Made a quick batch of oatmeal to go muffins this morning (because you gotta make fibre your friend!). . What I like about these is I make them 100% oat by using oat flour. . TIP: to DIY nb your own oat flour just put quick oats in blender and pulse until it's a flour. Really!

Not a real fancy picture, but this Avocado Toast pizza was yummy to the next level. If you are an avocado toast lover like me, well you have got to try this. The best healthy and filling snack which can totally be a meal if you want it to. A very simple 4 step recipe - 1. I used the @costco lavash bread roll up wraps as the pizza base, they are whole wheat and low carb. Toast them slightly in a toaster oven or a regular oven. 2. Spread an even thick layer of mashed avocadoes with whatever seasonings you prefer( I like mine simple with @traderjoes chili lime, garlic powder, black pepper, salt and cilantro). 3. Make a street corn type salsa from corn and jalapenos using @traderjoes roasted sweet corn, it's delicious. Add anything you wish, I made mine with a little lime juice, salt, chili powder (kind of like the Bhutta masala that we find in India). Spread it evenly over the avocado mash. 4. Top it with shredded queso fresco or cheddar or any of your favorite cheese and a splash of balsamic vinegar (if you like the taste of it, totally optional). Enjoy. This snack is for all my #nightshadefree friends. I was completely nightshade free for 6 years after I made the link between nightshade consumption and horrific joint pain that started after a car accident I was in. For some reason (maybe the LDN I take daily?) nightshades don’t bother me anymore 🙌🏻 but finding nightshade free foods was HARD! If you haven’t heard of @wildzorafoods you def need to check them out, they have some great food bars with great ingredients + some are nightshade free. I got them in an AIP box by @simply.aip the first time I ever tried them last year! I get asked all the time by people and my FASTer Way clients for snack ideas. Your girl loves a good snack and these Wild Zora bars are so tasty! They’ve got really clean ingredients and my kids like them too (we call them mommies cookie bars, I have no idea why! 😆 but I roll with it as long as they ask for them) plus! It's #snacktime ! These are #proteincookies #lowfodmap and #vegan 🍪 ▶️ Recipe: 50 gr of oat flour, 40 gr of oat flakes, 30 gr of quinoa pops. 70 gr of peanut butter or any other spread and 80 gr of applesauce. ▶️ Method: mix first the peanut butter with the applesauce and then add the dry ingredients. Knead and start creating some little balls. Lay them on an oven tray covered with baking paper and gently press them so that they get a "cookie shape". A vyhraj individuálny stravovací plán!  A nezabudni, že pozajtra žrebujeme.🎉 . ⏱Doba prípravy: 15 minút 📝Ingrediencie: 130 g mrkvy, 50 g jarnej cibuľky, 1 uvarené vajíčko, 105 g bieleho jogurtu, 2,5 KL horčice, soľ, čierne korenie, kurkuma a citrónová šťava podľa chuti. 📌Príprava: Očistenú mrkvu nakrájame na väčšie kúsky a cibuľku na menšie kúsky. Mini Trail Mix Snack Cups 🥜 💥I always try to have these prepped and ready in my pantry. They are the best for on the go or a nighttime snack right before bed for Poppy or a middle of the night snack for a nursing mamma. 🤱 💥I use all raw nuts. Raw almonds and raw walnuts came from @costco . Raw cashews and macadamia nuts @walmart . And to add a little sweet I buy unsweetened cherries from @naturalgrocers Most dried fruit has a high concentrate of sugar, I have discovered unsweetened cherries are fairly low in sugar considering they are a dried fruit. ( A tip to keep your Costco size bag of raw nuts fresh is to store in freezer.) 💥These little cups are perfect to portion trail mix out because let’s be real, trail mix can be really dangerous if you have a big jar of it hanging around 🙄 Who loves trail mix?? 🙋🏽‍♀️

