Vegan Snickers Bites 🥜 8stk: 820kcal 24g Protein —> 1: 103kcal 3g Protein . Nabend 🙋🏼‍♀️ Ich meld mich auch nochmal, bevor das aktuelle Thema (Schokolade) der #vegantogo challenge von @vivi_jayy und @momocats_world in koop mit @zeitpulver wieder rum ist schmeiß ich noch schnell meine veganen Snickers Pralinen in die Runde 🌝 👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳 50g zarte Haferflocken/ Porridge (hier passend Peter Peanut von @oatsome ) 50g Alpro Skyr Style Süße 10-15ml Mandelmilch 50g Datteln (einweichen) 15g Erdnüsse 60g Schokolade 👩🏼‍🍳 Porridge, Alpro und süße miteinander vermischen, evt Mandelmilch dazu geben, bis ein formbarer Teig entsteht 👩🏼‍🍳 den Teig entweder ~0,5cm dick quadratisch auf einem Backpapier ausbreiten oder so wie ich in Eiswürfel/ Pralinenformen drücken 👩🏼‍🍳 Ins Eisfach stellen 👩🏼‍🍳 währenddessen aus den eingeweichten Datteln und evt einem Schuss des Einweichwassers mit einem pürierstab/Küchenmaschine Dattelkaramell herstellen 👩🏼‍🍳 Erdnüsse kleinhacken und unterrühren 👩🏼‍🍳 auf der Teigmasse verteilen und im Eisfach Fest werden lassen (ohne Formen nicht durchfrieren lassen, sonst kann man es schlecht schneiden😅) 👩🏼‍🍳 aus den Formen lösen/ in Würfel schneiden 👩🏼‍🍳 Schokolade schmelzen und entweder über die Pralinen gießen, oder die Pralinen eintunken 👩🏼‍🍳 im Kühlschrank fest werden lassen 🦄 die Pralinen müssen nicht gefroren sein, sie halten auch so 😄 nur die Verarbeitung ist leichter, wenn man sie einfriert 🦄 ich hoffe Vivi und Dani sehen mir nach, dass die pink gestreiften evt. Who's a sucker for snickers? This recipe comes to the rescue for a healthier version🍫 A no bake treat, perfect for summer cravings! . Happy Friday! . 📸 & recipe credits: @ginaa_marie99 Vegan protein snickers 😍🌱 Healthy & yummy af! RECIPE: Base 150g dates (soak in hot water for 10 minutes) 20g peanut butter 20g vanilla protein (any of the @wazoogles flavours would work here, try the Kungfu Coffee for a coffee kick!) 80g oat flour (simply grind oats in your OmniBlend) A splash of water . Caramel 50g dates 1 tsp peanut butter A little bit of water A pinch of salt . A small hand of roasted peanuts . Dark chocolate ( ~ 50g, probably more😋) ➡️ Blend dates, peanut butter in your OmniBlend, using the tamper to get a firm blend. Add the oat flour and protein powder and mix well ( (add a little water if the mix is too dry). Press the "dough" into a square tray ➡️ For the caramel blend all ingredients in your OmniBlend. Spread the caramel over the base and top with roasted peanuts. Freeze everything for ~30min. ➡️ Melt the chocolate. Take the base/caramel square out of the box and cut it into bars . Cover the bars with chocolate! If it is too "runny" put it in the freezer for another 30 min. DELICIOUS MID TERM MUNCHIES! I actually do not know how these tasted so incredible because the recipe was thrown together with whatever was in the press!! They are unreal! Ideal if you have a child with a very sweet tooth, seriously, they will never guess how healthy they are, they taste that good! All I can say is SNICKERS! 2 scoops of oats Tablespoon of coconut oil Teaspoon of dried coconut Tablespoon of peanut butter Teaspoon of honey Scoop of chocolate protein (optional) Fry everything together on a non stick pan, add a little water to combine. Mould into Snickers bar shapes, leave to set in fridge for 10/20 minutes. This amount made 6 bars, albeit they are larger than mini but not quite full size! Let me know what you think! Just tried these babies and I'm in love!!! They are so easy to make! Ingredients: Caramel layer: 1 packed cup madjool dates 2 tbs peanut butter Nougat layer: 2/3 cup oat flour 1/4 cup caramel Roasted Peanuts Melted dark chocolate How to make: Boil some water, turn off fire and soak the dates and remove the skin and let them be pitted for smoother texture. Place dates in a food processor with the PB and that's the caramel. Take 1/4 cup with the caramel and mix in a food processor with the oat flour ad that's the nougat. Spread the nougat, top with the rest of the date caramel, top with the peanuts and freeze for 1hour. Take them out, cut them into bite size, dip them in the melted dark chocolate, refrigerate and enjoy!! Thank you @rola_ghaddar for the recipe

