ONE of my absolute favs! // 🥳 This slice is THE definition of healthy indulgence! When you’re craving that gooey kind of caramel’y “bad” treat that’s not that bad! 😏✅ // SUPER easy to make with minimal ingredients AND not a lot of freezer wait time too! YASSSS!! 🤗 - Note: This recipe is NOT low in calories - Nor was that what I was going for, you know those booty gains? They need CALS for dem to grow! 😎😎😎 Remember that! (Just make the healthy and even better, RAW ones! You can have the ROG and eat the yum.. If you do it right 😏!) Recipe 👇🏼 BASE LAYER. * 1 1/2 cups almond flour (Or blended almonds) * 3 TBSP unrefined coconut oil * 1/4 cup cut and soaked Medjool dates DATE “CARAMEL” LAYER * 1 cup cut and soaked Medjool dates * 1/4 cup nut butter (I used ABC butter) you can use any! * 2 TBSP unsweetened almond milk * 1 TSP vanilla paste * pinch of Himalayan sea salt CHOCOLATE LAYER * 4 TBS cocoa powder * 1 TBS rice malt syrup * 2 TBS coconut oil . PROCESS all ingredients in layer 1 and press into an (approx.) 8x8 pan, place in freezer for at least 10 minutes. While freezing, repeat the process for layer 2. Layer on top, place in freezer for at least 2 hours. Then melt layer 3 together on a stove top, pour on top and freeze (For like 5 minutes - If you’re like me.. LOL - More is better 🤷🏻‍♀️) CUT AND ENJOYYYYYY!!! 🥜🍫🥜🍫

The thing I love most about #epicure is that even if you have 800 food intolerances you can still find something that works for you knowing full well it's safe with zero additives, gluten, nuts or high sodium and sugars. #glutenfree, egg free, and dairy free vegan waffles that STILL taste good? I gotchu. Mix 1 cup almond milk Juice of 1 lemon (if you cant do lemon do 1 tbsp vinegar) Wait 5 mins Add 3 tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey 1/4 tsp almond extract Mix. Add 1 and 1/4 cup gluten free cup 4 cup flour (or 1.5 cups normal flour) 1.5 tsp baking powder Option lemon zest. I omitted. Let sit 5 mins and get to waffle making. Meanwhile. Chop 1 large apple and toss with a little epicure apple pie spice. No fancy machines and no fancy plates in our simple Guatemalan home and we still managed to make a delicious raw vegan cake for my birthday 😋🎂 It's so fun to let loose our imagination, mix it all up and create something without following a recipe. But in case some of you would love to have this recipe anyway here it is: Mint and Chocolate Raw Vegan cake 🍰 (gf and refined sugar free) Base Chop very finely (or use a food processor): Dattes, cashews and cacao beans and mix with coconut flakes. You want it to be sticky enough to hold together. If not add more dattes or you could add a bit of coconut oil or raw honey if you'd like. Middle mint layer 2-3 avocadoes Maple syrup to taste A bit of coconut oil to hold 2-3 drops of mint essential oil or natural mint essence. (If using eo be careful not to more drops as it's very powerful and preferable not to invest to much at a time) Mash the avocado and mix it all up as smooth as possible (or use a blender if you have one) Put in the freezer for an hour, then make the chocolate layer Top chocolate layer: Melt coconut oil and cacao butter (you can also only use coco oil) Add equal part of raw cacao powder (not cocoa), maple syrup, pinch of salt, lucuma (optionnal) Pour on top of the chilled cake and then put in the fridge or freezer for a couple hours or so. Let it thaw out a bit before digging in 💛💛💛

Tea time in India always meant a tea cookie, ( biscuit, as we call it) or tea cake, or a savory pakoda to go with it. I was craving something chocolatey and orangey, so I figured why not combine both those flavors and make a tea cake to satisfy my craving. If you think vegan desserts are blah, think again. BLUEBERRY PROTEIN PIKELETS A quick an easy pancake recipe For two on pancake Sunday 😍! They are super FAT and super FLUFFY 😍👌🏻 only 5 simple main ingredients that You can’t go wrong with 💁🏻‍♀️ I use egg whites in this one but you can swap to chia seed eggs for a vegan option. 🥰 Happy Friyay everyone, shoot through any requests for the weekend 🥰 INGREDIENTS: •1 cup of flour 120g (I used @thesourcebulkfoods Wholemeal bakers flour or oat flour ) •30g vanilla protein powder @macr0mike •1.5tbs coconut flour •1.5 tsp baking powder •1/2 cup of egg whites= approx 4 egg whites ( substitutes- 2 eggs /2 chia eggs for vegan) •vanilla sweet drops @naturally_sweet_australia •1 tsp vanilla extract •3/4 -1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk •handful of blueberries -optional Whisk flours, protein, baking powder and a squirt of sweet drops. Add in egg whites, vanilla and milk to get a medium thick batter. Heat a pan up with some oil and scoop out a 1/4 cup at a time and cook till bubbles start to appear and than flip. 10-12 medium size pancakes . 2 serves. For one you can refrigerate or freeze the other half for the next day to heat up or toast 🥰💁🏻‍♀️ 20g of protein per serve and only 3.7 grams of fat. That means you can add lots of nut butter 😜. Topped with berries, fruit , Pb+ and I should of added yoghurt but I forgot 🤦🏻‍♀️

