer until firm. (They store well in the freezer and remain soft enough to eat immediately.) 5. Enjoy! 😊

Caramel: Soak 6/7 large medjool dates in hot water for 10/20 minutes, then chuck the pitted dates into a food processor until creamy. Spread this over the shortbread layer. It may be 50 degrees in Boston right now but hopefully these cookies will summon some cold weather & snow because it just doesn’t feel like winter quite yet 🤔⠀ ⠀ I know you’re all here for the recipe so here it is...⠀ ⠀ 🔥Preheat oven to 350F⠀ * 1 egg⠀ * 1 cup coconut sugar⠀ * 1 cup almond butter⠀ * 1 tsp vanilla⠀ * 1/3 cup cocoa powder⠀ * 1 tsp baking soda⠀ * 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips⠀ * 1/2 cup mini marshmallows⠀ ⠀ 1️⃣Combine egg, sugar, almond butter & vanilla in a bowl⠀ 2️⃣Slowly stir in cocoa & baking soda ⠀ 3️⃣Add in choc chip & marshmallows. Don’t be afraid to use your hands 👐🏼⠀ 4️⃣Roll the batter into balls & place on a parchment lined baking sheet. This recipe should make 8-12 cookies, depending on how big you want them! ⠀ 5️⃣Bake for about 12-15 minutes and make sure the marshmallows are nice and toasted!

Have you ever noticed it is much more appetising to eat something that not only tastes good but looks good as well? Especially when the food is enjoyed with someone else. That is partially why eating out in restaurants is so enjoyable. The food looks good, tastes good and you get to enjoy it with someone you love. However...there is one not so tiny drawback there though. Nutrition. Food in restaurants is usually loaded with oil salt and sugar. I choose to eat at home so that I would know what’s in it. I am one of those people to whom food becomes much tastier knowing it is healthy. 🍌For the granola: Blend 1 banana with a few dates and 1 tbsp nut butter of choice. Mix with ~1 1/2 cup of oats and bake 180 C stirring every ~10 min until crisp (~ 30 min) 🥔For the sweet potato layer: 1 cup of mashed steamed or oven baked sweet potato 1 medium ripe banana A few dates Plant based milk depending on thickness Blend everything together until smooth and you’re done 👌👌 Layer however you like, top with fruit and enjoy! Healthy banana bread-⁣ ⁣ Recipe: (Makes around 20 small servings)⁣ ~ingredients~⁣ •3/4 blended oats(oat flour)⁣ •1 cup whole wheat flour or spelt flour⁣ •1 tsp baking powder⁣ •1 tsp baking soda⁣ •1-2 tsp cinnamon ⁣ •3-4 bananas (very ripe)⁣ •1/3-1/2 cup honey/ date syrup ⁣ •1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣ •1 egg⁣ •1/3 cup milk⁣ •2 tbsp peanut butter⁣ (Optional):⁣ •1/2 tbsp chia seeds⁣ •1/4 cup chopped walnuts⁣ ⁣ ~method~⁣ Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. In a a bowl mash the bananas well, it’s ok if it’s lumpy, then add the milk, honey, egg, vanilla and peanut butter. In another bowl sieve all the flour and the other dry ingredients. Mix the dry and the wet ingredients together then add the walnuts and chia seeds, you can choose to add chopped dark chocolate, any type of nuts or seeds or even dried banana chips. Mix the batter (Be careful not to over mix!) and pour it into the loaf pan. Place it in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Take it out of the oven, leave it to cool then you can serve it immediately or you can slice it and keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for almost a week. كعك الموز الصحي-⁣ ⁣ الوصفة: (تصنع تقريبا ٢٠ حصة صغيرة)⁣ ~المقادير~⁣ •٣/٤ كوب شوفان مطحون(طحين شوفان)⁣ •كوب طحين بر أو طحين الحنطة⁣ •١ م ص بيكنج صودا⁣ •١ م ص بيكنج باودر⁣ •١-٢ م ص قرفة⁣ •رشة ملح⁣ •٣-٤ حبات موز مستوية ⁣ •١/٣ كوب حليب⁣ •١/٣ الى ١/٢ كوب عسل أو دبس تمر⁣ •بيضة⁣ •١ م ص فانيليا ⁣ •٢ م ك زبدة الفول السوداني ⁣ ⁣ (إضافات اختيارية)⁣ •١/٢ م ك بذور شيا⁣ •١/٤ كوب عين جمل مكسر/مجروش⁣ ⁣ ~الطريقة~⁣ نشغل الفرن على درجة حرارة ١٨٠ مئوية ونضع ورق زبدة على صينية خبز(الصينية الخاصة لعمل الباوند كيك). في إناء نهرس الموز، لا داعي لان يكون جدا ناعم، ثم نضيف الحليب والبيض والعسل والفانيليا وزبدة الفول السوداني ونخفق جيدا. في إناء آخر ننخل الطحين وباقي المكونات الجافة قبل أن نخلطها. نخلط المكونات الجافة مع المكونات السائلة ونضيف الإضافات،⁣ يمكنكم استخدام شوكولاتة داكنة مقطعة أو أي نوع من المكسرات أو البذور، ونخلط ، ⁣ نكن حذرين بأن لا نخلطهم بزيادة حتى تصبح معنا هشة وخفيفة. نصب الخليط في إناء الخبز ونضعه بالفرن لمدة ٤٥-٦٠ دقيقة. نخرجه من الفرن ونتركه ليبرد. يمكننا أن نقدمه فورا أو نقطعه ونضعه بعلبة محكمة الإغلاق بالثلاجة لمدة لا تتجاوز أسبوع. ⁣ يمكن تناوله مع زبدة الفول السوداني وقطع من الفاكهة كوجبة إفطار أو وجبة خفيفة صحية سريعة ولذيذة.😋⁣ ⁣ المعلومات الغذائية- (للقطعة الواحدة)⁣ ٩٨ سعرة حرارية⁣ كاربوهايدرات- ١٦جم⁣ دهون-٣جم⁣ بروتين-٢.٥جم⁣ ⁣ ⁣ (Recipe in English in the next post)⁣