. SAVE THIS POST!!! . These are not your standard protein balls, they take a bit more effort but trust me it’s worth it! I wanted to make a snickers slice but also wanted to make a protein ball so iv combined the 2! With a biscuit centre and a snickers caramel outer layer that is dipped in chocolate it’s certainly one of my new faves 😋 Snickers slice protein balls Base layer: • 1/2 cup wholemeal plain flour • 1/4 cup coconut flour • 3 tbs oil (I used olive oil spread - melted) • 1 tbs maple syrup • 1/2 tsp vanilla • Pinch baking soda Caramel Centre: • 1/2 cup dates - soaked • 1/4 cup peanut butter • 1/2 cup rolled oats • 2 scoops peanut butter or caramel protein (I used @macr0mike ) • 1-2 tbsp hot water (if needed) Outer layer: . • Melted chocolate - I used milk chocolate as that’s all I had but you can use dark if you wish Methods Biscuit Centre: - Preheat oven to 180 degrees - Place all dry ingredients into a bowl followed by the wet ingredients, mix well - Roll into 18 small balls, if the mixture isn’t holding together add a splash of water - Bake for 6-8 minutes or until lightly golden, sit aside to cool Outer caramel layer: - Place all ingredients into food processor except for water, blend until combined - Add water if needed - Once biscuit centre is cool grab a small ball of the outer layer and flatten it then wrap it around, using your hands to roll into a ball - Place into the fridge or freezer to cool - Melt chocolate and dip one side of each ball in - Store in the fridge or freezer If you make these let me know what you think! 💗

Happy Sunday everyone! This is my attempt at making healthy chocolate caramel peanut butter bars! These turned out so freaking good! I made this in a food processor, added about 2 tbsp of maple syrup in total, no other added sugar and no need for baking either. These honestly are my new favourite snack of all time! Siemka!✨ Jestem wielką fanką owoców, w praktycznie każdym słodkim posiłku, ale mam ostatnio ogromną fazę na snickersa🤣 Dlatego dzisiaj mam dla was przepis na omleta, inspirowanego właśnie tym batonikiem.🧚🏻‍♀️ W smaku oczywiście nie jest identyczny jak snickers, ale raczej nigdy nie uda mi się otrzymać tego samego smaku. Ale no nie oszukujmy się, omlet to omlet, nie ważne jakiego zrobisz, i tak jest najlepszy😄🤣❤️ Przepis: ▫️2 jajka ▫️40 gram mąki (tak, w końcu mam wagę kuchenną😎😂) ▫️Łyżeczka pdp ▫️Duża łyżka czekoladowego budyniu ▫️Słodzik według uznania Dodatki: ▫️Masło orzechowe❤️ ▫️Rozpusczona gorzka czekolada ▫️Snickers Wszystkie składniki mieszamy, wlewamy na rozgrzaną, natłuszczoną patelnię i smażymy pod przykryciem. Werbung enthalten Hey ihr Lieben. Ich hoffe euch geht es gut? Ich habe seit Ewigkeiten mal die #healthy #Snickers der lieben @stef.bra ausprobieren wollen und habe am Wochenende nun endlich mal welche zubereitet. Ich habe das Rezept allerdings etwas abgewandelt. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal das Kokosmehl etwas reduzieren. Ansonsten echt lecker. 