Another one of @meerasodha’s fantastic recipes! This time we whipped up her vegan recipe for aubergine, green bean and Thai holy basil stir-fry, only we switched out the green beans for broccoli and we can’t find any Thai Holy Basil anywhere in deepest darkest #Kent in the #UK, so we had to go for #coriander instead. One day we’ll use all the correct ingredients and do this perfect recipe justice, but even with the switches it was delicious! Had mine with lettuce and a squeeze of lime cause I’m a #lowcarb lady (well, trying at least), but we had this with rice the other week and it was THE BEST! we doubled up on ingredients so will enjoy this a few more times this week. Might even take it into the office for my lunch and make all my colleagues jealous! Just randomly made this soup today with the ingredients I had at home and mannn this tastes so good! It’s a creamy miso mushroom lentil soup. It’s perfectly filling because it’s high in protein due to the mushrooms and lentils🍲 MISO MUSHROOM LENTIL SOUP: 1 onion 2 garlic cloves 1 inch of ginger 500 grams mushrooms, chopped 500 gram canned lentils 1 celery stalk 1 can coconut milk 1/2 cup water 1 tbsp miso 2 tbsp soy sauce Cilantro & lemon to serve First, fry the onion in some olive oil or water until transclusent. Then add the garlic and ginger and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add the mushrooms, celery and soy sauce. Cook this for 5 minutes. Drain the lentils, add them amongst the coconut milk and water. Lower the heat and cook this until the mushrooms are soft. This takes about 15 minutes. Serve with cilantro and lemon. If you wanna make it more filling add some rice and potatoes🍠😙

One of our favorite quick recipes that I've tried. . . 🔖 bookmark this recipe 👭 Tag a friend below that loves dumplings . . 🥟chive pockets/dumplings! by @woon.heng Recipe: (makes ~9 palm size pockets)⁣ 🌱Filling ingredients:⁣ ~ 1/2 - 3/4 lb Chinese chive - cleaned, drained & finely chopped⁣ ~ 8oz firm tofu - mashed, pan fried & seasoned with salt & white pepper⁣ ~ 1 bundle mung bean thread - softened in hot water & cut into fine shred⁣ ~ 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil⁣ ~ 1 1/2 teaspoons salt (adjust to your preference)⁣ ~ 1 teaspoon organic sugar⁣ ~ a few shakes of white pepper⁣ ⁣ 🌱Dough ingredients:⁣ ~ 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour⁣ ~ 1/2 cup hot boiling water⁣ ~ 1/4 cup cold water⁣ ~ pinch of salt⁣ ⁣ 1️⃣ To make the dough, place flour & salt in a mixing bowl, then gradually pour in boiling water into the dry ingredients while stirring continuously using a spatula/chopsticks. 2️⃣ Continue adding cold water & knead into a soft dough, then let rest for 30 mins, covered.⁣ 3️⃣ Meanwhile, place chopped chive, mung bean thread & mashed tofu in a bowl. Season accordingly with toasted sesame oil, salt, sugar & white pepper (adjust taste accordingly).⁣ 4️⃣ To make the pockets, dust countertop with flour & divide dough into 9 pieces. Flatten each one with your palm & roll it into a circular disk by keeping the middle slightly thicker than the side. Fill each dough with fillings & pleat to seal by pinching the side.⁣ 5️⃣ In a heated non-stick/cast iron pan with a drizzle of oil, toast pockets until golden brown on all side over low-med heat (covered). Serve warm with sambal oelek.⁣

Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all had a fab weekend 🥰 I spent Saturday moving out of my parents house that I’ve lived in for almost 23 years! I’ve moved to a great location that is going to save me around 5 hours of driving (atleast) per week! It’s such a great area and I’m super happy with it! Sunday morning I ate this delicious breakfast and then Sunday night my boyfriend and I had a belated valentines/early two year anniversary dinner which was so nice 🌹🥰 . Single serve sweet potato nachos! I made this for lunch yesterday and it was DELISH!!! Recipe below 👇 Ingredients * 1 small sweet potato * 1/2-1 tsp garlic powder * 1/4 tsp iodised salt * 1/3 can black beans * 1/3 can corn * 1/2 avocado * 1 tbsp fresh lime juice * 2 tbsp creamy cashew sauce Method 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced. 2. Slice a small sweet potato into thin circles and place on a lined baking tray. Spray with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle some garlic powder and iodised salt on top. Place in oven to bake for ~20 minutes (Baking time may differ depending on how thick/thin you slice your potato!) 3. Remove sweet potato from oven and organise on a plate in a large circle. Top with black beans, corn, avocado and lime juice, then drizzle with creamy cashew sauce (Recipe below). Enjoy! You could also add onion, tomato salsa, fresh coriander etc. I was just using what i had on hand! Creamy cashew sauce This recipe makes a large batch. Great to keep in the fridge and use as a pasta sauce, on pizza or on top of salads/nourish bowls! Ingredients * 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in boiling water for 30 mins * Juice from 1/2 lemon * 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes * 1/2 tsp garlic salt * 1/4 cup cashew milk * boiling water to thin Method 1. Place soaked cashews (without the water), lemon juice, nutritional yeast, garlic salt and cashew milk in the blender. Blend until smooth. Add boiling water in small amounts and blend until it reaches your desired consistency.

