No Bake, Vegan & GF Caramel Peanut Butter Bars 🌱 One of my favourite things to make, because it’s so easy and taste amazing 👌🏻 . by @nm_meiyee . . . ・・・ 👉But first follow @foodievis  for Free Recipes, from smoothie bowls to desserts and everthing in between 😍 ・・・ . . . Ingredients base 1 cup cashew nuts, 140g 1/4 cup almond flour, 30g 2 tbsp rice malt syrup 1/4 tsp sea salt . Caramel layer 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup caramel sauce 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp sea salt . Handful of toasted peanut, chopped . 200g melted dark chocolate 2 tbsp coconut oil . . Prepare a 6x6 baking pan by lining it with parchment paper. In a food processor, pulse all base ingredients until you have a crumbly texture. Transfer base to the lined baking pan, press firmly and lace in the freezer until firm. In a medium bowl combine peanut butter, coconut caramel, coconut oil and salt, mix until completely smooth. Pour caramel mixture over the cookie base, top with chopped peanuts and place back in the freezer to set. Cut into 12 bars and place back in the freezer. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and start dipping each bar in the chocolate. Place in the freezer to set. They keep perfectly in the fridge. Happy Tuesday ❤️ I was not in the mood for a heavy breakfast today but I still wanted something fulfilling, so I thought SMOOTHIE!!! Protein Packed Smoothie💪🏼 Here’s what I used: •1/2 Cup of Kale 🥬 •1/2 Cup of Blueberries •1/2 of Raspberries •1 Whole Banana 🍌 •2 Tbsp of Organic Rolled Oats •1 Tbsp of Flax Seeds •2 Tbsp of PB Fit Protein Powder (You can use any) •2 Tbsp of Greek Yogurt •1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk I placed all items in a blender with a few ice cumbres to make it a bit chilly. One of the things I absolutely love and miss about SE Asia is having consistent access to #FruitSmoothies.⁣ 🍌🍉🍊⁣ I've started trying to recreate these at home. They're not as pretty as smoothie bowls, but I could really care less about looks so long as it's delicious (which it is). Above is my #prettyinpink raspberry variant.⁣ ---⁣ Perhaps the most unusual variant I like though (at least according to Tom) are avocado smoothies. I know it sounds weird, but they work! Avocados are naturally creamy, and have a light taste, so it doesn't overwhelm the drink.⁣ ---⁣ Here's the rough recipe in case anyone wants to try. Honestly though, I usually just eyeball the quantities.⁣ ▪ 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt⁣ ▪ 1/4 cup fruit of choice (1/2 an avocado)⁣ ▪ 1-2 tablespoon honey⁣ ▪ 1 splash of vanilla⁣ ▪ 1 cup whole milk⁣ Using a blender, mix all the ingredients together.