🥰😋 #Suchtgefahr 😂 Hier mein abgewandeltes Rezept: Boden: ▫100g weißes Mandelmehl ▫50g Kokosmehl (würde ich beim nächsten Mal zum Teil durch gemahlene Haferflocken ersetzen) ▫1/2 Eßl Kokosöl ▫150ml Mandelmilch oder Milch nach Wahl Alles vermischen und in eine kleine Auflaufform oder Brownieform drücken. Karamellschicht: ▫200g Medjool Datteln ▫1 Eßl Kokosöl ▫2 Eßl Erdnussmus ▫50ml Wasser ▫etwas Vanille und 1 Prise Salz Alles in einen Foodprozessor oder Mixer zerkleinern. 50g geröstete Erdnüsse unterheben. Auf den Boden verteilen. Im Kühlschrank ca. 3-4 Stunden kühlen. Ich habe dies dann in kleine Happen geteilt und einen Teil mit Kakaopulver gewälzt. Beim 2 Teil habe ich 30g Kokosöl, 20g stark entöltes Kakaopulver, 1 Tl Erdnussmus vermischt und erwärmt (ihr könnt auch noch etwas süße hinzufügen, mir war es durch die Karamellschicht süß genug). Die Happen darin wälzen und wieder im Kühlschrank abkühlen lassen. NO BAKE HEALTHIER SNICKERS🍫 ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I promised and I kept my promise! Heres the recipe of one of my favorite desserts EVER. The flavor is so rich and fulfilling. Try it today or save it for later😍 ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ The recipe looks long but it’s actually very simple. Don’t be fooled😄⁣ ⁣ ⁣ INGREDIENTS: ⁣ ⁣ *Caramel Layer*⁣ •1 packed cup Medjool Dates (pitted)⁣ •2 tbsp Peanut Butter⁣ ⁣ *Nougat Layer*⁣ •⅔ cup Oat Flour⁣ •¼ cup Caramel layer⁣ ⁣ *Other*⁣ •⅓ cup dry roasted peanuts⁣ •120 g chocolate chips⁣ ⁣ ⁣ METHOD:⁣ 1. Soak the Dates for 10 minutes⁣ 2. Drain the dates, add them to a food processor with the peanut butter. Process until thick and smooth.⁣ 3. Remove the Date layer. Add oat flour with ¼ cup of the Date layer and process again.⁣ 4. Firmly and evenly press the Oat Flour Nougat into a small and narrow container⁣ 5. Spread the remaining Date layer evenly over the Nougat, then sprinkle the Peanut Pieces over and press them.⁣ 6. Place this in the freezer for 60-90 minutes, until firm.⁣ 7. Remove the frozen filling then cut it into bar-sized pieces. Return these to the freezer while you melt your chocolate.⁣ 8. Melt your Chocolate.⁣ 9. Place 1 bar into the bowl of melted Chocolate. Use two forks to flip, until it is coated in chocolate.⁣ 10. Place it onto a plate lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining bars⁣ 11. 4 ingredient vegan snickers bars! Before and after photo pictured! Are you ready for this recipe? 🙌🤤 . . What you Need: (Makes 5 snicker bars) 💝 8 @ndmedjooldates 💝 1/2 cup of water 💝 1.5 tbsp of peanut butter (@naturallymore) 💝 about 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts 🥜 💝 vegan or regular semi sweet chocolate 🍫 . . Method: ✅ remove seeds from medjool dates and place in sauce pan with water and peanut butter. Cook over medium heat and stir to soften medjool dates. Takes about 12 minutes. ✅ blend medjool date and peanut butter sauce to make a nutty caramel. ✅ melt chocolate using double broiler system (pot with water boiling and heat safe glass or steal bowl on top to melt chocolate) ✅ create layers using a chocolate mold or like I did using simply wax paper... layer a strip of melted chocolate (you can place it in the fridge / freezer to harden for a neater look) or you can be impatient like me and continue to layer caramel sauce , then chopped peanuts and then coat with melted chocolate on top! Chill until hardened, 10 minutes or so. ✅ try to share them with loved ones 😍😉