CAULIFLOWER ALFREDO🍝 Healthy✔️ Minimal ingredients✔️ Done in 20 minutes ✔️ Delicious✔️ This is a creamy cauliflower alfredo with the addition of truffle tapenade which takes it to the next level. Here is the recipe: 350 grams cooked cauliflower 150 almond milk 4 tbsp nutritional yeast 1/2 onion and garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 big tbsp truffle tapenade Enough pasta for 2-3 persons Mushrooms & peas Parsley & pine nuts to garnish Heat a pan and fry the mushroom and green peas for about 5-7 minutes. In the meanwhile blend cauliflower, almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic and onion powder, salt, lemon juice and tapenade. Add cooked pasta to the cooked mushroom and peas, and add the sauce. Heat for 1-2 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, pine nuts, more truffle tapenade and cracked black pepper🙏🏼✨

Creamy mushroom and spinach vegan pasta (Makes 4 serves) Ingredients: For the creamy cashew sauce: * 1 & 1/2 cups cashews, soaked overnight or soaked 30 minutes in boiling water and then drained * 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk * 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast * juice of one small lemon * 1/2 teaspoon iodised salt For the mushroom and spinach pasta: * Generous spray of extra virgin olive oil * 350 g sliced white mushrooms * 1 tbsp dried rosemary * 1/2 tbsp nutellex * 3 minced garlic cloves * 1/2 cup vegetable stock * 2 big handfuls of baby spinach * 250g box of pulse pasta (I used the San Remo brand. You can use other high protein pulse pastas) Method: 1. In a blender or stick mixer, add the soaked cashews, cashew milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice and salt. Blend until creamy and smooth. Set aside. 2. Cook pasta according to packet and continue the following steps as it cooks. 3. Spray a large saucepan with extra virgin olive oil on medium heat. 4. Add sliced mushrooms and dried rosemary and stir fry for ~5 minutes (You may need to remove some of the mushroom water if there is too much)! 5. Add the nutelex and minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes. 6. Add the vegetable stock and spinach and stir until spinach is wilted. Add the creamy cashew sauce and the cooked pasta. 7. Stir to combine and then enjoy! You could top this with fresh herbs, crushed cashew nuts or vegan cheese. . * NOTE: My pasta sauce wasn’t as creamy as it should be because the stick mixer I was using let me down mid blend 😂

Ingredients:  Serves 2-3 . 1 14oz package extra firm tofu, pressed 1/3 cup cornstarch 1 tbs soy sauce ½ cup vegan mayo 1 ½-2 ½ tbs vegan milk 1 tbs soy sauce Fresh cracked black pepper ½ cup light brown sugar 1/3 cup hot sauce 2 tbs vegan butter ½ tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce ¼ tsp garlic powder 1 tbs apple cider vinegar ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp red pepper flakes Steps: Heat oven to 350 degrees, spray a large baking dish with cooking spray or grease with extra vegan butter and set aside Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes, In a large bowl, toss tofu with soy sauce and some fresh cracked black pepper and set aside In a small saucepan add brown sugar, franks red hot, and butter heat over medium heat and stir until the butter is melted and brown sugar dissolves. Off the heat and add Worcestershire, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, salt and red pepper flakes. Set aside. Place the corn starch in a medium bowl and in another medium bowl mix together the vegan mayo and milk. How much milk you need will vary according to what mayo you use. I’ve found that different brands have different consistencies. Take a piece of tofu, toss in corn starch, and then toss in mayo/milk mixture. Place on a clean plate to the side and repeat until all tofu is battered. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add ¼ cup oil. Once the oil is hot, add battered tofu pieces, cooking 2-3 minutes then flipping and cooking another 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and place in prepared baking dish. Stir the hot sauce/butter mixture to recombine, then pour over the tofu in the baking dish. Place baking dish with tofu in the oven, bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.

