FRIED SPRING ROLL / CHA GIO / NEM RÁN —————————————— Friterade vårrullar med rispapper som är krispiga, lite sega och supergoda😍 • • Man kan göra olika variationer med fyllningen, byta ut ingredienser och ta bort eller lägga till olika saker men så länge man har någon sorts färs, morötter, smaksättning och nudlar så brukar det bli gott ändå😋 • Ingredienser: {exempel på olika ingredienser, se post 2 } - 400-500 gr blandfärs/kycklingfärs - 200 gr tiger/jumboräkor (optional), råa, grovhackade - 1-2 morötter, riven - 1/4 -1/2 paket Vermicelli cilli risnudlar (enligt paket sen klippta) - 2-3 salladslök, hackad - 4-5 skogsöron/ black fungus/ wood fungus, hackad (blötlägg kvällen innan) - 1/2 tsk socker - 1/2 tsk vitpeppar - Salt & peppar - 1 paket rispapper • (Jag experimenterade med lite soja, sesamolja, oystersås och ris vin 🙈 men annars smakar grundreceptet bra oxå) • • 🔘1. Förbered vermicelli nudlar enl. Paketets instruktioner. Klipp sedan dem. {post 4} 🔘2. Blanda färs, nudlar, räkor, morot, skogsöra och salladslök. Salta, peppra och lägg i socker. For a different spin on this, try chopping up yams, sweet potatoes, or butternut squash, using this recipe instead of the carrots. All DELIGHTFUL combinations, and really delicious roasted with the curry powder & seasonings. makes about 4 servings Recipe by ➡️ @cleanfoodcrush INGREDIENTS : 1 lb. garden carrots 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 Tbsp curry powder (hot or mild) 1 Tbsp avocado oil 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste lime wedges for serving, optional DIRECTIONS : Preheat your oven to 375 f. & line a baking sheet w/ parchment paper. 🥗Because of how busy things are getting right now, I've decided to post my grocery hauls here on Instagram instead of as a blog post. I'm still making the videos though, so you can always visit me on Youtube!⠀ ⠀ 💖 This weekend, I went to Aldi and Kroger. The plan was to get a bunch of sale items at Kroger, and I succeeded... sort of!⠀ ⠀ I've been raving all week about Kroger's 2-day sale, where they had 20-count boxes of Cheese-its for $4.99. When I got there, they didn't have just plain Cheese-its. They just had the variety packs, which won't work for Allison's class snack because kids will fight over them. 😂⠀ ⠀ 🧀So instead I bought two 12-count boxes of cheese sandwich crackers. Then I had to change around my items for the Buy 5, Save $5.00 event because I was counting on the other bags of Cheese-its for John's work snacks. Instead, I bought the box of KIND bars and put back the second Larabar I was gonna buy for myself. Sometimes you just have to improvise!⠀ ⠀ ☘️ I'm also excited about next week because I'm doing a St. Patrick's Day themed lunch/breakfast week for Allison! Hence, the Lucky Charms. I'm also making rainbow pancakes and green spinach muffins and I'll be sure to show you all when I make them!⠀ ⠀ 💖 Aldi total: $46.22⠀ 💖 Kroger total: $33.92⠀ 💖 Weekly total: $80.19, which puts me $7.00 under budget! Beef stuffed peppers with a Mediterranean flare 💚 - switch out the rice for quinoa or cauliflower rice if you’re looking for a lower carb option! 🌶 🙌 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 6 bell peppers red, yellow or green 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pound lean ground beef 1 medium onion chopped 1 teaspoon 7 spice 1 cup rice uncooked 1/2 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon black pepper 8 ounces tomato sauce 2 garlic cloves minced Toasted pine nuts for serving Chopped fresh parsley leaves for serving INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking dish with cooking spray Slice 1/2 inch from the tops of peppers and remove stems. Cut the core from the inside and remove any seeds. Place the hallowed peppers in a 9x13 inch baking dish with tops on and cook for 15 minutes; remove from oven and set aside Meanwhile, heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot. Add ground beef, onions and 7 spice. Season with salt and pepper and cook until beef is browned, about 7-10 minutes. Add the rice on top of the beef mixture, season with cinnamon, salt and pepper. Mix well and add 2 cups of water. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until rice is tender. Stuff peppers with beef and rice mixture to the top. Pour tomato sauce in baking dish. Add minced garlic and as much water to thin out the tomato sauce as you’d like. Cover the stuffed peppers with their reserved tops or place foil over the baking dish. Cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, to allow the sauce to bubble and the peppers to continue to soften. Cook rice according to package instructions, but do not stir when it is cooked. This allows it to stay sticky. 