Consistency should be like a thick smoothie - might need to add some water or milk⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Stir in chocolate chips (save some to sprinkle on top)⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bake in a parchment lined loaf pan + bake at 325°F for 25-30 mins (could also make as muffins, bake for 10-12 mins) ⁣⁣⁣

Who doesn’t love a lil seafood fix?💛 I absolutely love scallops, so I figured I’d share this savory and decadent recipe with my favorite fabulous fans. 🙌🏽 Let’s get started 🍴 Here’s what you’ll need: ✅2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ✅1/4 lbs scallops ✅2 tablespoons clarified butter (ghee) ✅4-5 large garlic cloves, minced ✅ Salt and ground black pepper to taste ✅1/4 cup dry white wine or broth (optional) ✅1 cup coconut cream ✅1 tablespoon lemon juice ✅1/4 cup chopped parsley How to make it: ✅If the scallops are frozen, thaw in cold water. ✅Remove the lateral muscle from the scallops if attached. ✅Dry well with paper towels. ✅Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot and sizzling. ✅Add scallops in a single layer without overloading the pan (work in batches if necessary). ✅Season with salt and pepper to taste and fry for 2-3 minutes on one side (until a golden crust forms) then turn and fry again for 2 minutes until they are crispy, lightly browned and cooked (opaque). ✅Remove from the pan and transfer to a plate. ✅Melt 2 tablespoons of clarified butter in the same pan, scraping the remaining golden pieces of the scallops. ✅Add the garlic and cook until fragrant (1 minute). Pour the wine (or broth) and simmer for 2 minutes or until the wine is reduced by half. ✅Add the cream and simmer until it thickens slightly. ✅Remove the pan from the heat; Add the lemon juice and add the scallops again in the pan to heat a little and garnish with parsley. ✅Serve over steamed vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini noodles). 🥩 Gấc Steak and Eggs 🍳 recipe by @wholesam!⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ ⁠ 🍞 Gluten free sourdough bread or bread of choice, sliced⁠ 🥩 4 ounces of lean steak like thin sirloin, flap, flank, or bavette⁠ 🧂 Salt and pepper⁠ 💦 Ghee and/or Cooking Oil⁠ gac powder⁠ 🥑 Avocado, sliced⁠ 🍅 Tomato, diced⁠ Chives, chopped⁠ ⁠ Directions:⁠ ⁠ 1. Season steak w/ salt and pepper.⁠ ⁠ 2. Cook over medium-high heat to your preferred doneness. For a thinner steak, it may only need 30-45 seconds on each side if the pan is truly hot. Remove and let rest for at least 5 minutes.⁠ ⁠ 3. Meanwhile, add 2 tbsp ghee to both sides of the gluten free bread and add it to a separate skillet over medium heat. Cook on each side for 1 to 2 minutes or until it is toasted golden brown. Set aside.⁠ ⁠ 4. In the same pan add 2 tbsp of ghee, oil, or butter and scramble your eggs on low heat (5min) stirring constantly.⁠ ⁠ 5. Season eggs with salt and pepper at the end of fully cooking the eggs.⁠ ⁠ 6. Walnut Bread with Avocado and Tomatoes It is kind of fascinating, how something that simple can be that good!! Here is what you will need Ingredients For the Bread -) 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour or Spelt Flour -) 10g Dry Yeast -) 2 Cups Warm Water -) 1 Cup Walnuts -) 1 1/2 Tbs Salt -) 2 Tbs Bread Seasoning Make Your Own Bread Seasoning: Get the following spices dried, and mix them together. -) Fennel -) Coriander -) Caraway -) Rosted Malt For the Topping -) Avocado - slices -) Cherry Tomatoes - halves -) Mushroom Tapenade (Aldi) -) Salt, Pepper, Herbs Instructions Step No 1 Mix all dry ingredients together, then add warm water and knead to dough with your hand blender. Step No 2 No need to set it aside and let the dough rest. Simply fill it into a pan which has a coat of oil and flour to avoid stickiness. Step No 3 Bake it in the oven at 400F/ 200C for about 1 hour. Cut the avocado and tomaotes into slices/ halves while the bread bakes. Step No 4 Take the loaf out of the pan and bake it for another 5-10 minutes. Step No 5 Slice off a piece and spread the mushroom tapenade on top of it. Layer with the avocado slices and tomatoe halves. Sprinkle a little bit salt, pepper and herbs on top of it. Step No 6 - optional Bake the sandwich in the oven at 350F. Ça fait remonter nos souvenirs d'enfance 🍼 Une recette simple et totalement de saison 👍 Ingrédients 200g de butternut 10g de cabillaud 1 filet d'huile d'olive Etapes Laver, éplucher à l'économe et couper en petits morceaux la butternut Laver et couper le cabillaud. AIR FRYER GREEN BEANS My favorite way to eat veggies these days is to just throw them in the air fryer. I'm on Year 2 of having a goal to eat more green veggies. I'm getting better, but I definitely have to focus on it each day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ To help with that, I started buying organic, frozen veggies at Costco. They are cheap (5 pounds of green beans are less than $5) and they are easy to make in the air fryer. This meal has been on repeat for a while now and it’s one I highly recommend you try- Mediterranean style chicken with coconut rice 🤤 I cooked the chicken with some @chosenfoods avocado oil, salt and pepper in a cast iron skillet and added chopped olives, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms and zucchini (inspired by @rachaelsgoodeats ). For the rice I did the same coconut rice I shared a lil while back from @shutthekaleup - 1 can of full fat coconut milk with 1 cup of rice cooked in the instant pot at rice setting. Kind of a sweet a savory meal over here - delicious!!!