Heat oil in a thick-based pot for 2 minutes. Thereafter add the Strip and fry until golden brown. 2. Remove the Strips from the pan and keep aside. Reuse the oil and add ginger, garlic and onion to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes. 3. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, mayo and apricotjam, and cook for a few minutes. 4. This Mushroom Chickpea Ragout 🍄🔥 by @cookingforpeanuts is bursting with flavour! Recipe Cook 3 finely minced (small) onions in enough vegetable broth to moisten (or olive oil) until softened and starts to brown a little (about 10 minutes). Add 3 minced garlic cloves, 1-1/2 tsp dried rosemary, 1-1/2 tsp dried thyme and 1/4 tsp ground sage and cook another 30 seconds until fragrant. Add 1 lb (16oz) thickly sliced mushrooms (cremini or white button) and cook on high until mushrooms have released their liquid and start to soften. Add 1/2 cup vegetable broth, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, several turns black pepper and 1-1/2 cups cooked chickpeas. Simmer until liquid has thickened. (You can add more broth or coconut milk depending on desired consistency.) Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups spinach and about 2-3 tsp fresh lime juice. Salt to taste.

BBQ Cauliflower Tacos by 🌱: @thewhitechestnut INGREDIENTS: cauliflower sauce: 2 medium size cauliflower or a big size cauliflower 3 tbsp miso paste 2 tbsp ketchup-style sauce 1 cup water 4 tbsp maple syrup 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp olive oil cheese sauce: 1/2 cup cashews 1/4 cup water 3 tbsp nutritional yeast a tsp lemon a pinch of salt a pinch of pepper some chopped chives or the tacos: 100g lettuce leaves 8 taco shells a sliced avocado red and orange sweet mini peppers chopped some chopped red onion some chives preparation time: 15 minutes total time: 50 minutes serving size: 4 serves METHOD: Start by chopping the cauliflower and clean it well. Pour the ingredients for the cauliflower sauce into a food processor and blend them until smooth. Incorporate the cauliflower to the baking tray and pour the sauce over the cauliflower, give it a good stir and bake it at 200ºC/400F for around 30 minutes. Basically, you want to cook slow and really well the cauliflower to make sure that it gets all the flavors from the sauce and also the texture should be soft but not crunchy. To make the cheese sauce, simply blend all the ingredients listed for the vegan cheese sauce and make sure that the texture is even, adjust salt and pepper if needed, then mix it with some chopped chives. To serve the cauliflower BBQ tacos, warm up the taco shells, then add to each taco: lettuce leaves, around 3 tablespoons of BBQ cauliflower, some red onion, some avocado, a tablespoon of vegan cheese and top it all with chives and sweet pepper. Sunday dinner idea. Bookmark this recipe and give it a try! . . Cheesy Vegan Pasta with Cannellini Beans & Greens 📸: @cookingforpeanuts 🌱 Easy and delicious! . . Recipe  Cook pasta as per packet directions. Whisk: 2 cups plant milk (I like using oat milk), 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 2 tbsp tapioca (or arrowroot). Heat in saucepan while whisking. Once warm, keep whisking and add 4 tbsp nutritional yeast. Continue to cook and whisk until sauce almost reaches desired thickness. Reduce heat to low and whisk in 1 to 2 tsp mellow miso (or to taste) until all dissolved. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in some chopped greens and mix until greens just wilted. Remove from heat. Mix with about 3 to 4 cups cooked pasta and about 3/4 cup cooked white beans, or preferred amount. Top with fresh thyme leaves and red chili flakes...yum!

