Who loves kabobs?? 💥These are Air fried Teriyaki chicken kabobs and they are sooooo good and soooo easy cuz y’all know that’s what I’m all about. . . To make these I sliced up chicken into cubes then marinated in the fridge for several hours in sugar free teriyaki sauce. . . Next I sliced up squash, zucchini and mushrooms. Then alternated layering them on my skewers. . . I cooked them in my air fryer on my skewer rack for 360° for 14 minutes flipping halfway (time will depend on how thick you cut your meat and veggies. looking for a pasta salad recipe for game day that doesn't go too overboard?? my strawberry caprese pasta salad is IT🍓!!!! strawberries and basil are the perfect combo and they add such a different take on regular old pasta salad --cook 1 lb. whole wheat farfalle pasta in salted water --once al dente, add 1 cup chopped strawberries (3 for $5 at kroger rn!!!), 1 package mozzarella pearls, 1/2 cup freshly chopped basil, 3-4 tbsp olive oil AND balsamic vinegar! **add pasta water if it's a lil too dry but that's it! let me know if you try it!

CREAMY SHRIPMS WITH SHIRATAKI NOODLES 🍤 INGREDIENTS➡️ 1 tsp. Coconut oil (flavorless) 1 pound deveined, shelled and clean shrimps Salt and pepper 1 tbs clarified butter 1 small onion diced very small 3 minced garlic cloves ½ cup chicken broth ¼ cup coconut milk ¼ cup cream ¼ cup parmesan cheese 1 packet of Shirataki pasta INSTRUCTIONS➡️ Season the shrimps with salt and pepper. Heat the coconut oil in a saucepan and add the shrimps. Fry them for both sides until lightly golden. Transfer and set aside. In the same pan add butter, onions and garlic and cook until onion is clear. Add the chicken broth. Scrap the bottom of the pan. Reduce. Lower heat to low-med and add cream and coconut milk. Simmer. Season with salt and pepper and add parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Add parsley and shrimps. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Cook the Shirataki pasta Serve the shrimps over a bed of Shirataki pasta. ——————————————————————CAMARONES CREMOSOS CON PASTA SHIRATAKI🍤 INGREDIENTES➡️ 1 cucharadita. aceite de coco 1 libra de camarones pelados y sin cola Sal y pimienta 1 cucharadita de mantequilla clarificada 1 cebolla pequeña cortada en cubitos pequeños 3 dientes de ajo picados ½ taza de caldo de pollo ¼ taza de leche de coco ¼ taza de crema ¼ taza de queso parmesano 1 paquete de pasta Shirataki PREPARACION➡️ Aliñe los camarones con sal y pimiento Caliente el aceite de coco en un sartén. Añada los camarones y fríalos hasta que estén dorados por ambo. Sáquelos del sartén y colóquelos a un lado. En el mismo sartén, coloque la mantequilla clarificada, cebolla, ajo y cocine hasta que la cebolla se ponga transparente. Añada el caldo de pollo. Raspe el fondo del sartén. Reduzca. Baje el fuego a bajo-medio y añada la crema y la leche de coco. Lleve a un hervor. Sazone la salsa con sal y pimiento al gusto. Añada el queso parmesano y cocine hasta que esté derretido. Añada el perejil y los camarones a la salsa y cocine por 10 minutos. Cocine la pasta Shirataki según las instrucciones del paquete. Sirva los camarones sobre una cama de pasta Shirataki

Seems like spinach is a theme this week! You guys wanted the recipe, so here it is! Super easy and quick healthy yummy pasta that tricks you in the creaminess! 🤪 • You’ll need: 1 onion 5-6 handfuls of spinach 1 lemon 🍋 (juice & zest) 1 pack Spinach pasta (I use @taste_republic fresh gluten free pasta) 2-3 tbs @kitehillfoods ricotta cheese (made w almond milk and it’s delicious) Avocado oil or olive oil Garlic powder Parsley Onion powder Salt & pepper Boil water for the pasta, when water is ready add pasta. They cook very quickly. Prep pan with avocado oil, Chop onions and add them to cold pan. Cook medium heat. When your onions are slightly transparent and starting to brown, add spinach. Once your spinach is almost cooked, add all seasonings. Set aside. Prepare lemon zest. Drain pasta, add ricotta and lemon squeeze and lemon zest. Add spinach and onions. 🍝 Vous mettez quelle sauce sur vos pâtes d’habitude ? Bolognèse, aux légumes, au fromage,... le choix est vaste ! 