Ayer fue un día de comida rica y postrecitos MASSS. ⠀ Este fue mi postre después de el plato del post anterior, la verdad es que me siento un poco culpable por la cheateadas de estos días, pero que CCHU. Happy Friday everybody! 💞 Hope that you have had a good day. I made this healthier version of snickers today. These bars are paleo and vegan (depending on the ingredients you use). I am going to serve these for some friends tomorrow 😋. Had a bite tonight and can confirm that these were really good. Layer 1: food processed dates and peanut butter. Layer 2: honey sweetened smooth peanut butter Layer 3: dark chocolate You could also for instance use maple syrup instead of honey or swap out the peanut butter for another type of nut butter. If you’re a snickers lover but are trying to be healthy, I have a solution for you 🙈 Take out the pip of some good quality medjool dates, cut a slit in the middle, add some almond or peanut butter, top with chopped 85% dark chocolate, drizzle with some more melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. That’s all, so eat and tastes like LITERAL HEAVEN. Also if you want to add a crunch element like snickers, you can add chopped peanuts or almonds inside too. 👉🏼 SNICKERSSSS 👈🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Volvemos a lo dulce 😂 Super riquísimos y #guiltfree ☺️ No llevan cocción, que suma mil puntos porque NADIE quiere prender el horno con este calor 😅 Vas a necesitar: - 3 cdas soperas de pasta de maní - 80gr de coco rallado ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 15 dátiles ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 100gr (o menos) de maní sin piel y sin sal⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 150gr de cacao en barra 70%⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - Procesa la pasta de maní con el coco, colocalo en una base/molde (yo use una budinera de teflon) y lo dejas en el freezer para que se vaya endureciendo. A los dátiles les sacas el carozo y los dejas en agua tibia por 10 minutos para que se hidraten y después los procesas con un poquito de agua, hasta que se parezca a una mermelada. . . - A esto lo vas a poner arriba de la primera capa que tenías en el freezer y por arriba le vas a agregar maní sin piel y sin sal. Lo dejas unas horas en el freezer hasta que se endurezca todo. . . - Una vez que esté bien frío, lo sacas de la budinera (si tenes moldes de silicona mejor) y lo cortas en barritas. Deterretis el chocolate a baño maria y las cubris, yo las corte chiquitas para que queden más como un bocadito 😅 . . . Dejas que este bien frío y LISSSSTO ! SNICKER BITES HEALTHY 🍫. - Les dejo aquí la receta de los Snicker healthy, los hice en versión pequeña porque aunque los ingredientes son MUUUUCHO mejores que los de un Snicker tradicional también hay que cuidar las calorías, ahoraaaa siii, ahi les va. - ———— 💖INGREDIENTES: 5 pzs de datiles. 25 gr de chocolate Turín sin azúcar. 25 gr de harina de almendras. 2 pzs de cacahuates enteros. 1/3 tz de mantequilla de maní sin azúcar. - ———— 💖PROCEDIMIENTO: 1️⃣ Coloca tus dátiles en un bowl con agua caliente para que se ablanden. 2️⃣ Ya que estaban blanditos los dátiles los coloque en mi procesador junto con 1/4 tz de crema de cacahuate sin azúcar. 3️⃣ Con esa mezcla forme 1 capa y encima agregue 3 mitades de cacahuates. 4️⃣ Coloque la tercera capa dejando en medio los cacahuates. Mezclando la harina de almendras con 1/4 tz de crema de cacahuate. 5️⃣ Finalmente derreti mi chocolate en el micro por aprox 30 segundos y revolvi (repite si es necesario) ya que estaba líquido forre mis snickers. 6️⃣ Refrigera aprox 10-15 minutos. ENJOOOOY 🥰. 🇭🇷/🇬🇧 🇭🇷 ZDRAVI SNICKERS Savršen recept koji sam pokupila s accounta od @zdrava_hrono_hrana Stvarno je prefino 😍 Sastojci za biskvit su: 100 grama mljevenih zobenih ili pirovih pahuljica (kombinirala sam 50 grama jednih i 50 grama drugih) 15 datulja Žlica 100% kaka-a Malo soli Malo vode Sve skupa sam dobro izblendala u blenderu i zatim na papiru za pečenje oblikovala biskvit. Stavila sam ga u frižider na sat vremena da odstoji i malo se stisne a zatim sam ga premazala hrskavim kikiriki maslacem. Ponovno sam vrstila u frižider da još malo odstoji (ovaj puta sam stavila na svega 10-ak minuta) a za to sam vrijeme rastopila tamnu čokoladu u malo mlijeka. Za kraj sam izrezala biskvit na pločice i premazala svaku pločicu čokoladom. ☺️ To je to 💁🏻‍♀️ jako jednostavno i jaaako ukusno. 