Tiesiog blynų tešlą pagardinau šaldytomis mėlynėmis, kurie primena vasarą. •60g avižinių miltų (turint avižas galima jas susmulkinti)•1 vidutinio dydžio kiaušinis •puse banano •1 a.š cinamono •1 a.š klevų sirupo arba medaus (jei norisi saldžiau galima idėti dar puse šaukštelio) •200ml augalinio pieno (naudojau sojų) •1 a.š kepimo miltelių •mėlynių (kiek tik nori širdis, bet nepadauginti) Sausus produktus sumaišyti, vėliau įmušti kiaušinį, įdėti trintą bananą ir klevų sirupą arba medų. Yes! Happy with this. Down 2lbs since last Saturday. I had a cheeky little peak at the scales on Wednesday and I was 2.5lbs heavier so just shows not to get too disheartened by the scales. Officially lost 50lbs since June '19!! 🎉 . This is quite surreal to be honest with you I didn't think I'd reach this milestone! I've attempted losing weight in the past and I'd lose maybe half a stone before giving up but this time something just clicked. . Yes it's been difficult at times and yes it's been hard work but honestly it has not been as hard as I thought it would be, it just takes consistenty and educating yourself on fitness and food! 🏋️‍♀️ . I used to be all or nothing with my calorie counting. That meant depriving myself of sweets, chocolate, crisps and treats which of course inevitably lead to me just giving in and eating 'em all in one go! 😅 . But this time round I have let myself indulge, I have treat meals and treat days, I eat when I am hungry never starving myself just to 'stay on plan'. I have been flexible and make sure to eat food that is nutritious and good for me along with the junk food every now and then! . If anyone is reading this at the start of their journey, keep going. You won't regret it. Moroccan beef rolls. Ive been hanging to try this out. I do have moroccan seasoning but I wanted to use my own spices to create the Moroccan inspired taste. I served on home grown pak choy. Used 1 minute steak so it cooks through quick. If your vegan, you could add tofu or quinoa and wrap in bok choy using Moroccan spices to cook the vegetables in. Different and delicious! So....here I am....upside down!! My kids were doing hand stands and said I was too old & looked shocked when I said I could do it!!! 🤦‍♀️ So I obviously had to prove them wrong 🤣 I’m feeling really good now.....I’m on week 3 of a 30 day plan & my energy is high!! 30 days to healthy living is not just about losing weight, you can use it to tone up and build muscle too, you learn daily habits that allow you to live HEALTHILY, using sustainable habits!! I’m in a good place right now and feeling really happy and when your body & mind is being given the nutrients it needs, you can really FLOURISH!! 🥰🥰 I love food, so I categorically never starve myself & have never counted calories in my life!! 🥰🥰 That being said....my habits have changed loads!! I’ve reduced the amount of meat I eat, I eat loads of fish and have swapped to more plant based dishes. I have more or less eliminated dairy, gluten & wheat from my diet and have replaced them with alternatives!! This, alongside high quality gluten free & vegan, plant based supplements is making all the difference. Food is our medicine! Serve you body & it will serve you well 🌱💪🏻🌱
