~ Schnitzel med österrikisk potatissallad och coleslaw ~ 8-10 st mjöliga potatisar 1/4 vitkålshuvud Vegansk schnitzel (från Anamma eller Hälsans kök) 1 msk hel anis 1 msk hel kummin Vitvinsvinäger Torkad oregano, basilika, persilja eller andra örter 1/2 tsk dijonsenap Salt Socker Olivolja Neutral olja Skala och koka potatisen i saltat vatten, låt sedan svalna så länge som möjligt. Koka upp lite vatten och häll över anis- och kumminfröna. Låt stå tills de blir mjuka. Strimla vitkålen med en kniv eller osthyvel, massera den sedan ordentligt med lite salt och vitvinsvinäger tills den blir mjuk. Blanda lite mer vitvinsvinäger och salt med olivolja, 1 tsk socker och anis- och kumminfröna. Blanda dressingen med vitkålen och låt stå och marinera. När potatisen svalnat, skiva den och lägg i en skål. Blanda 1/2 dl vitvinsvinäger, 1/2 dl neutral olja, 2 tsk socker, örter, dijonsenap, salt och lite vatten. Smaka av dressingen och blanda sedan med potatisen. Tillsätt eventuellt lite vatten eller olja för att få den önskade konsistensen. Det är meningen att potatisen ska gå sönder lite och blandas med dressingen. 🌟THE BEST BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE RECIPE🌟 Sharing with you go-to baked blueberry cheesecake recipe! This is my favourite thing to bake for special gatherings. So easy, delicious and a sure crowd-pleaser. Blueberry cheesecakes are my favourite because the slight acidic taste helps balancing out the sweetness. Blueberries are also full of antioxidants, which are good for you 😉 — 📮 SAVE this post for future reference 💌 FOLLOW for more recipes! — INGREDIENTS: Blueberry sauce: • 50g blueberries • 2tsp cornstarch • 25g sugar • 1tsp water Crust: • 50g butter • 30g sugar • ~10 digestive biscuits Filling: • 30g flour • 200g sugar • 600g cream cheese • 250g sour cream • 2tsp vanilla extract — STEPS: 1 - Make the blueberry sauce: add the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and water into a saucepan. Boil until the blueberries become soft. Leave to rest then using a blender, blend the sauce until smooth. 2 - Make the crust: crush the digestive biscuits and mix together with the melted butter and sugar. Press the crust onto the base of a springform pan - I used a 8” one. Bake the crust in the oven for 10mins at 180°C. 3 - Make the filling: Mix the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, flour, vanilla extract and eggs together until well incorporated. 4 - Pour the filling over the crust. Add a few dollops of blueberry sauce and use a knife to make some swirls. 5 - Bake for 50 mins at 180°C. If you want to avoid cracks, place the baking pan in a tray filled with water or on top of a baking tray. 6 - Once done leave the cheesecake to rest until it sets. Best served after being refrigerated. 7 - ENJOY! 🥳

I like cilantro on almost anything so it was only a matter of time until I added it to hummus. 😂 But I LOVE the flavor it adds to this dip. It's perfect with carrots, cucumbers, or pita chips but it also makes a tasty sandwich spread! . It's only 6 ingredients and you can make it in just a few minutes! I have tips for extra creamy. hummus (plus the nutritional info) on the blog, but you can save the recipe below! . INGREDIENTS 1 15oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained ½ bunch cilantro, ends trimmed (about 1 cup loosely packed) ¼ teaspoon cumin 1 tablespoon olive oil 4 tablespoons water ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste) . INSTRUCTIONS Warm the chickpeas in the microwave for 1 minute, to make the chickpeas easier to blend. Add the chickpeas, cilantro, and cumin to the food processor pulse until chunky. Raw Protein Chocolate Cakes by @healthyfrenchwife ❤️ Recipe:⠀ Ingredients⠀ 1 1/2 cup of raw cashews soaked overnight ⠀ 3 tbsp of cacao⠀ 3 tbsp of melted coconut oil⠀ 3 tbsp of chocolate protein powder⠀ 3 tbsp of maple syrup⠀ Half a block of dairy free dark chocolate or raw chocolate for topping the cakes and a fee strawberries⠀ ⠀ Instructions⠀ 1. Soak your cashews overnight in water then drain and rinse them.⠀ 2. Blend them in a food processor with the maple syrup and coconut oil.⠀ 3. Then add the cacao and chocolate protein powder.⠀ 4. Go ahead and chili out this #NationalChiliDay! Chili is the perfect dish for #mealprep. Check out this Quick Chicken Chili by @somethewiser: . 1) In dutch oven or other heavy-bottomed pan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (optional) and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. 2) Raise heat to medium high and add 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into ½ inch cubes. Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes, or until chicken has lost all of its pink color. Stir in ¼ cup water, 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp dried oregano, ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, then add 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. 3) Stir in 2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans and 2 (4 oz. each) Libby's® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn Vegetable Cups. Cook for another 5 minutes. 4) Serve warm and garnish with toppings (avocado, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, tortilla chips), as desired. 5) Enjoy!