😋 . 🇬🇧 HEALTHY SNICKERS Amazing recipe by @zdrava_hrono_hrana It is so delicious 😍 Ingredients for biscuit: 100 grams blended oats or spelt flakes (I used 50 grams of both) 15 dates 1tbs 100% cocoa Pinch of salt Small amount of water Put all ingredients in food procesor until you get a good mixture. On a baking sheet, form a biscuit and place it in the fridge for an hour. After one hour spread the peanut butter on the biscuit and put back in the fridge. Melt the dark chocolate, spread on the top and cut in the bars. Enjoy ☺️♥️

Snicker saludable 🤤 Esta es una muuuuy buena receta para tener un postre saludable o el antojo dulce. No me tenía tanta fé pero de verdad quedo para chuparse los dedos! Base - 1/2 taza avena (usé @thepower_offood ) - 1/2 taza almendras - 3 Cucharadas mantequilla de mani - 6 dátiles (~2 cucharadas caramelo de datiles) Relleno - 2 tazas de dátiles - 1 taza de agua - opcional: 1 cucharadita esencia de vainilla Cobertura - 1 barra de chocolate Preparación 1. Partir por hacer el relleno. En un procesador de alimentos mezclar las 2 tazas de datiles (y los 6 datiles de la base) y el agua hasta que quede como manjar 2. Moler la avena y las almendras hasta que queden como harina, agregar la mantequilla de  mani y 2 cucharadas del caramelo de datiles. Mezclar hasta tener una masa uniforme 3. En un molde poner todos los ingredientes de la base y llevar al congelador hasta que este duro (aprox 30 min) 4. Poner la mezcla del caramelo por sobre la base y llevar al congelador hasta que este un poco mas duro 5. Derretir la barra de chocolate (puede ser a baño maría, yo lo hice en un pote en microondas) y cubrir toda la preparación 6. Llevar al congelador al menos por 1 hr y servir bien frio! 👌👌 Cuentenme si tienen variaciones entretenidas de #snickersaludable y como les va quedando!

HOMEMADE PROTEIN SNICKERS🥜🍫🤤 Experimented on these babies last week using @olenaworld Evolve Protein. It’s basically banana slices lagered with a vegan protein chocolate icing (recipe below) and peanut butter topped with chopped roasted almonds.🥰🥰 . Protein Icing- 1 Scoop @olenaworld Vanilla Evolve 1/4 cup almond milk 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder 2 pitted dates . Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you get the consitency of icing.😻 I am absolutely in love with @olenaworld Evolve. The texture is just amazing and it goes well with ALL my recipes.🤤 . Putting it all together: •Slice a banana and layer the slices with a gook chunk of Peanut Butter and protein icing and top them with chopped nuts or toppings of your choice.💕💁🏼‍♀️ . Snickers sain et gourmand 😊 Voici une recette incroyable pour cuisiner des snickers healthy encore meilleurs que les vrais. Les ingrédients sont tous sains et du coup vous pouvez en manger sans culpabiliser. En plus, comme d'habitude, la recette est très facile. Ingrédients: Pour la caramel: 8 dattes Medjool préalablement trempées dans de l'eau chaude 1 CS de Beurre de Cacahuète 4 CS d'eau 1/2 CC d’Extrait de Vanille Pour le nougat 80g de Flocons d’Avoine moulus 4 CS de Poudre d’Amandes 3 CS bombées de Caramel (ci-dessus) 1 CS de sirop d'érable Pour le chocolat 100g de Chocolat Noir 1 poignée de Cacahuètes Grillées Commencer par le caramel en mixant tout les ingrédients jusqu'à obtenir une purée bien lisse. Mettre de côté . Ensuite mixer tous les ingrédients du nougat. . Placer cette pâte dans un plat carré en la tassant bien. . Verser le caramel dessus et mettre quelques cacahuètes. . Laisser reposer au congélateur 2 heures. . Faire fondre le chocolat au micro-ondes. Découper des barres et les tremper dans le chocolat. . Garder les barres au frais