🥬 Aujourd’hui j’avais envie d’une sauce onctueuse et réconfortante pour accompagner mes Pappardelle aux champignons. Pour éviter la traditionnelle « crème blanche », j’ai testé un mélange sympa et healthy : du tofu soyeux avec des noix de cajou ! Super facile et très onctueux... cette sauce a un bel apport protéiné grâce au tofu (issu du lait de soja caillé) et vous donne de bonnes graisses contenues dans les noix de cajou. N’oubliez pas de les faire tremper dans de l’eau durant une dizaine d’heures afin de rendre leurs nutriments plus assimilables par notre corps! Épicez comme vous aimez (j’avais mis une branche de chou kale pour les vitamines et la couleur) et blendez le tout ! ... 💚🍀 LAGANE KETO BOLONJEZE 🍀💚 Htela sam neki laganiji obrok,da je zasitan ,zdrav i sličan klasičnoj poznatoj oasti.Dvoumila sam se da li da rezance napravim od tikvica,ali zelena salata mi je još laganija pa se za nju odlučih 😊. PRIPREMA: oprati jednu glavicu zelene salate,odvojiti listove i seći ih na trake slične rezancima 🍀.Posoliti i staviti na tanjir.Za SOS 🔥: na jednoj kašiki maslinovog ulja izdinstati 1 glavicu crnog luka,dodati 300 grama mlevenog mesa,2dl vode i kuvati 15 min.Kada voda skoro ispari,dodati začin za bolonjez i pola litre kuvanog paradajza bez dodatog šećera ( bilo bi idealno da je domaći ).Kuvati sos jos 10 min.Preliti sve preko trakica od salate,staviti parmezan preko sosa .Ja sam uz to stavila i dva sveža čeri paradajza 😊.Dobila sam obrok koji me je zasitio,motala sam na viljusci "špagete" ,a nema težine kao posle klasičnog testa. Me n my daughter are pasta lovers. We love to try different recipes together but sometimes some brands get over boiled or remain undercooked even after so many boils. We don't like to have khichdi pasta , n here comes @disanopasta to my rescue. DiSano pasta is Free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and a delicious way to eat more vegetables and legumes, which are often under-consumed and very easy to make just in 3 Steps - Boil (8mins), mix with favourite veggies and Serve. It is made of 100% Durum Wheat Semolina. You can add your choice of veggies in the pasta. usually the veggies which i add are carrots, capsicum, french beans, green peas (matar), cauliflower or cabbage. However this recipe can also be made without any veggies. but i would suggest to add the veggies as it makes the dish more wholesome and nutritious. 1. heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan.add the finely chopped spring onions or onions. 2. saute till the onions become translucent 3. then add ginger-garlic paste. saute till the raw aroma of ginger-garlic goes away. 4. then add 1 cup tightly packed finely chopped tomatoes. 5. stir and saute on a low to medium flame till the tomatoes become pulpy and soften. 6. then add all the spice powders one by one. 7. mix the spice powders very well. 8. next add the mix veggies. 9. season with salt. mix very well and saute for a minute. 10. add water. mix again. cover the pan with its lid. on a low to medium flame simmer till the veggies are cooked. 11. when the veggies are done, add the pasta. mix very well. 12. next add 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves and 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions greens (optional). 13. then add garam masala powder. mix well. switch off the flame. 14. serve indian style masala pasta hot or warm garnished with some coriander leaves. Very excited to try out one of @chosenfoods non-GMO certified simmer sauces for dinner tonight!! The one I used, "Spanish Romesco" (swipe to see a picture), is made from 100% avocado oil, fire roasted red peppers and tomatoes, onions, almonds, red wine vinegar, garlic, lemon juice and sea salt. These amazing flavours really made my garlic turkey (bacon and sausage) pasta dish shine! I added more chopped tomatoes and red peppers, along with some green peas to balance out the protein. I will be trying out their other two simmer sauces soon, so be sure to check back for more healthy and tasty creations!