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl or stand mixer then add in wet until a dough is formed. Like a loaf pan with parchment paper. I used 3 mini loaf pans but you can use one big one. For 3 minis bake for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. For a large one bake for around 40. Store in the fridge. ~Instant Pot Detox Soup 🍲 (Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free) After a long weekend in the Hamptons eating all of the goodies, I came home wanting a big pot of veggie soup to eat and fuel me throughout the week 🙏🏻 This is my go to detox soup that I make on the regular, especially after a vacation 💯 I load it up with all of the veggies and it quite literally heals me 😂 It is so unbelievably delicious and hearty, and perfect for the winter soup season 👏🏻 It's also perfectly ok to do a mix of frozen and fresh veggies to make this soup more budget friendly and use whatever is on hand. Recipe below, hope you all are having an amazing week 🤙🏻 . . Ingredients: 1 tbsp avocado oil 1 large onion 2 carrots, peeled and chopped 1 green zucchini, chopped 1 yellow zucchini, chopped 2 stalks of celery chopped 1 box of mushrooms, cleaned and sliced 1/2 head of cabbage, sliced 5 stalks kale, cleaned and roughly chopped 2 cups broccoli (I used frozen) 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed 1 14 oz can crushed tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 heaping tablespoon ginger, grated 5 cloves garlic, grated 2 bay leaves 6 cups vegetable stock Salt and pepper to taste . . Directions: Turn instant pot to sauté function, add avocado oil and diced onion and sauté for ~5 minutes. Add carrots, mushrooms, and celery and sauté for another few minutes. Add kale, zucchini, cabbage, broccoli, beans, and tomato paste and sauté for about 3 more minutes. Add in vegetable stock, crushed tomatoes, grated ginger, grated garlic, bay leaves, and season with salt and pepper (pot should be almost filled to the top). Stir to combine, close the lid and turn to pressure cook for 12 minutes. Quick release when time is finished and top with some cilantro. If you don't have an instant pot, just follow same directions and simmer for about 30 minutes, until veggies are fork tender.

Artichoke hearts, I buy them jarred or canned in water. Start by draining them. For this recipe, I've sautéed them with 1 tsp of olive oil, salt, rosemary, and garlic powder for a couple of minutes on medium-high heat. Once they're seared, I serve them topped with one of my favorites, edamame hummus.