1lb ground beef 1 yellow Bell pepper Half a sweet onion 24 oz of whatever spaghetti sauce. Dinner from a few days ago, a Chickpea and Parsnip dahl with chunks of parsnip for sweetness, served with tenderstem broccoli and a dollop of quark. Made the base for the dahl from butternut squash, carrots and parsnips, cooked in stock and spices, then through a blender. Sal y mix de pimientas recién molida. Para la salsa cesar : Un huevo Medio diente de ajo Un poco de queso parmesano 30ml de aceite de girasol 50 ml de aceite de oliva Dos filetes de anchoa en aceite Media cucharadita de salsa perrins Unas gotas de vinagre de manzana. 💚Preparación : Cortar la pechuga de pollo en filetes gruesos y estos en tiras. Salpimentar y pasar por huevo batido y panko. Freir en aceite de oliva y reservar en papel absorbente. Freir o tostar unos cubitos de pan pequeños. Preparar la salsa cesar haciendo una mayonesa con todos los ingredientes de la salsa, hasta optener una salsa no demasiado espesa. However, I’ve decided to add some nuts and seeds for some crunch and texture You could also add any dried fruits, or foods like chocolate or cacao nibs. I was missing the island of Oahu already, so we decided to bring Hawaii home to us! Hawaiian Chicken is a classic staple in our dinner rotation, and we've been making it for years now. This time, we did it a little different and used the pressure cooker instead of the slow cooker, and just WOW is all I can say...this was big far the best version we've ever made. The flavors were incredible, the chicken was tender and moist, and the whole dish made your mouth water. I bet you want the recipe now, don't you? INSTANT POT HAWAIIAN CHICKEN Ingredients - 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp sesame oil - 1 30oz can pineapple chunks (we cut up a fresh pineapple instead if you are so inclined) - 1 tbsp minced garlic - 1 tbsp minced or grated ginger root - 1/3 cup hoisin sauce - 1-2 tsp chili flakes Slurry sauce: mix 1/4 cup of pineapple juice from the can with 2 tbsp corn starch, and set aside. Directions 1. Add all ngredients to instant pot except slurry mixture. Stir well. 2. Select poultry setting and adjust the time to 7 minutes on high pressure. 3. Once cooked, let the instant pot naturally release for 10 minutes, and open the lid. 4. Select the saute option on low, and add the slurry mixture, stirring gently until sauce thickens. Let sit for 5 minutes to continue to thicken. 5. Serve with veggies and brown rice. This is a GREAT meal prep option, as it stores great in the fridge for 3-4 days. Ingredients: 1 (3 pound) venison roast cut into 1½ -inch cubes Salt and freshly ground black pepper 3 tablespoons olive oil divided 2 onions diced 2 stalks celery finely chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 cup dry red wine see notes 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth 5 sprigs fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried 2 bay leaves 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes scrubbed and quartered 4 carrots peeled and sliced 1 cup frozen peas . Instructions: 1.Pat venison pieces dry with paper towel and season with salt and pepper. 2.Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat until just smoking. Add half the meat in a single layer and cook, without moving, until browned on one side, about 5 minutes. 3.Flip each piece of venison and continue cooking until browned on the other side. Transfer to a bowl. Heat another tablespoon of oil and repeat with remaining venison until browned. Transfer to bowl. 4.Heat last tablespoon of oil until shimmering. Add onion and celery and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 5.Stir in flour and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Add tomato paste, wine, and chicken broth, thyme, bay leaves, and browned venison, scraping up any browned bits on the bottom of the pan. 6.Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour. 7.Stir in potatoes and carrots. Return to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 1 hour longer, until venison is tender. 8.Remove bay leaves and any thyme stems. Stir in peas and cover for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper

This Chocolate Barfi recipe is sure to steal your heart.♥️♥️♥️ Things you will need- 3/4th cup finely chopped Campco Dark Chocomass, 3/4th cup cocoa powder khowa ½ Kg condensed milk 3/4th cup ½ cup clarified butter 3/4th cup sugar 50 grams almonds (1/3 cup) cashews 50 grams (1/2 cup) How to make- -Crush almonds and cashews. -Add ½ cup of clarified butter in a pan, ½ khowa and stir fry it. -Now Add 3/4 cup of sugar then mix well and add ¾ cup of condensed milk and ¾ cup of cocoa powder and finely chopped dark Chocolate. -Add roughly crushed almonds and cashews. Stir fry it till this mixture gets firm and stars leaving the pan. -Now take a setting tray and arrange the butter paper in it then spread the only ¾ of the mixture. Dip the top of your spoon in clarified butter and set top layer of the mixture with it. -After that, put it in the refrigerator. I love making energy balls - super quick, and the flavour combinations are endless They are a great snack, and perfect for lunch boxes. Recipe - Dark Chocolate Coconut Energy Balls 1 cup Medjool date (Pitted) 1/2 cup Rolled oats- (Gluten Free if needed) 3 tbsp Almond butter 1 tbsp Flax seeds (or chia seeds) 1/4 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened 2 tbsp Dark chocolate chips, (vegan if preferred) 1/3 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened Method 1. Place pitted medjool dates into a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until dates are ground and clump into a sticky ball. 2. Add in oats, nut butter, flax or chia seeds, and cocoa powder. Blend until all ingredients are completely combined. Add chocolate chips and pulse to distribute. 3. Roll mixture into 2'' balls with your hands, then roll in unsweetened coconut flakes. Repeat until all the balls are rolled. You should get between 10 - 12 energy balls from this recipe. 4..Refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for longer life!

Chocolate Sauce- Combine 1 tbsp of cocoa powder with 3 tbsps of almond milk and mix well. Add in a drizzle of agave for sweetness. Chilli with garlic bread 🤤 instead of mince I used soya mince - amazing stuff that has the same texture as normal high quality mince! The key spices I used were cayenne pepper and chilli powder. Ingredients: red onion, red pepper, celery, garlic, chickpeas, soya mince, kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, 1 tsp green pesto, parsley, spices, oxo cubes, veggie stock, red wine, sat and pepper! One of the things I love most about primaveras is their versatility. I mean, you can literally throw any veggie in there and it’s moneyyyyy. 💯 . I was craving some cozy “pasta”, so I whipped up this SHRIMP PRIMAVERA with what I had on hand: broccoli, sugar snap peas, diced tomatoes, + zoodles. My craving was def satisfied with this low carb version.👌 . #whatwentdown : • 1/4 lb medium, peeled and deveined shrimp • leftover steamed broccoli + sugar snap peas • 1 good handful @organicgirl baby spinach • 1/2 C @raoshomemade sensitive formula marinara sauce (made without garlic and onions, since they tend to give me major reflux) • 1/4 C no salt added diced tomatoes . 👉In a sprayed pan over med/high heat, add shrimp seasoned with red pepper flakes. Cook about 2 min and then flip; cook another 1 min, then remove from pan. Add zoodles and cook for 2 min. Add in broccoli, sugar snap peas, sauce, and tomatoes; cook about 3 min or until warmed through. Finally, add spinach and shrimp and toss to coat well and help wilt the spinach. Top with @sarifoodscompany nutritional yeast (for that DF cheesy flavor) + a drizzle of EVOO for a little extra healthy fats. . #fitncleanmama #eatrealfood
