Using a knife, removed the core on the bottom of the cabbage by making a cone-like incision. Toss the core when it is removed.⁣⁣ 2. Boil the cabbage for about 10 minutes. Make sure you do not over cook the cabbage.⁣⁣ 3. In a medium sized pan, on low-med heat, add mushrooms and coconut oil. Cook for 7 minutes.⁣⁣ 4. Add squash and cook for 5 minutes. ⁣⁣ 5. Add your cooked cauliflower rice, onion powder, garlic powder, liquid aminos, smoked paprika and nutritional yeast. Cook for 10 minutes. Add salt to taste. ⁣⁣ 6. Peel your cabbage and set leaves aside.⁣⁣ 7. Place some of your filling in each cabbage leaf. Fold and roll neatly. Place the cabbage rolls in a large pan and set aside.⁣⁣ 8. Sauce time!⁣⁣ 9. Add coconut oil, pepper and garlic to small pan. Cook for 5 minutes and stir consistently to avoid bitter garlic. ⁣⁣ 10. Add water, tomato paste and lime juice. Cook for another 5 minutes. ⁣⁣ 11. Add salt and sugar. Stir well and cook for 10 minutes. ⁣⁣ 12. Pour over your cabbage rolls in the plan! ⁣⁣ 13. On medium-low heat, cook with your cabbage rolls for 10 minutes. ⁣⁣ 14. Hoy les comparto una receta que les va a proporcionar grasas saludables y además energía. Espero que las hagan para que dejen de consumir esas barritas comerciales. Ojo: no estoy diciendo que todas sean malas, hay marcas con buenos ingredientes, pero seamos sinceros: Muchas veces por el apuro, no se leen la lista de ingredientes. . Además prepararlas es muy fácil. Ésta es una receta que la pueden hacer hasta las personas a las que se les quema el agua 🤣🤣🤣 . Sin más, aquí les va la receta de mis Energy Balls 😋 . Ingredientes: 1 taza de harina de coco 🥥 1 taza de mantequilla de almendras. 8 dátiles remojados por 2 horas 1/2 taza de coco deshidratado sin azúcar. . Procedimiento: Escurrir los dátiles y procesar. Agregar la harina de coco y la mantequilla de almendras hasta que todo quede bien integrado. Hacer las bolitas y colocar en la nevera por 1 hora (no en el congelador). Luego a disfrutar. Consérvalas siempre en la nevera en un envase tapado. . Espero les guste tanto como a mí . Myth: Eating healthy has to be complicated.⁣ ⁣ Stop complicating things. You don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen prepping foods to be successful with your nutrition. ⁣ I share all of my “lazy girl meal prep” tips with my clients, because if they are anything like me, they don’t have the time or desire to spend hours in a kitchen. ⁣ ⁣ This is my fave, super easy snack when I need some protein during my work day. ⁣ ⁣ PLAIN Greek yogurt (flavored has added sugars) with frozen cherries on top. I toss the frozen cherries in a container to bring to work and by snack time they are thawed just enough to perfectly mix with my Greek yogurt.

Here's the recipe: Chai turmeric maca pumpkin protein loaves: {grain, gluten, dairy & refined sugar FREE}  3/4 cup cassava flour 4 scoops {1/2 cup} chai turmeric maca @nuzest_usa 1/4 cup coconut flour 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda  3/4 cup pumpkin purée  4 eggs Optional: 1-2 tbsp maple syrup {I used 1} 1 cup water - Instructions: Preheat oven time 400. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl or stand mixer then add in wet until a dough is formed. Like a loaf pan with parchment paper. I used 3 mini loaf pans but you can use one big one. For 3 minis bake for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. For a large one bake for around 40. Store in the fridge. "what do you normally eat?" ⁣ "are you vegan??" ⁣ "do you eat meat??"⁣ i hear these weekly.⁣ ⁣ i normally have the same things each day.. i'm a creature of habit and truly don't get tired of it.. ⁣ ⁣ fruit, veggies, protein, and PB... ⁣ ⁣ one of my go to's for lunches over the years has been romaine, chicken, bell peppers, yams, sunflower seeds, cranberries, avocado, and either a vinaigrette or @bolthousefarms ⁣ 🥬🥦🍅🥑🥕⁣ ⁣ i keep things simple and incorporate colors. ⁣ I use our portion containers (different sizes for each food group) to measure a serving...⁣ its been life changing so i'm not starving an hour later thinking i had a "portion" of protein... ⁣ i thought i would starve using them but most times i struggle getting them all in.. 🙈⁣ ⁣ meal plans are different for everyone but if you need a place to start you'll learn all about them when you join us 🤗⁣

Definitey one of the greatest exercises for the lats/back muscles. ⁣ ✅✅✅ When we try pull ups or pull downs or chin ups, the number ONE thing we need to do (both for safety and back development) is to LOCK those scapulas down and back before starting the pull. Nein ihr habt euch nicht verlesen, meine Oma hat mir früher leckeren Brei aus Hirse statt Grieß gemacht. Habt ihr das schonmal probiert? 🍪 Zutaten für 2 Portionen: - 150 g Hirse - 1 Liter Milch - 4 EL Honig - etwas Salz - etwas Vanillezucker - Zimt - Toppings nach Wahl (Bananen, Beeren, …) 👩‍🍳 How to: 1. Hirse in der Milch kochen bis sie breiartig wird. 2. Restliche Zutaten hinzufügen und gut umrühren. 3. Mushroom Penne with Walnut Pesto By @pinchofyum ~ Simple Mushroom Penne with Walnut Pesto – made with easy ingredients like Parmesan cheese, whole wheat penne, mushrooms, garlic, and butter. Vegetarian. ~ FOR THE PASTA 8 ounces penne pasta (I like to use whole wheat) 4 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® European Style Super Premium Butter 16 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup grated or shaved Parmesan cheese salt, pepper, and fresh parsley for topping FOR THE WALNUT PESTO 1 cup walnuts 1 1/2 cups packed greens (spinach, basil, parsley, anything you like – but keep some basil for a more traditional pesto flavor) 1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup olive oil 1 clove garlic juice of 1 lemon salt and pepper to taste Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Toast the walnuts in a small sauté pan over low heat with no butter or oil – stir and shake the pan until the walnuts are fragrant and toasty (about 5 minutes). In a food processor, combine all the ingredients for the walnut pesto and pulse until mostly smooth. Heat the butter over medium heat in a wide skillet. Add the mushrooms and saute for 8-10 minutes, until the mushrooms are a deep golden brown.