I love eating them straight from the fridge slathered with coconut yogurt or nut butter👅 🤙🏽 Check it 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽 - 1 cup all-purpose flour - 1/2 cup brown sugar - 3/4 cup Greek or coconut yogurt - 1/3 cup almond milk - 1 tsp baking powder - 3 TBSP melted coconut oil - 1 cup fresh bluebs - 1 cup frozen raspbs 1. Preheat oven to 175C/375C. 2. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, brown sugar, yogurt, oil, and almond milk. 3. In a separate bowl whisk together flour and baking powder. 4. 🇭🇷🇬🇧 BROWNIESI S AVOKADOM / AVOCADO BROWNIES ~english recepie below~ Ne jedem često kolače, jednostavno nemam porebu i nikad nisam bila ovisnik o slatkom. 😁 No, kada ih odlučim peći, onda je najčešće nešto neuobičajeno i izvan standardnih okvira riječi "desert". 🥑😂 Ovaj kolač je sve ono što za mene predstavlja desert - bez bijelog brašna i bez tone šećera s nutritivnim, kvalitetnim sastojcima.🤗 Tako je zdrav i nutritivan da se može jesti i kao međuobrok.🤗 Želite li ga napraviti slađim, možete otopiti čokoladu po njemu ili premazati ga medom. Sastojci: 🥑2 avokada (usitnjena) 🥑1 šalica meda ili šećera kokosova cvijeta 🥑4 jaja 🥑1/4 šalice sirovog kakao praha 🥑1/2 šalice pirovog brašna 🥑1 žličica ekstrakta vanilije Priprema: Pećnicu ugrijte na 140° C. Izmiksajte jaja pa im dodajte šećer ili med i potom mikserom dobro sve povežite. Ubacite i ostale sastojke, pomiješajte i smjesu izlijte na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje. Pecite oko 50 minuta. I to je to! Tako brzo i jednostavno, a hranjivo i fino! 😊 Napravite ove browniese i razbijte svoje i tuđe predrasude vezane uz avokado u desertu!🥑🥑🥑 🇬🇧 I don't eat desserts very often, but when I do, it's always something like this - unusual, healthy and creative.🤗 This brownie is everything I'm looking for in dessert - without white flour and ton of sugar with nutritious ingredients.👌🥑 Ingredients: 🥑2 avocados (mashed) 🥑1 cup of honey or coconut flower sugar 🥑4 eggs 🥑1/4 cup raw cocoa powder 🥑1/2 cup of spelt flour 🥑1 tsp vanilla extract Preparation: Preheat the oven to 140 degrees. Presenting keto granola recipe by @bakedbymehak exclusively made from Ambrosia almonds and dried cranberries. If I’m being honest, I’ve lost track of my nutrition & workouts the past couple months and I’m starting to notice. While my workouts have been regular, they haven’t been great. Raise your hand if you love falafel! I’ve gone back into the archives to highlight my all-time favorite homemade falafel recipe. Making falafel at home can be tricky, but this recipe is easy. This homemade falafel recipe is absolutely delicious, and remarkably crispy and makes a protein packed healthy snack. || || 1 lb. chick peas soaked overnight 1 med. Onion 5 to 6 Cloves Garlic ¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper or to taste ½ bunch of parsley ½ bunch cilantro 1 tbsp. Coriander powder 2 tbsp. Cumin powder Pinch of hing optional 2 tsp. Salt or to taste 2 tbsp. Flour or chick peas flour as needed 1 tsp. Baking Soda Veg. Oil for frying In a food processor ground in this order 1. Soaked Chick Peas rinsed & washed 2. Onions 3. Garlic 4. Parsley & Cilantro Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, cayenne powder, hing, salt, and flour. Mix well Add Baking soda just before frying and mix well. Make falafel balls and fry until golden brown on medium heat. Serve hot with Hummus and pita bread. Troubleshooting: If your falafel is too hard/too crunchy on the outside, or falls apart there are three possible reasons. 1. You didn't process the mixture enough-- return the chickpea mixture to the processor to make it more paste-like. 2. The chickpeas you used were old. Try buying a fresher batch of dried chickpeas next time. 3. Domácí 🍫 proteinový puding, který je raz dva hotový, stojí o dost míň, víte co v něm je a podle mě je i chuťově lepší 😁😏Navíc si můžete udělat různé příchutě podle použitého proteinu a pudinku 👌 Puding uvařím klasicky, jen dávám půl na půl mléko a vodu a taky je lepší menší množství, aby byl tužší (400ml místo půl litru cca). Přidám čekankový sirup a stévii a nechám vychladnout. Potom puding rozmíchám a přidám protein (30g - takže stačí na to i vzorky proteinu 👌) a pořádně promíchám, dám do skleniček a do lednice. Super cute #mealprep thanks @goodful Here’s two great protein recipes if you need some inspiration 🍱☺️✨ 🐟🍗🐟🍗 🍴Chicken and Salmon Meal Prep🍴 ⠀ Ingredients: (for 4 servings) 1 large, boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 ½ cups broccoli floret 1 ½ cups cauliflower florets oil, for drizzling salt, to taste black pepper, to taste 3 tablespoons pesto 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 salmon fillet 1 yellow squash, diced 1 red bell pepper, diced 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ½ teaspoon garlic powder ⠀ Preparation: - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). - Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. - On the first sheet, place the chicken, #broccoli, and #cauliflower with space between each piece. - Drizzle the chicken and veggies with oil, and season with salt and pepper. - Spoon the pesto on top of the chicken and spread into a thick, even layer. - Season the veggies with the oregano and toss them on the sheet so that everything is evenly coated. - Bake for 8 minutes, leaving room in the oven for the second baking sheet. - On the second baking sheet, place the salmon, yellow squash, and bell pepper with enough space between each piece. - Drizzle the salmon and veggies with oil, and season with salt and pepper. - Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the salmon fillet. - Season the veggies with garlic powder and toss them on the sheet so that everything is evenly coated. - Add the second tray to the oven and bake both sheets for 12 minutes, until the chicken and salmon are both cooked through. - Slice the #chicken and #salmon and place an assortment of #protein and #veggies in food storage containers. Surprisingly, in my efforts to get the kids to up their veggie intake, I was impressed that most days I do get the USDA recommended amount of at least 3 cups a day! Us busy moms have a challenge in taking care of ourselves when taking care of the kiddos, so I’ve been trying to lead by example by eating more and surprised to see with the tools from the website, I am actually doing pretty good. Using the veggie tracker has also motivated me to build good veggie-forward habits by choosing the frozen bag of green bean veggies by @birdseyevegetables rather then a bag of potato chips. I really have always loved these easy to pop in the microwave frozen bags, they are a quick and easy to way to add a veggie to a meal as a side dish or how I like to eat them, for a snack! Eating healthy is not boring. I used to think I had to eat plain chicken and steamed broccoli for every single meal to lose weight. . WTF?! That could not be further from the truth. . When I started the journey with my current program, I just did the workouts and ignored the nutrition at first. I still ate all the junk and I had no idea how much harder I was making my journey of workouts. . I got minor results but I wanted to go bigger I wanted a lifestyle change! So I dove into our nutrition that came with my program. . Just start!!! How did I start? First, I cooked and made everything I currently was. Things high in cheese and carbs and all the things. . BUT I portioned it out using my portion containers. If we had Mac and cheese and chicken nuggets (my boys fave) I would fill the “yellow” carb container with Mac and cheese and fill my “red” protein container with the chicken nuggets. . Next I realized in that plan I needed tons of veggies. So I started to try out veggies, bc honestly we didn’t eat many. And that Mac and cheese dinner turned into with a “green” veggie container of veggies too. . Just portioning our my meals based on my plan I was shedding weight like crazy. . During this time I was working on my mindset and I decided more than losing weight I really wanted to FEEL my best and maximize my energy. . Nursing, momming, coaching, wifing, all the things take so much energy and I wanted to show up 💯 percent for all of it! . So I dove into switching my empty carbs to sweet potatoes, oatmeal, quinoa, etc. I switched to learning to cooking chicken, pork, beef, in the yummiest ways but healthy! I obviously kept up with veggies and fruits, TONS of them. I started eating avocados and hummus for my healthy fats! . Sister, I still don’t restrict myself, what I just explained above, I eat like that 80% of the time for fuel and energy. I eat 20% of the time for FUN still 😉 . When I changed the TYPE of foods I was eating it was a total game changer! No more brain fog as a walked through my day. No more wishing I was taking a nap at 2pm in the afternoon from carb loading at lunch. I had SOO much more energy..continued in comments

AMAZING!!!! 🤪 Ingredients: -2 big sweet potatoes (I used purple) -200g dates -200g almonds ( I used mix of walnuts & almonds) -140g whole grain flour or all purpose flour -8tbs Cacao powder -2tsp baking powder -vegan black chocolate Directions: - Boil, bake or stream potatoes, then put all ingredients to blend, add a bit of water if needed. - cook in oven 400F about 30 minutes - Melt chocolate by using a small pot with boiling water put container Like a glass bow on top and put chocolate until melted and add to cooked brownie cake!!!
