No-bake Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Oat Cups HEY, YOU NEED TO MAKE THESE! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I had these as a snack before my workout today and I decided in that moment I just couldn’t wait until tomorrow to share with you because I know you will fall in love with them!☺️ You guys know I’m a big fan of oats and chocolate, and an even bigger fan of simple, healthy, no-bake recipes! Well this has all of that combined, and it is absolutely delicious (you need to save this recipe!) oh and you probably already have all of these ingredients in your kitchen! . Made with prebiotic oats, organic cacao powder, avocado, and chia/flax blend, they will have you feeling full and satisfied! Vegan| Gluten-Free | Refined Sugar Free| Oil Free | Yield: ~6-8 Note* recipe is vegan and refined sugar free without the use of dark chocolate! . Ingredients: -1/2 cup @bobsredmill organic rolled oats -1/8 cup avocado -1 tbsp organic coconut sugar -1 chia/flax egg -2 tbsp @navitasorganics organic cacao powder -1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk (or your milk of choice). -2 tbsp organic dark chocolate (optional) -pinch of sea salt . 1. Process the rolled oats until you achieve a fine oat flour, set aside. 2. Prepare chia flax egg- combine 1 tbsp @wholefoods brand ground chia-flax with 3 tbsp water, stir and set aside for 15 minutes. 3. Mix all ingredients (except the dark chocolate) in a medium sized bowl until a smooth batter forms. 4. Using a cookie scoop, evenly divide the batter and place in lined muffin tin ~1/4” thick and use a spoon to smooth and flatten them. 5. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and add sea salt! Hi everybody, I wasn’t really present lately as I was focused on eating with awareness during my cleanse. It doesn’t mean I didn’t cook with my thermomix, I just didn’t want to take photos 😅. Sometimes it is good to take a break 😊. So this morning, I made these vegan no bake energy bars. I mixed several recipes I found on the web. Ask me if you want the recipe. Vit chokladmousse som är vegansk, sockerfri och glutenfri 😍 Tips! Ta gärna hälften kokosolja och hälften kakaosmör. Då blir chokladsmaken lagom 😊 . RECEPT 0,25 dl kikärtspad (1 förp) 20 g kakaosmör och/eller neutral kokosolja 1 msk fibersirap, eller valfri sötning 1 nypa vaniljpulver citronsaft . SÅ GÖR DU 2 PORT 1. Koka ner spadet från en tetra med kikärtor till ca 0,25 dl. 2. Smält kakaosmöret och kokosolja med hälften av sötningen och vaniljpulver. 3. Vispa det avsvalnade kikärtsspadet med resten av sötningen och några droppar citron till ett riktigt fast fluff. 4. Vänd ner blandningen med kakaosmöret i fluffet. Häll upp i portionsskålar och ställ kallt för att stelna. . Tänk på att koka ner spadet från kikärtorna så vätskan blir koncentrerad. Då blir moussen mycket krämigare 😍

Blätterteig mit Apfelscheiben (wenn's mal schell gehen muss 😉) 1 Pack. Blätterteig 2-3 Äpfel 1 Eigelb Zimt Zucker Puderzucker Den Blätterteig ausrollen und in 6 gleichgroße Vierecke ausschneiden. Auf einen mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech legen und mit der Gabel viele Löcher stechen. Mit Eigelb bestreichen, Zimt und Zucker vermischen und auf den Blätterteig bestreuen. Die Äpfel schälen, in dünne Scheiben schneiden und auf den Teig legen. Die Äpfel ebenfalls mit Zimt & Zucker bestreuen. Dann im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200° Grad O/U-Hitze ca. 20-25 Minuten backen. BLUE BOUNTY BARS💙🤍 Recipe down below ⬇️ 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut Tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp agave syrup Tsp @wearesuperu blue spirulina 50g dark chocolate Tsp coconut oil Blend together the coconut, oil, agave and spirulina. Press the mixture into a lines tray and pop into the freezer for an hour. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil and drizzle this over the bars, then slice into portions.

BROWNIE BATTER WALNUTS & ALMONDS! 🍫🥜 It’s FriYAY! 🎉 I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than stuffing my mouth 👄 with these nuts! 🤤🙌🏼 MINIMAL INGREDIENTS, VEGAN, REFINED SUGAR FREE, GRAIN FREE, DAIRY FREE & DELISH! 🌱🙌🏼😋 DeAts: In a sauce pan on stove heat up 1/4 cup @cocoabarinajar BROWNIE BATTER on LOW. Pour in 1 cup of almonds and walnuts @woodstockfoods and stir till they are all evenly coated. Let them toast for about 5 -10 min or so, stirring often. Set in a bowl to enjoy warm, or sit in fridge to harden up the chocolate 🍫 Sprinkle with cacao powder @sunfood Enjoy! Store in fridge.

And the best part? You only need 5 INGREDIENTS. ❤️ These are also great for meal prep & keep great in the freezer for the week! - 1 cup @eatnuttzo peanut butter 1 cup @lakanto maple syrup 1 cup @woodstockfoods oats 1 @loving_earth chocolate bar (or 1 cup chocolate chips) 1 tbsp coconut oil - Melt nut butter & maple until smooth. If your mixture is too thick, melt in a little coconut oil to thin. Then, stir in the oats, half of the chocolate bar chopped up or your chocolate chips, and other add ins you’d like! Nuts are always good, too. Press into bottom of greased loaf pan. Then, melt remaining chocolate with a little coconut oil until smooth. Drizzle over the top. Place in freezer to set. Remove & cut into bars! - What helps get you through the end of the work week!?