This bread is bananas, B-A-N-A...you get the idea.😉🍌🍞 I made @gimmedelicious’s Healthy Moist Banana Bread recipe but paleo using @kingarthurflour’s paleo flour. I also lessened the sweetener (maple syrup) to 1/4 cup and the oil by a few tablespoons and used extra mashed banana to make up the differences. Added chopped cashews for crunch. Vegan Shamrock Shake 🍀😍 Recipe: 1 can coconut milk frozen into ice cubes) 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1/2 cup almond milk 1/8 tsp peppermint extract 1/8 tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp spriulina powder (for color + nutrients but its optional for taste) Coconut whipped cream for topping Directions: Pour a can of coconut milk evenly into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid (several hours or overnight is best). 🥥BANANA + COCONUT CAKE🥥 Wet ingredients bowl. - 5 small mashed bananas - 1/2 cup coconut sugar - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 2 tablespoons peanut butter - 2 tablespoons date syrup - 2 organic eggs 〰️ combine all of your wet ingredients with an electric mixer for a minute or two until everything is well mixed together. Dry ingredients bowl. - 1 cup of oats - 1/2 cup of buckwheat - 3/4 cup gluten free baking flour - 1 tablespoon of baking powder - 1 tablespoon cinnamon - 3/4 cup desiccated coconut - A crack of salt 〰️ pop the oats + buckwheat into a blender or food processor and blend to create a flour mixture - put your homemade flour into a bowl and combine with all of the other dry ingredients with a gentle whisk. 〰️ mix your flour bowl in with the wet ingredients- once everything is well combined, pop the batter into a greased and lined cake tin and top with sliced banana, buckwheat groats + a sprinkle of coconut sugar to caramelise the top of the cake. 〰️ pop them into a preheated oven of 180 degrees for 30/35 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Leave to cool slightly on a cake rack. Best served slightly warm from the oven with a good cup of tea, enjoy x

Friday bliss ball bliss.⠀ ⠀ I make these often. Super easy to chuck in the food processor and once you get the hang of it, you can pretty much add whatever you like. Generally you’ll just need to adjust the amount of liquid you add, but do this slowly... if by chance you accidentally add too much. Just add in extra protein powder or even a little coconut flour as it is super at helping “dry” up any mixture.⠀ ⠀ Additional add in’s can be honey, dried fruit, chocolate chips and you can roll the balls in whatever you like, nuts, chocolate sprinkles. But, do this when you’ve just made them. And, to make nut free use sunflower or pumpkin seeds and a little oats. ⠀ ⠀ These are chocolate hazelnut bliss balls, recipe below.⠀ ⠀ 12 medjool dates (pip removed)⠀ 1/2 cup desiccated coconut ⠀ 1 1/2 cup dry roasted hazelnuts (or any nuts you have in hand)⠀ 1/2 cup cacao⠀ Scoop of protein powder⠀ 1/4 cup (ish) water. Just to help get the texture right and to make a little sticky for rolling.⠀ ⠀ Blend together until well combined and sticky. The mixture should clump together as it goes around the food processor drum. It might take a few minutes so be patient.⠀ ⠀ Roll spoonfuls of mixture into balls and roll into crushed roasted hazelnuts. I'm interested to see how this goes when I don't have access to a kitchen to make my own meals. This is the first time I’ve made these muffins, this recipe is from @cookiesandkate they taste so good when they’ve cooled down a bit but are still warm on the inside because the strawberry pieces get so juicy😍😍 however when it is fully cooled it had more of a bread texture rather than cake. RECIPE: Ingredients: 210g wholewheat flour 50g oats 43g olive oil 113g honey / maple syrup 285g yogurt 400g strawberries 🍓 2 Eggs 🥚🥚 4g Baking powder 4g Sea salt 1) Preheat your oven on 200C 2) Add the flour, oats, salt and baking powder in a large bowl and mix 3) In a medium bowl add your honey/ maple syrup, olive oil, eggs and mix 4) Add the yogurt and mix 5) Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix 6) Fold in your strawberries and divide them into the muffin tray 7) Bake for 19-22 minutes until they’re golden from the top. 8) wait for them to cool and enjoy! „get your greens“ mung bean dahl🌱 Soak the mung beans for 1-2hours then cook in unsalted water until al dente. Meanwhile cut all the veggies.Sautée onion, garlic in avocado oil then add celery, frozen spinach and lemon juice and spices (ground cumin,coriander, salt pepper & bit of veg stock)Let this cook until the spinach is completely defrosted. Meanwhile cook brown rice. When cooked through add the mung beans, coconut milk, chopped sundried tomatoes and let simmer for about 15minutes so that all the flavors get absorbed.To serve just add everything to a bowl, top with fresh cilantro, pomegranate seeds, pan fried tempeh and maybe some thick coconut yoghurt. Our sweet potato brownie. A solid staple. A fan favorite. Not super sweet. Warm and inviting. Decadent. (heat in the oven at 350 for 5 minutes for that gooey inside). Geared towards the luteal phase when our progesterone and estrogen drop and our serotonin and dopamine go with it. Complex carbs can help to replenish the "happy hormones". And according to @floliving, vitamin B6 (which sweet potato is dense in) can tank when we're stressed, over-exercising, frequently drinking alcohol and while on oral contraceptives. This may look like a brownie on the outside, but it's got those magical properties all. day. long.

𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗼 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣This cake is so incredibly moist and sweet and everything perfect. The rasberry filling is to die for and the icing literally topped this whole desert off. You would never know this was grain free, dairy free or refined sugar free. This has permanently made it into my recipe book :)⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬⁣⁣ Dry⁣⁣ ♡ 3 cups almond flour⁣ ♡ 1 cup tapioca flour⁣ ♡ 1/4 cup coconut flour⁣ ♡ 2 cups coconut sugar⁣ ♡ 1/2 cup raw cocoa powder⁣ ♡ 2 tsp baking soda⁣ ♡ 1tsp salt⁣ ⁣⁣ Wet⁣⁣ ♡ 4 large eggs⁣ ♡ 1 1/2 cups coconut cream⁣ ♡ 1 cup water⁣ ♡ 1/2 cup coconut oil⁣ ♡ 2 tsp vanilla extract⁣ ♡ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬⁣⁣ ♡ Preheat oven to 350°f⁣ ♡ Grease 3 8" cake pans and line the bottoms with parchment paper⁣ ♡ Add all dry ingredients together in a very large bowl and mix together⁣ ♡ In a separate medium-large bowl whisk together wet ingredients⁣⁣ ♡ Pour wet ingredients into dry and beat for 2 minutes⁣ ♡ Evenly divide batter between 3 pans ⁣⁣ ♡ Bake 28-30 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean)⁣⁣ ⁣♡ While cake is baking, make the raspberry filling⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴⁣⁣ 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬⁣⁣ ♡ 3 cups raspberries⁣ ♡ 1/2 cup of honey⁣ ♡ 2 tsp lemon juice⁣ ♡ pinch of salt⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬⁣⁣ ♡ Stir together 3 cups raspberries, sugar, salt, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan over high heat.⁣ ♡ Begin to mash raspberries with the back of spoon⁣ ♡ Stir frequently until mixture comes to a boil⁣⁣ ♡ Continue to cook, stirring, until mixture thickens (7-10 minutes)⁣⁣ ♡ If you want it thicker, add small amounts of cornstarch until desired thickness is achieved⁣ ♡ Stir in another 1-2 cups raspberries and set aside to cool⁣ ♡ If seeds are a no go, strain with cheesecloth⁣ ♡ Once the cake has completely cooled, begin stacking process⁣ ♡ Apply rasberry filling to first cake top (making sure not to go to the edge as it can spill over once the second cake is placed) ⁣⁣ ♡ place second cake on top and apply your last rasberry layer⁣⁣ ♡ apply last cake and frosting⁣ w/ Avocodo Choc Frosting ⁣ *Frosting Recipe In Instagram Highlights*

Thought I’d post a #motivationmonday #beforeandafter of my total weightloss. On the right I weight 187. On the left I’m a strong 130. I was lethargic and struggled with the easiest of tasks like walking in the beach sand with Batelli. 😞 I felt slow mentally and physically. I took the pic on the right for a body positive post I was going to do and decided against it because I felt anything but fucking positive. I’m now a little under 4 months on the #ketodiet and it’s not only given me physical results, I feel happier, smarter, and much more confident. I also want to let y’all know how much your amazing support means to me. I know you loved me heavy, and now... but your journeys inspire me to keep inspiring you.
