Recipe below: Recipe: 8 oz container vegan chive and onion cream cheese 1/4 cup scallions, sliced thinly 1/2 tsp garlic powder Package of vegan wonton wrappers Sweet and Sour Sauce for dipping 1) Scoop the cream cheese out of the container and into a bowl. Allow it to come to room temp a bit and mix in the garlic powder. Grab a small bowl and fill with water. you will use this water to seal the edges of the wonton wrappers. 2) Lay out 6 wonton wrappers at a time and cover the rest with a towel so they don't dry out. Take approx 1.5 tsp of the cream cheese filling and put it right in the center of each wrapper. Dip your finger in the water and trace the outermost edge of each wrapper, getting it wet. Then seal the edge by taking the two opposite sides together. then take the longest straight edge and overlapped the corners, getting more water on those edges to seal. Continue until you've used up all your cheese filling. 3) Heat up your choice of oil and once hot, depending on your pan size drop as many as your pan will allow. Each wonton takes 45-60 seconds. Wir sind 10.000 🥳😍❤️ Zur Feier und zum Dank an euch alle gibt’s Kuchen. ☀️ Hier ist ein bisher unveröffentlichtes Rezept: Mein Schokokuchen der Sünde 😎😎😎 Den Kuchen habe ich schon zig Mal zu verschiedensten Anlässen gebacken und der kam immer richtig gut an!! ❤️ Für 1 Springform ø 26 cm 💚Für den Boden💚 250 g Weizenmehl (Type 405 oder 550) (oder Dinkelmehl Type 630) 40 g Kakaopulver 125 g Zucker 1 Prise Salz 1 Päckchen à 8 g Vanillezucker oder 1 leicht geh. EL 1 leicht geh. TL Backpulver 100 ml neutrales Pflanzenöl (z.B. Bratöl, Sonnenblumenöl) 350 ml kohlensäurehaltiges Mineralwasser 💚Für die Creme💚 200 g Zartbitterschokolade 200 ml pflanzliche Sahne (aufschlagbar) ▶️Backzeit: 20-25 Min. (Stäbchenprobe!) ▶️Backtemperatur: 180°C Umluft ➡️Für 1 Blech alle Zutaten verdoppeln, für 12 Cupcakes gelten die selben Mengen wie für die Springform 💚Boden: Backofen auf 180°C Umluft vorheizen. Mehl, Kakaopulver, Zucker, Salz, Vanillezucker und Backpulver mischen. Öl und Mineralwasser zugeben & mit einem Schneebesen oder Löffel solange mischen, bis keine trockenen Zutaten mehr zu sehen sind. Nicht zu lange mischen und auf jeden Fall per Hand rühren! Kleinere Klümpchen ilösen sich beim Backen auf. Die Springform am Boden mit Backpapier auslegen, die Ränder ca. 3 cm hoch fetten. Im Backofen 20-25 Min. (Mitte) backen, bis an einem Holzstäbchen kein Teig mehr kleben bleibt. Aus dem Ofen nehmen & abkühlen. 💚Belag: In der Zwischenzeit die Schokolade fein hacken (2 EL zur Seite stellen) und in eine Schüssel geben. Die Sahne erhitzen bis sie fast kocht & sofort über die gehackte Schokolade gießen. 5 Min. stehenlassen & dann mit dem Schneebesen zu einer glatten Creme verrühren. Abkühlen lassen und danach für ca. 1 Std. in den Kühlschrank stellen. Die abgekühlte Schokoladencreme mit einem elektrischen Rührbesen oder dem Handrührgerät luftig aufschlagen & auf dem abgekühlten Boden verteilen. PASTINAKEN in the house! 😜 Wer hätte gedacht, dass in diesem veganen Schokokuchen Pastinaken stecken?! Ja, Pastinaken sind wirklich kuchentauglich! Das Rezept habe ich bei [Werbung] @schrotundkorn entdeckt und konnte nicht anders, als es nachzubacken. Es schmeckt hervorragend und kein Bisschen nach Pastinaken (zur Freude meiner Freunde, die den Kuchen probieren durften und anfangs "leicht" schockiert über die ungewöhnliche Zutat waren 🤭). Dennoch hat die Pastinake ihren Platz in diesem Rezept völlig verdient. Sie verleiht Konsistenz ohne viele Kalorien. Zudem ist der Kuchen ideal, um mehr Gemüse in die Ernährung zu integrieren!