TOMATO TOFU This is a Vietnamese dish, I had it for the first time when I visited the country last year and fell in love. Such a simple dish but so delicious! I haven’t been able to replicate the exact dish I had, but I feel like I’ve come pretty close and it’s now a regular on our weekly menu. Tofu is one of those things I had never really eaten before becoming vegan but now something I eat daily, even if you aren’t vegan, I can assure you, you’ll love this one. Most people would know that alone, tofu has no flavour, so incorporating it into flavourful dishes or marinating it is essential. Be sure to let me know if you are going to try this one and don’t forget to save it! Ingredients 1 x 450g block perfectly firm tofu from @woolworths_au 1 x can organic diced tomatoes 1/2 cup Italian Passata 1 x medium brown onion diced 1 tbsp olive oil 1 heaped tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp tamari (or chosen soy sauce) 1 tsp sugar (I used coconut sugar) Salt and pepper to taste (I use 1 tsp salt and 10 turns of cracked pepper) Method 1. Cut tofu into your desired shapes, I usually just cube it. You want them to be about 2 cm thick so that when you fry them, there’s still some tender tofu to bite into. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Pat each slice of tofu as dry as you can before slipping them into the oil. Fry until a nice, uniform, golden crust is formed and let drain on some paper towel. Once all tofu is fried, set aside. 2. In the same pan fry onion on medium heat until softened and translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. 3. Add the canned tomatoes and passata to the pan with the tamari and sugar. Lower to a steady simmer and cook for about 15 minutes until the tomatoes have broken down a bit and excess water has evaporated. Mix the tofu in or serve the sauce drizzled over the top, whatever you’d prefer. (I usually stir it in) 4. Taste your sauce, add the salt and pepper as required and stir. 5. Serve with your choice of sides! My go to is rice and veges. Enjoy! Makes 4 serves at 219cals per serve with 21.4g protein.

You guyyyyysss this is like the most delicious quick and simple pasta recipe ever!!! Its a staple in my household bc its just TOO good 🤤 and takes almost zero time and effort to make! grab the recipe below 🤗 ••• 1/2 package spaghetti 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 package cherry tomatoes 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced 1 pinch thyme 3 tbsp olive oil Dash garlic powder Salt and pepper ••• Preheat oven to 400°. Toss tomatoes in 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper and roast for 10-12 minutes. While thats going, cook spaghetti according to directions. In a small saucepan, sautee the mushrooms in a little olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic powder. While all thats going, mince the garlic and place in a large saucepan with the other tbsp olive oil and thyme. Sautee until fragrant, being careful not to burn it. When the pasta is done, rinse it and add it, along with the mushrooms, to the saucepan and mix well. When the tomatoes are done, add them to the plated pasta. Soul warming butternut squash soup😁 Sweet and a little spicy is exactly what you need on a cold winter night. Butternut squash is an excellent source of vitamin A and will help you to keep healthy during the cold season. This recipe is super easy and I hope you are able to make it! What you will need is 2 butternut squashes 4 onions ( 2 red and 2 sweet) 1 red apple 2 cups of vegetable broth Curry powder Grated ginger or ginger powder Nutmeg powder Full fat coconut milk 6 leaves of kale Directions Bake the squash in an oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until soft - about an hour and a half. Sauté the 2 sweet onions in a pot with some olive oil. Add in all the spices and the vegetable broth. Cube the apple and mix it in, scoop out the squash (minus the seeds - save those for roasting) and mix it in as well. Let the apples get soft while keeping the soup at a simmer. In