Meal prep 🔥🔥 [🇨🇿/🇺🇸] --- 🇨🇿 Na to, že se z krabiček stravuju tak z 80 %, jich tu zatím moc nebylo. Co si budeme, nejsou moc fotogenické 😂. Ale to nevadí, protože ony být fotogenické ani nemají, má v nich být dobré, zdravé a snadné jídlo - a to v téhle je ☺️. Lidičky, věřte mi, že navzdory designu tohle bylo výborné 🙌 Tak se do toho pojďme pustit spolu: • 500 g vepřové pleci • velký stroužek česneku • malá cibule • jablko • 2 lžíce mleté papriky • 2 lžíce octa • 1 lžička pepře • 2 lžičky soli • 25 g hořčice • voda --- Troubu předehřejeme na 160 °C. Jablko nahrubo nastrouháme, česnek prolisujeme a cibuli nakrájíme nadrobno. Pak vše dáme do misky, do které následně přidáme i všechno koření a dochucovadla. Vepřové nakrájíme na větší kostky a ty vložíme do misky k naší směsi. Všechno důkladně promícháme a přendáme do pekáče s víkem. Nakonec už jen přilijeme trošku vody (já dala asi do poloviny úrovně masa) a zavřený pekáč vložíme do trouby. Pečeme asi 3 hodiny. Nakonec můžete hotové maso natrhat vidličkami jako já anebo ho nechat nakrájené na kostičky. Moving away from sandwiches at lunch- I love this @muma_goose ✅ Be creative, try different foods with your kids. Fill their lunchboxes and their tummies with natural goodness 💕 For us, William was not able to have sandwiches at lunch so we have had to be creative from the start. I can now make a nut free paleo wrap or bread for him to take and we do that for him. He also has lots of berries and apple in various forms. Not having “sandwiches” has meant that he is open to so many different foods which we are grateful for as a result. Veggie fried rice 😋 this has become one of my favourite quick go to meals especially when I'm hungry and have no other meals prepped. I always have some rice in the fridge ready to use so this can be made in a matter of minutes! I always start by prepping my veggies, dicing onion and capsicum, grating carrot, and measuring out my corn, peas and edamame. You can literally use whatever veggies you like! I don't have exact measurements as I usually just eye ball it depending on how hungry I am but I would say probably about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of each of the veggies will be enough and 1/2 cup rice 😊 start by cooking your onions. Add in garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, turmeric. Add in the rest of your veggies and make sure they are all mixed and covered with the spices. Then add the rice and drizzle some tamari and sesame oil over the top. Give everything a good mix and stir and BOOM you have a tasty meal ready to eat! 👍 Cheese Taco Shells by @delish 😍Tag someone who would love this! - - - INGREDIENTS 2 c. shredded Cheddar Freshly ground black pepper 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 white onion, chopped 1 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp. Taco Seasoning shredded lettuce, for serving Chopped tomatoes, for serving Hot sauce, for serving . DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350F. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat place 1/4 cup piles of cheese 2 inches apart. Press the cheese down lightly so it makes one layer. Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the edges of the cheese are brown. Let the cheese cool for 2-3 minutes then lift it up and place it over the handle of a spoon or other utensil that is balanced on two cups. Let cheese cool completely then remove. While you continue to bake your cheese taco shells place the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat cooking until it is completely cooked through. Drain the grease from the meat and then add the cumin, chili powder, onion, powder, garlic powder, and salt. Pour water into skillet and stir everything around mixing it together. Simmer for 5 minutes or until liquid has cooked away. If you watched my stories today, you probably saw that I haven’t been in ketosis for about a week. I thoroughly enjoyed the holidays and made the conscious choice to not worry about my carbs or the food I was eating. I fully embraced it all and I’m certainly feeling it today.