|unbezahlte Werbung/Rezensionsexemplar| Hey meine Lieben 🌸 Wie ernährt ihr euch bzw habt ihr euch mit gesunder Ernährung schon einmal auseinandergesetzt ? Viele von euch wissen ja, dass ich mich vegan ernähre. Dies mach ich vor allem weil ich mit mir selbst nicht vereinbaren kann das die hier: 🐮🐷🐥🐔 wegen mir getötet werden. Jeder muss das für sich selbst entscheiden und ich kann auch jeden verstehen für den vegane Ernährung nicht in Frage kommt. Als ich angefangen habe mich mit dem Thema gesunde Ernährung auseinanderzusetzen hatte ich einige Vorurteile gegenüber Veganern. Ständig hört man überall, dass diese Ernährung viele Nahrungsergänzungsmittel braucht, wie zum Beispiel Vitamin B12 das nur in Tierprodukten wie Eiern oder Fleisch vorkommt. Das dieses Vorurteil faktisch falsch ist habe ich erst bemerkt als ich mich wirklich damit beschäftigt habe. Ein Buch, dass mir bei meiner veganen Ernährung viel geholfen hat war „Vegane Eiweißwunder – Das Kochbuch“ von Petra Kunze und Sarah Schocke aus dem @goldmann_verlag . Seit einem Jahr mache ich viel Sport und hatte dementsprechend Angst davor nicht genug Proteine zu mir nehmen zu können bei dieser Art der Ernährung. Hier war meine Angst aber alles andere als berechtigt, wie mir dieses Buch zeigte. Inhalt: Vegane Ernährung per se ist eher eiweißarm. Es gibt jedoch genügend pflanzliche Eiweißlieferanten: allem voran natürlich Soja, dann aber auch Hülsenfrüchte, Seitan, Pilze, Nüsse – und Lupinen. Die bislang eher als Blume bekannte Pflanze ist sehr proteinhaltig und gerade dabei, die Regale der Bioläden und Reformhäuser zu erobern. Soja, Haupteiweißlieferant der Veganer, bekommt hier zunehmend Konkurrenz. Ein vierfarbig gestaltetes Kochbuch mit zahlreichen Fotos und ca. 50 Rezepten. Rezension: Das Buch verschafft einem einen tollen Überblick auf vegane Eiweißquellen, was vor allem für Anfänger empfehlenswert ist. Es hilft einem die ganzen Vorurteile abzuschaffen und bietet eine Übersicht auf die Protein Menge der einzelnen Lebensmittel. Die Rezepte sind außerdem super leicht und schmecken echt lecker. Gluten Free Bread, Yeast Free! I’ve been using the @magimix_australia Cook Expert for a few months now and have been loving it since day one. It takes the time out of recipes that are usually complex with lengthy processes. Using the #CookExpert I made this easy GF bread along with Almond, Pecan & Macadamia Nut butter and Blackened Tomatoes with Cashew cream. Recipe below and in comments. You’ll like this one! #magimixcookexpert #magimixaustralia Recipe: 3/4 cup buckwheat flour 3/4 cup sorghum flour 3/4 cup brown rice flour 1/2 cup arrowroot flour 3 tbsp psyllium husk 3 level tbsp baking powder 1 tbsp coconut sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup almond mylk and 1 tbsp ACV 1 1/4 cup water Preheat oven 180°c. Line a load pan with baking paper. Place the dry ingredients into the metal bowl with whisk and process on EXPERT programme 30 sec / speed 4/ 0°C with lid on. Add in the remaining wet ingredients and blend on EXPERT programme 1 min / speed 6/ 0°C with lid on. Ni te digo con pan casero (guiño, guiño) . • Rejuvelac de quinoa: Coloco la quinoa en remojo por 24h (2 cucharadas está bien). Después dejo en un colador/tamiz por 48h hasta que crezcan los brotes. Paso los brotes para un frasco de vidrio esterilizado, para cada parte de granos 3 parres de agua. En 24h empezará a fermentar, va a formar burbujas y está listo para usar. . • Quesito fermentado: Proceso castañas de cajú activadas con el rejuvelac y listo. Para hacer queso mas cremosos uso mas rejuvelac y dejo fermentar 24h afuera de la heladera, condimento y dejo fermentar más en la heladera. Siempre tapado. Para los quesos más firmes uso menos rejuvelac y dejo fermentar afuera de la heladera adentro de una bolsa de tela colgada para escurrir el agua. 2.5 weeks into my #veganuary2020 and back training and I’m 11lb down 🙌🏽🌱 - I’ve seen lots of posts with it being #newyear about people wanting to loose weight etc, but what we have to remember is loosing or gaining weight is subjective. I don’t believe we should glorify loosing weight as something women should adhere too or that somehow women have to look a certain way to be desirable or accepted!!! There’s a @movingmountainsfoods hotdog under there somewhere 🤭, went to Capello Lounge in Newcastle with my bestie @lynz9266 to try this monster. OMG I was not disappointed. It was huge and utterly delish! Sweet or savoury? I usually prefer something sweet for breakfast but fancied both today 💁🏼‍♀️ Having a forced rest day today, my glutes and hamstrings are killing!!! I can feel myself getting into old thought patterns again. I've been doing 10 miles on the bike for a few days now and this morning I was planning to do the same. Its becoming an obsession to do this everyday. In my mind if I don't do this I've failed which is so ridiculous. So I'm forcing myself to stop, before it spirals out of control. Through my recovery I've learnt about opposite actions. If your mind compels you to do something, do the opposite. It's not always comfortable, but I know in the long run it's the right thing to do ☺️