Healthy Snickers 😍 📸1 oder 2? Ich liebe Snickers, aber der selbstgemachte ist einfach der absolute Hammer 😍 So lecker, außen knackig durch die Schokolade und innen super fudgy 🎉😋 Ihr müsst die unbedingt probieren!!! Snickeeeers 🎉 1. réteg: A nugát✨ 💥 3/4 cup zabpehely 💥 1/2 cup kesu 💥 1/4 cup karamellszósz* (a 3. réteghez készített mennyiségből bőven jut ide, az 1. rétegbe 1/4 cup) 💥 4 evőkanál crunchy magvaj (én fele mogyoró-fele mandulával csin.) ————————————————— A fent leírt sorrend szerint egy egyszerű konyhai aprítóba pakoljuk az alapanyagokat...1. zab -> aprít. 2. mehet hozzá a kesu -> aprít..és így tovább mindig hozzáadjuk a következő alapanyagot a már összeaprított előzőekhez. A végén sűrű massza lesz amit ha nehezen visz az aprító -> kiszedjük egy tálba a és kézzel gyúrjuk homogén állagra. 🥜Snickers-Cups🥜 Mit Abstand die beste zuckerfreie Süßigkeit, die ich je produziert habe😱😍😍😍😍 Das Rezept der lieben @stef.bra (DANKE dafür🙏) hatte ich vor einigen Tagen schon mal getestet und es ist absolut göttlich😍 Allerdings war mir der Schokoladengeschmack etwas zu intensiv. Daher hab ich das Rezept gestern etwas abgeändert und diese unfassbar leckeren Cups gezaubert🎉 Wenn man die Snickers jedoch nicht komplett in Schokolade tränkt, sondern nur damit bepritzt, muss die weiße Schicht natürlich etwas fester sein, um das Ganze nachher gut snacken zu können. @ms_nadineslife hat auf ihrer Seite ein etwas abgeändertes Rezept der Snickers von @stef.bra - mit einer weißen Schicht, die gebacken wird, diese habe ich auch für meine Cups verwendet. Und das Ergebnis ist absolut perfekt! Wie versprochen kriegt ihr heute das Snickers Bite Rezept♥️ vergesst es nicht euch abzuspeichern, damit ihr es wieder findet, wenn ihr es mal nachmachen möchtet 👩🏼‍🍳 Das Rezept ergibt Übrings 35 Bites & falls ihr es #vegan machen möchtet, lasst einfach das Whey weg oder ersetzt es gegen Veganes Whey & statt normaler Schokolade nehmt Vegane Schokolade 💯 ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Snickers Bites🍫🥜 Zutaten erste Schicht: •250g Haferflocken •100g Whey (ich habe Snickers Whey benutzt, Schoko passt zB auch gut) •150g Erdnussmus •etwas Mandelmilch falls die Masse zutrocken ist Zutaten zweite Schicht: •400g Datteln •150 Milliliter Mandelmilch Zutaten dritte Schicht: •150g geröstete & gesalzene Erdnüsse Zutaten Glasur: •200g dunkle Schokolade (ich habe zuckerfreie verwendet) •30g Kokosöl Zubereitung erste Schicht: 1. Die Haferflocken klein mixen 2. Dann mit den restlichen Zutaten verkneten & auf ein Backpapier zu einem Rechteck formen Zubereitung zweite Schicht: 1. Die Datteln mit der Mandelmilch gründlich pürieren bis eine geschmeidige Creme entsteht 2. Die Creme auf den Haferflocken Boden streichen Zubereitung dritte Schicht: 1. die Erdnüsse klein hacken 2. Anschließend auf die 2. Schicht geben 3. Alles für ca. 30 Minuten in die Gefriertruhe geben Zubereitung Glasur: 1. die Schokolade mit dem Öl schmelzen lassen 2. Mais là, elle a toute sa place ! Ces bouchées, baptisées crockpeanut par sa créatrice @clemfit_run sont une véritable tuerie ! Une gourmandise absolument déculpabilisante qui remplacera à merveille votre snickers bourré de sucre et de gras. Composé de flocons d'avoine, de beurre de cacahuètes, d'une compote sans sucre ajouté (pomme pour moi) et de chocolat noir (j'ai mis du chocolat à pâtisser Lidl à 52% que j'avais dans mon placard, mais je referais dans quelques mois avec du 70% pour encore plus de légèreté 😉).