SOBA NOODLE SALAD . Quick and easy soba noodle salad with a soy sauce based dressing. A good make-ahead meal for a weekday lunch. . INGREDIENTS . * 12 oz. soba noodles * 1 bell pepper, cut into thin strips * 3 scallions, thinly sliced * 1 cup shredded carrot SOY DRESSING * 5 tablespoons soy sauce (use tamari if gluten-free) * 2 tablespoons sesame oil * 2 tablespoons rice vinegar * 1 tablespoon honey * 1 tsp sriracha, more to taste if you like it spicy * 1/2 tsp garlic powder * 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes * 1/2 tsp salt, more to taste . 30 minute meal: Chicken apple sausage, caramelized onions, Shredded Brussel Sprouts with Chickpea Rotini Sautee onions in coconut oil until until translucent and slightly browned about 15 minutes over medium low heat. Increase heat and add chopped chicken apple sausage. In meantime Cook pasta according to package directions. Cook sausage for for 5-7 minutes until browned and remove from pan and set aside. Add 2 tablespoons Miyokos butter to pan then add shredded Brussels sprouts. Cook for about 3 more minutes until slightly softened then add 1/4 cup chicken broth. Cook until slightly tender. Add sausage and onions back to pan and stir. I’ve been wanting to try @palmini_pasta for the longest time, and here it is! 20 calories per serving and very low carb (4g), it’s a perfect pasta alternative. It’s made out of hearts of palm and super easy because it’s already in noodle form in the can/bag. Make sure to soak in almond milk for 20 min first to reduce the acidity. Then drain and cook in a pan with some olive oil until tender. I added @traderjoes vegan pesto, broccoli, and fresh parmesan Romano cheese. So easy! 🍝

SQUASH & CARAMELISED ONION PASTA . Now this is a dish I will definitely be making again, now obviously I love roasted squash but the combination of that with caramelised onions and cheesy pasta sauce was delicious. It also quite versatile and only requires a few store cupboard essentials. I used @aldiuk edamame and mung bean fettuccine for added protein. . RECIPE: Peel, chop and roast squash in a little oil for 30 minutes, mixing halfway through. Meanwhile roughly chop a red onion, add to a saucepan on a low heat with a little oil and slowly caramelise for about 20 mins, adding a splash of balsamic vinegar 5 mins before the end. Make sure to stir often and don’t let the onions brown. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once onions cooked, remove them and then add a splash of plantbased milk to the pan along with a Tbsp of nutritional yeast + salt/pepper. 👊🏻 Fuel your smile with Pesto Primavera. • • I’ve been making variations of pesto almost weekly because I find it’s a delicious way to use up any greens and herbs 🌿. • I took note from my friend Karin @grazinggreens who adds hemp hearts to her pesto. I love hemp hearts and they are a great way to add protein and omega 3s. Protein is the building block for strong teeth and gums and plays an important role in satiety. Omega-3 fatty acids help fight chronic inflammation. ———————— INGREDIENTS 1 box @eatbanza shells, cooked according to package directions Meanwhile, while pasta cooks prepare veggies and pesto VEGGIES: 1 small zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch rounds and halved 1 small yellow squash, cut into 1/3 inch rounds and halved 1 small head of broccoli 🥦, cut into florets 2 cups kale 🥬 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved Set oven to 400 F. Place zucchini, squash and broccoli om a lined baking sheet (@mysilpat ) . Season with salt and pepper and spray with @chosenfoods avocado oil spray. Toss to coat and roast for about 20 minutes Then prepare PESTO: 1 1/2 cups basil Large handful of kale 1 large ripe avocado 4 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons hemp hearts @manitobaharvest 2 tbsp cashews 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 6 tablespoons water, plus more if necessary 1/2 cup @bragglivefoodproducts nutritional yeast sea salt, to taste DIRECTIONS Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse for 20 seconds or until pesto is chopped. Add in water and process again until completely smooth. You may need to add more water to get it to your desired consistency. This makes plenty of sauce about 2 cups worth. Now add kale and tomatoes to the pot you just cooked the pasta in. Add hot pasta back to pan (to wilt the kale), toss in some pesto and the roasted veggies.