I just couldn’t wait to share this recipe with you guys… I actually wasn’t expecting this 100% sugar free lemon cheesecake recipe to turn out so well 😮 you’ve gotta try this one out to believe me, recipe as follows: . CHEESECAKE LAYER 250 g full-fat cream cheese 300 g sugar free vanilla yoghurt (I used @yoproau) 4 tbsp stevia Juice and rind of 1 lemon Vanilla bean . BASE 1/2 cup almond meal 1 cup hazelnuts, ground into meal 1 cup desiccated coconut 1/4 buckwheat kernals 120 g butter or coconut oil 1/4 cup oats . METHOD: Preheat oven to 160 degrees and line the sides of a spring-form tin with baking paper or grease with butter/coconut oil. Grind hazelnuts in a food processor until semi-fine. Add all other base ingredients and bind with your fingers to form a dough. Press into the tin, covering the base and sides to an even thickness. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely. . Whilst waiting for the base to cool, fold together the cream cheese, vanilla yoghurt, stevia, juice and rind of lemon and vanilla bean. . Once the base is cooled, pour the cheesecake layer into the base. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. . Please let me know if you try this one out! This whole cake was devoured within 2 days at our family home (no one could believe it was sugar-free 🤫) . **the @natvialiving sweetener I used is available at coles and Woolworths for any Aussie followers for a decent price, otherwise I’m sure any stevia sweetener will work 🤗

Heading out to a gathering and I made this with baby girl... OMG 🤤 ours is the picture on the left no as #foodpornworthy 🤣 So decadent Brownies!! Moist and super healthy!! I reduced the sugar content even more by replacing the maple syrup with @lakanto maple syrup sweetened with monkfruit! Wet Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 8 pitted medjool dates 1 medium ripe banana- could sub for 1 cup cooked black beans, pumpkin or finely grated apple 1 tsp Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup Organic Grade B Maple Syrup Dry ingredients: 1/2 cup almond meal 1/2 cup brown teff flour (nutritional powerhouse) 1/2 cup cocoa powder 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8 x 8 pan with unbleached parchment paper- overlap for sides. In a food processor or blender process the wet ingredients until smooth. In a medium size bowel whisk the dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients to dry mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into pan and smooth out with a wet spatula. Bake for 25 minutes at 350. Let brownies cool for one hour. They are very, very moist and will fall apart if you don't let them cool. For The Sauce: Just take organic mixed frozen berries and melt over low heat into a sauce. Pour over just before serving so the sauce is warm. Add frozen, dark, sweet cherries on top or any fruit of your choice. Kiwis would be great and would be nice with the red sauce for Christmas. My kids prefer the brownies as is without the sauce but I love the fruit sauce. The brownies are refined sugar free, gluten free, dairy free, egg free, and oil free. You could sub the almond flour to make them nut free. Try it! I will! Preheat oven to 350. Spray your donut tin. 2. Mix all of your wet donut ingredients together & then the dry & then separate into 4 3. Add food coloring separately (1-2 drops should do the trick!) & distribute into 4 donut cavities 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when a toothpick inserted into the middle of the donut comes out clean. My silicone pan I think takes longer than others! 5. For the icing mix up all the ingredients. If you are using a solid sweetener instead of Skinny Syrups you might need to add the tiniest amount of water until you reach a frosting-like consistency 6. Ice your donuts once they’ve cooled & top with whatever toppings you desire!

