Про смузи. Из сторис вы знаете, что недавно я проходила #фрешмарафон и пила смузи вместо завтрака. Делилась этим чтобы просто запомнить когда начала и какие рецепты уже делала и никак не ожидала такого отклика, так что не написать пост чем все закончилось не могу. Да и история не без драмы😏. . Началось мартовским вечером👵🏻 (идеальное время для детокса), во время разбора архивов моих электронных книг, где и нашлась небольшая методичка по фреш-марафону. Все шло хорошо, как и было обещано - насыщение приходило надолго, а на читмил в течение дня совсем не тянуло🤞🏼. И, как вы знаете, в один момент шпинат, листья салата и другая нейтральная зелень (ей можно было заменять шпинат) на нашем районе закончились и Мише втюхали черемшу. Я не просчитала все риски, подумала “pourquoi pas?” и замесила тошнотворный коктейль на ее основе. Казалось отделались чесночным привкусом на весь день, но видимо большое количество пряности повысило кислотность и со следующего дня уже начался жёсткий детокс😖🤢. Так что действительно экспериментировать с рецептами нежелательно. . После 10 дней таких завтраков рекомендуется повторять их каждые 2-3 дня и теперь смузи проредили завтрак из овсянки с фруктами, потому что сочетания ингредиентов быстро запоминаются, автоматически покупаются и на замес тратится минут 5. .