2. Cut each cucumber in half and hallow it out by remove the seeds with a knife or spoon. 3. Place a small amount of rice inside on half cucumber, then compress towards one side to make room for the other ingredients. Carefully add the smoked salmon, avocados, peppers and carrots, compressing as you add until the cucumber is packed full. Repeat for the remaining cucumbers. 4. Using a sharp knife, slice cucumbers into ½ inch thick pieces. 5. AYURVEDA rule: when life gets complicated, we need to go back to the roots. ⁣ ⁣ When we are suffering, under stressed, with a confused and cloudy mind, we tend to fall into what psychologists call the complexity bias. ⁣ The complexity bias manifests in two main ways:⁣ 1 - it is the tendency to label a problem as being complex, even if it is not. Of the fight-or-flight responses, complexity bias is the flight response. It is a means of turning away from a problem and labeling it as too confusing, which allows us to surrender to the responsibility to understand it. ⁣ 2 - It is our natural attraction towards complex solutions versus simple ones. When we need to solve a problem, we tend to ignore simple solutions, thinking that will never work and instead favor complex ones.⁣ ⁣ Now what does it have to do with Ayurveda? Everything! ⁣ ⁣ Ayurveda recognizes the sophistication of our beautiful body and mind, but at the same time always takes us back to a simple set of rules that constitute the pillars of health: DIGESTION-SLEEP-RELATIONSHIPS.⁣ ⁣ If we apply the fundamental rules of those 3 pilars, we can address many of our unbalances and diseases. And usually, those rules are surprisingly simple. Check out @naturale for daily recipes 🍏 ---- Ingredients 🍱: MARINADE ½ cup lime juice (120 mL) ¼ cup olive oil (60 mL) 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper SKEWERS 10 wooden skewers 3 lb chicken breast (1 ½ kg), cubed 2 red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) pieces 2 orange bell peppers, cut into 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) pieces 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) pieces 2 green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) pieces 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) pieces fresh cilantro, for garnish - Preparation Soak wooden skewers in water for 5-10 minutes and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the chicken with the marinade ingredients and mix. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour. If baking, preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Assemble skewers by adding red bell pepper first, followed by orange, yellow, and green bell peppers, red onion, and then marinated chicken. Repeat until skewer is full. Place skewers on a baking sheet and brush with remaining marinade. Bake or grill 20-30 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro. Enjoy!

Das man sowas schreiben muss 🙈 Aber ich wurde in letzter Zeit viel kritisiert dass Fett blablabla, dass man krank werden kann, dass .... aber Hallo, Keto ist nun mal eine Ernährung mit Fett als Sattmacher und Energiequelle. 🤷‍♀️ und wer hier nicht sein möchte, der muss nicht hier sein und gucken. Alles freiwillig 😱 Ich will niemanden bekehren❗ Ich möchte lediglich inspirieren und mich mit Menschen austauschen, die auf meiner Wellenlänge sind. ✌. Genug blabla, das Rezept geht so: Zutaten: 100g Kokosmus (ich habe das von @alnatura) 100g Weidebutter (ich kaufe @Kerrygoldde) 2 EL MCT Öl (ich kaufe Mea Vita oder andere) 30g zuckerfreie Schokolade Zubereitung: 1. Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel und im Wasserbad schmelzen. 2. Gut verrühren und in Silikonpralinenformen füllen (ich nehme eine Hälfte der Cake-Pops-Form) 3. Einfrieren Nun kannst du sie noch mit etwas zuckerfreier Schoko toppen. Ich habe diesmal 30g Zartbitter von @lindt_germany geschmolzen. Du kannst aber auch Schokodrops nehmen oder auch ganz weglassen... Bei mir wurden es 16 Pralinen. Die Masse hat knapp 11g Carbs. Macht pro Praline = 0.7g 🥳 Bitte im Kühlschrank oder alternativ im Gefrierfach aufbewahren!

Ask and you shall receive... the apple cinnamon baked oatmeal highlighted during fiber week! . . 🍽2 cups old fashioned oats. 🍽3/4 cup milk (I used almond)🥛 🍽1 cup unsweetened apple sauce. 🍽3 large egg whites 🥚 🍽3 tbsp Stevia (I used swerve) 🍽2 tsp vanilla. 🍽2 tsp cinnamon. 🍽1/2 tsp baking powder. 🍽1/4 tsp salt. 🍽2 cups apples (I used freeze dried)🍎 . . Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Lightly grease a baking dish. Pour mixture into dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 4-6 hours. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins. *allowing it to sit helps make the oatmeal fluffier!*