Keiner meiner Gäste wäre darauf gekommen. ⠀ [Unbezahlte Werbung]⠀ ⠀ Ich habe das Rezept von @mrsflury ein wenig abgewandelt. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Zutaten:⠀ • 400g schwarze Bohnen aus der Dose⠀ • 100g Erdnussmus⠀ • 4EL Kakaopulver (stark entölt)⠀ • 3EL Süßungsmittel, bei mir: Agavendicksaft⠀ • 2EL Birkenzucker @Xucker⠀ • 30g Mandelmilch (ungesüßt)⠀ • 2EL Kokosöl (flüssig)⠀ • 1 Vanilleschote (das Mark)⠀ • 1Pr. These 𝐌𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬 are everything you need to satisfy your sweet tooth and fill your and your kids tummy with healthy ingredients 😍😌⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝐈 𝐧 𝐠 𝐫 𝐞 𝐝 𝐢 𝐞 𝐧 𝐭 𝐬 : ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ - 1/2 cup of almonds ⁣⁣ - 1/2 cup of walnuts ⁣⁣ - 1 cup of old fashioned oats + 2 tbsp to sprinkle on top ⁣ ⁣ ⚠️ According to your preference, you can add more or less of any of these 3 ingredients, but make sure you have a total of 2 cups of dry ingredients and at least 1/2 cup of oats ⚠️⁣ ⁣⁣ - 2 dates ⁣⁣ - 1 small banana⁣⁣ - 1 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries ⁣⁣ - 2 tbsp tapioca starch or corn starch ⁣⁣ - 2 tbsp cane sugar or coconut or brown⁣⁣ - Some coconut oil (~1tsp) ⁣⁣ - Some chocolate chips (optional) (I used semi-sweet ones) ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝐌 𝐞 𝐭 𝐡 𝐨 𝐝 : ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 1. In a food processor, grind the almonds and walnuts ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 2. Add the oat, banana and dates to them, and grind again until you obtain a doughy mixture (some of it will still feel crumbly and that’s okay) ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 3. Line a greased parchment paper in a small square baking tray ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 4. Add the dough mixture to it and press it using your hand or the back of a cup and refrigerate it ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 5. In a bowl, mix the mixed berries with cornstarch and cane sugar ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 6. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil in a sauce pan on low heat and add the berries mixture to it. Cook for few minutes, until the berries are tender.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 7. Mash the big berry chunks then pour them on your dough mixture that was refrigerated, spreading them evenly in the tray ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 8. Add some chocolate chips (optional), sprinkle some oat flakes on top and bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 20mins or until the oats on top are slightly more golden in color. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 9. Let it cool completely and cut to equal squares. ⁣⁣

Got a sweet tooth this holiday? Try this delicious Nutty Lemon Balls recipe from Vital Food Therapeutics! Ingredients:⠀ - 1.5 cups shredded coconut + extra for covering balls⠀ - 1.5 cups almond flour⠀ - 1 cup finely ground pecans⠀ - 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice⠀ - 2 tablespoons lemon zest⠀ - 2/3 cup clover honey⠀ - 1 cup slightly melted coconut cream⠀⠀ Instructions:⠀ Grind pecans in food processor. ⠀ ⠀ Stir pecans and rest of the ingredients in a bowl until completely combined. ⠀ ⠀ Refrigerate or freeze for 10-15 minutes. ⠀ ⠀ Then take the mixture out and roll into teaspoon sized balls. ⠀ ⠀ Roll in coconut and refrigerate until ready to eat!

For my friends who can’t have chocolate. I made this recipe two years back using carob powder. Really tasty faux chocolate spread. It kinda reminds me of Nutella in taste without the hazelnut. . . 1 whole medium large Hass Avocado 1/3 Cup and 1 tablespoon carob powder (approximate, might want to use less or to preference.) 1/3 cup homemade date syrup* Cut avocado and remove pit. Throw everything in a blend and blend till smooth. Enjoy! . . . 🔻HOMEMADE DATE SYRUP RECIPE🔻 . . 1 cup of dates Enough filtered water to submerge dates with water (covering about 2/3 inch over the dates.) . . . Remove pits from dates. Put water and dates in pot and turn on the heat. Use immersion blender to emulsify the dates and water together. Once the water boils, lower heat to simmer and continue stirring for about 15 minutes.