Hello und guten Morgen!💌 Lets talk about books 📚 Ich mache gerade einen “no spending january” und es läuft! Wie schon mal erwähnt, möchte ich auch meine komplette Bude einmal ausmisten, jeden Gegenstand in die Hand nehmen, zählen und notieren. Letztens waren meine Bücher an der Reihe und ich bin letztendlich von 44 auf 34 Bücher gekommen (wieso ich Bücher über Hundeerziehung habe weiß ich auch nicht). Ein paar konnte ich noch auf Momox verkaufen oder an Freunde weitergeben. Vor circa nem halben Jahr habe ich so gut wie alle meine Bücher verkauft, um vollständig aufs Kindle umzusteigen. Das finde ich für Romane usw. total praktisch aber meine Ökobücher habe ich gerne in Papierform! Schmuckstücke in meiner Sammlung sind zwei illustrierte Harry Potter Bücher und @livesimply.bloomwildly 🌸 •Habt ihr Buchtipps? Welche Bücher sollte man unbedingt gelesen haben? Since I always try to use the least amount of ingredients possible in my recipes, I'm really excited to share this unbelievably simple yet really tasty *3-ingredient Oatmeal Cookies* recipe. It can be upgraded to more ingredients, of course, and some can also be swapped, which I will talk about in a moment, but first, let's dive into the recipe! 🐒🍌 〰 RECIPE: 3-ingredient Oatmeal Cookies 〰 INGREDIENTS: ✦Oats (whichever type you prefer) ✦Banana ✦Dairy-free chocolate or chocolate chips 〰 INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat your oven to ~340°F/170°C 2. Mash 2 medium bananas (the more banana you'll add, the softer it will be, so depending on how much oats you're using, how much banana you must add is only about your own preference). 3. Now mix the amount of oats you want to use with the mashed banana, adding chocolate chips to the mix as well. 4. Like previously - I suggest using a baking paper sheet on your baking tray, otherwise oil would be necessary for the cookies not to stick to the tray, so if you don't have the paper, spread a bit of oil on the baking tray before placing cookies on it. When you're all set, start forming the cookies in your desired shape and place them on the tray and when that's done, the tray is ready to go in the oven. 〰 ⏰Cooking time: ~15-20min 〰 Now,- some of you might not like banana and that's okay, cause this time it can be easily swapped with a nut butter, I recommend going with peanut butter. Peanut butter can also be added as the 4th ingredient and it will only enhance the taste. The same can be done with vanilla essence. As the 5th ingredient a plant-milk can be added, that way you won't have to use so much banana for it to be softer. 〰 These cookies are fantastic for breakfast and make a great to-go snack. They are definitely much healthier than any store-bought option and are surprisingly very filling. I ate them for a week straight and they tasted great the whole week. Mac and cheese was never something I would have chosen to eat, but after getting some at vurger I was hooked 😬 I always make sure I get a side of it when I’m visiting. Vegan banana cake! 😋🍌 This came out really well & super easy to make, moist bouncy with lots of flavour & I even made a lemon buttercream frosting to go with it! Recipe & Method; 2 cups of self raising flour 1 cup of brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp of baking soda 1/4 cup of water 1/2 tsp of salt 2-3 tbsp of cinnamon 4 over ripe bananas - mashed - mix the cinnamon right in there 1/4 cup of coconut oil 2 tsp of vanilla extract For the frosting; 3 cups of powdered sugar 3 tbsp of lemon juice 1/3 of Vitalite butter What tools are you gonna need? One large bowl & a slightly smaller one. A hand whisk or a electric whisk. A wooden spoon. Cake tin of your choice. Before you start, using some vitalite butter or any vegan butter you have, grease your cake tin. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. In the smaller bowl sift & mix together the flour, soda & salt. In a separate bowl mix together the sugar & the coconut oil. Once this is well mixed add the cinnamon banana mix and stir well. Add water & vanilla and mix again. Add the flour mixture adding it bit by bit until it starts to thicken up. You wanna bake for 40 mins then check with a toothpick/knife/chopstick whatever you have to poke the middle of the cake to see if it’s cooked through, I put mine back in at 160 degrees for another 10 mins then took it out of the tin to cool down. Whilst the cake is cooling down you can start to make your lemon buttercream frosting. In a large bowl add the sifted powdered sugar, butter and lemon juice. Keep mixing until you get a nice thick consistency. If the frosting is too thick add a little more lemon juice & not thick enough sift some more powdered sugar through. Make sure the cake it cool before you ice it, and voila 💫 Serve with @alpro soya custard, single cream or just on its own. Happy baking ☺️

Making some sweet potato and black bean breakfast burritos for the freezer. Was going to chuck some scrambled tofu in there too but I’ve never cooked tofu before and didn’t want to fuck up my burritos and give myself loads of stress before work. I’m basically sautéing sweet potatoe, garlic, white onion and sweet red pepper. Ill top with kale and a tomato and avocado salsa before wrapping in wrap, parchment paper and then putting in the freezer. I can grab one each morning and pop in the microwave for 2 minutes; giving me something warm & tasty for the walk to the office. Na początku nie byłam pewna efektu, bo masa wyszła bardzo wodnista, ale ta ciecierzycowa „focaccia” śniadaniowa z przepisu @wegannerdblog jest faktycznie idealnym, włoskim śniadaniem!