a pan, sauté the red onions in olive oil and add in the kale, ripping the leaves with your hands. Keep a lid on the pan as the steam will decrease the size of the kale. When the apple cubes are soft, use an immersion blender to mix everything together until there are no lumps, add in the coconut milk along with salt and pepper to taste and your soup is done! Top it with kale and onion, serve. Let us know what you think if you try the recipe! A new #MealPrepMonday recipe for you! We tried @uptonsnaturals jackfruit over a year ago and loved it and then it seemed to disappear. Well last week I stumbled upon it again in the freezer section at Walmart. I keep seeing it in my freezer but don't feel like a bbq jackfruit sandwich so I found a recipe for Vegan Potato Jackfruit Stew on Pinterest from http://www.veggiesociety.com and decided to modify it a bit, like I do! . . I am a crockpot lover, especially for stews and soups. I added 1 box of Upton's Naturals BBQ Jackfruit, 1 carton vegetable stock, a handful of small yellow potatoes diced into cubes, 10 baby carrots cut into thirds, half of a red onion, 1 tsp diced garlic and a handful of cherry tomatoes (chopped). I then added some paprika, thyme, dry oregano, onion powder and chili powder to taste for a smoky flavor. I set it on high for 4 hours. . . What is your favorite jackfruit recipe?

Hey my lovies!!! Sorry ive been pretty MIA lately; finals week was crazy and i had to work a lot AND get ready to go on a three week vacation! 😅 but finals are done and i did really well and i dont have to work again until i get back and we are at brandon's inlaws for the weekend until we fly out to michigan tomorrow for christmas! Yay! ❤🌲i havent been home for christmas in three years and brandon has never spent a christmas with my midwest fam so im super excited about this trip 😌💖 but im getting lu to sleep right now and i finally have a moment to share a meal with you guys 😁 ••• this was a super quick throw together meal i partly picked up from the store the night before we left. It was sooOoooOo good and consisted of spinach, a @drpraegers veggie burger, sprouts, avo, and a quinoa medley from hillary's, plus a lemon tahini dressing bc of course 🤤 swipe to see what frozen goodies i used. ••• I usually like to cook from scratch to keep my waste down and control what goes in our meals, but sometimes busy lives necessetate a bit of convenience! Vegan Christmas Wreath 💥 This recipe is vegan with spinach, pine nuts and tofu as a centrepiece for a meat-free Christmas Day. 🔸 250g spinach 🔸 250g silken tofu 🔸 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 🔸 50g pine nuts, toasted 🔸 Nutmeg 🔸 2 garlic cloves, crushed 🔸 2 lemons, zested 🔸 1 small pack dill 🔸 1 tbsp sour cherries 🔸 ½ tbsp dried cranberries 🔸 Flour, for rolling 🔸 500g block shortcrust pastry 🔸 Almond milk 1️⃣ Put the spinach in a colander, then pour over a kettle of boiling water and leave to wilt. Once cool, wring out the excess moisture using a clean tea towel, then chop the spinach and put in a large bowl. Stir in the tofu, oil, pine nuts, nutmeg, garlic, lemon zest, chopped dill and fruit until well combined, season generously and set aside. 2️⃣ On a floured surface, roll the pastry out into a rectangle. Leaving a 1cm border, spoon the spinach mixture on the pastry. Create a wreath shape and stick together with almond milk. Transfer the wreath to a baking tray lined with baking parchment, let chill for 20 mins. 3️⃣ Heat oven to 200C/180C. Cut slashes across the top of the wreath with a sharp knife. Mix almond milk with olive oil and brush over the wreath. Bake for 40-45 mins until golden brown. Let sit 10 minutes to "marinate". Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet. Broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes, until the cauliflower is beginning to char on the edges. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, cook 5 minutes. Add the remaining garlic and ginger, cooking another 5 minutes. Stir in the spices, cook 1 minute. ⠀⠀ Add the tomato paste and remaining 2 cups coconut milk. Stir to combine, bring the sauce to a boil, cook 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in coconut oil. Add the cauliflower and any juices on the pan. Cook 5 minutes, until the sauce coats the cauliflower. Stir a handful of cilantro. Pro-tip: when you make my fettucine alfredo, add some sliced mushrooms and spinach to the pan after you sautee the garlic and onion (and put them in the blender), sprinkle with salt and pepper, sautee and add to your finished pasta dish. Its a game changer, i promise 😉 alfredo recipe below 😁 ••• 2/3 c raw cashews (soaked for at least a few hours) 1/2 c nutmylk of choice (does not have to be unsweetened; use what you have) 1/2 yellow onion (chopped) 3 cloves garlic (minced) 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp salt Juice of half a lemon ••• In a small saucpan, sautee the olive oil, onions, and garlic together until fragrant and the onions are translucent. While thats going, rinse and drain your cashews and place them in a blender or food processor. Follow with the rest of the ingredients, including the onions and garlic once they are finished. Blend until completely smooth. You can transfer it to a saucepan to heat if youd like but honestly i just microwave mine once ive plated it hahaha. Beetroot Wellington, with spinach and mushrooms 😋 I haven’t been home a lot recently so decided yesterday to do something extravagant! Great idea for people looking for vegan Xmas meal ideas? 💡 Method- Wilt spinach in a bit of garlic and nutmeg, put to one side. Caramelise onions and put to one side. Chop and cook mushrooms in fresh thyme. Once all have cooled assemble the wellington using ready made puff pastry (gluten free if you like) adding cooked beetroot on top. You guyyyyyys!📣 This is one of my favorite easy meals to whip up when im pressed for time. It really only takes as long to put together as your quinoa does to cook! Simple, delicious, and perfect for leftovers (or parties) too bc the recipe makes a bunch! I added simple baked tofu to mine but its delish on its own or in a wrap/bowl with hummus 🤤 Get the recipe below 💚🌱 ••• 1 cup (uncooked) quinoa 1 jar sliced green olives 1 jar sliced kalamata olives (keep the juice!) 1 can hearts of palm (sliced) 1/2 jar sundried tomatoes 1/2 medium red onion (diced small) 1 tbsp balsamic vinegrette 4 tbsp kalamata olive juice ••• Place your quinoa in a saucepan with 2 cups of water and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook 15 minutes (until all water is absorbed). In the meantime, place all your other ingredients in a large (non-plastic) bowl (setting kalamata juice aside) and mix them together (i like to halve or quarter my sundried tomatoes but you dont really have to). When the quinoa is done cooking, add it to the bowl and mix everything until well combined. Dreamy sweet potato 🍠, mouthwatering tahini dressing...🤤 Cook it in one pot and enjoy or try the dressing alone for your other favorite meals 💁‍♀️ Anyways, how would you name this dish?😋 — Follow 🌱@gfvegang for more Vegan, Gluten-Free food recipes and inspiration✨❤️ — by @fivesechealth ✨ — (Link in her bio) RECIPE (serves 2) - ONE POT 2 cup sweet potato 1/2 cup quinoa, dry 1 cup water 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika Powder 2 cup kale - DRESSING 2 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tbsp maple syrup Water till desired consistency STEPS 1. Chop the sweet potato into bite sized cubes. Remove stems from kale and chop it into smaller pieces 2. Add dry quinoa, sweet potato cubes, spices and water to a large skillet. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes 3. In a small bowl make the dressing by adding tahini, lemon juice and maple syrup. Mix with a spoon until a thick paste forms and add small amounts of water until desired consistency is reached 4. When the quinoa and sweet potato have simmered for 10 minutes, add the kale and let simmer for another 5 minutes covered with a lid 5. Serve the Sweet potato quinoa mix on preferred plates and top with tahini dressing! .
