Tout ça ne vous dit pas ce que sont les Les ingrédients • 150g de Perles de soja Hello Bio® • 1 bouillon de légumes • 350g de petits pois et carottes cuits à l'eau • 1 oignon émincé • 1 gousse d'ail hachée • 20cl de lait de coco • 1 c. à soupe de curry • 2 c. à café de curcuma • 2 c. à café de paprika • sel, poivre La préparation Préparez 1/2 litre de bouillon de légumes. À ébullition, plongez-y les protéines Hello Bio® et laissez-les cuire pendant 15 minutes. Égouttez-les bien. Écossez les petits pois et pelez les carottes. Faites-les cuire 15-20 minutes dans un grand volume d’eau bouillante salée. Egouttez-les. Dans une cocotte, faites revenir oignon émincé et ail haché avec un let d'huile d'olive; ajoutez le lait de coco, les épices, salez et poivrez. Cauli gnocchi all the way! I sautéed it with some onions, chickpeas, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and some nooch of course. I tossed the whole thing over a salad made of lacinato kale, spinach, shredded cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes and avocado, with a lemon, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt dressing. O simplão e praticão que funciona! 🍀 Arroz integral - que eu deixei de molho por 3h e levou 15 minutos para cozinhar. 🍀Feijão - de molho desde ontem. Sem anti nutrientes e cozido em 8min, já com alho, cebola e sal. So yesterday after my workout i had plans to soak in a Epsom Salt bath! When you soak in a bathtub you can't lay back and float. Every time I have a hard workout that keeps me extra sore I will be soaking to relax my muscles at home. But when my whole body is actually worked sore I'll be floating in this tank. The water is only 10 inches so no worries you dont need to know how to swim. Its relaxing to the point where I can fall asleep and I think I do. Because I turn the light off in the pod and allow there music to play. My soak yesterday was for my muscle soreness and my lower back. I always leave relaxed and ready for the next day. Oh my body is extra silky when I'm done. If you have a float spa near you you have to try it. Trust me I still soak at home but with way more salt now. They use 1000 ponds of salt!!!! Vegan Indian Spiced Shepherd’s Pie. A lentil and barley filling, topped with mash and oozing with creamy cashew cheesy sauce - two ways. I’ve added traditional aromatic spices like garam masala, cumin and coriander powder to the filling. For some heat, I’ve used chilli flakes and green chillis. Before topping with creamy mash potato, I always put a layer of cashew cheesy sauce on the top of the filling. I’ve then added turmeric and paprika to the remainder of the cashew sauce and drizzled that over the mash topping. I also used a trick - from a food blogger, add tahini to the filling near the end of cooking (YES this works!) and you will have the creamiest lentil filling. While it’s spicy and vibrant, it is also cosy and comforting, and blends the familiar with the less traditional. Stir to combine until you have a sticky dough (the warm water makes it sticky and wet). 2. In a clean mixing bowl add 1/4 cup olive oil, and transfer dough to this bowl. Roll the dough to coat in the olive oil. Cover the bowl tightly with bees wrap, and transfer to the fridge overnight, or for up to two days. (Make sure the bowl is big enough for dough to double in size). 3. Remove dough from fridge and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Transfer dough onto tray. Push dough out with hands as best you can to cover tray entirely. Wait 30 mins to 1 hour for the dough to come to room temperature. It should soften and rise considerably. (Time is dependant on how warm your home is. In the winter it will take longer). 4. Preheat oven to 450F/230C. Pat focaccia dough again to ensure it is the same thickness throughout on the pan (about 1-inch thick). Then dimple the entire dough by pushing your fingers into the dough like you're playing piano. (If you have long nails you can do this with your knuckles). Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with more salt and pepper. 5. Decorate with thinly sliced red onion, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and rosemary. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Ingredients: 1 tbsp avocado oil 1 small yellow onion, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 carrots, chopped 3 celery stalks, chopped 3 yukon gold potatoes, cubed 2 cups dry lentils (brown, red, yellow or green) 2 cup chopped fresh tomatoes 2 cup chopped kale 8 cups vegetable broth 1 tsp dried rosemary 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp ground coriander 2 bay leaves 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper (plus more to taste) Steps: 1. In a large pot over medium heat, add the oil and onion. Stir until fragrant, then add the garlic, salt and pepper. Stir to mix, then add the carrots and celery. Cook while stirring for 3 minutes. 2. Add the cumin, rosemary, thyme, coriander and potatoes. Stir together and cook for an additional minute. 3. Add the tomatoes, lentils and broth. Stir together and bring to a simmer. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 40 minutes, stirring periodically (prevents the lentils from clumping together). 4. Remove bay leaves. Take 2 cups of the soup and blend in a blender (or use an immersion blender or potato masher). Add blended mixture back to the soup and mix. 5. Add the kale and cook for 5 minutes. Serve & enjoy! CHEESY HASH BROWNS 💚 Loving this recipe from Ben & Roxy of @wearesovegan Who would you share this with ? Ingredients 800 g potatoes (peeled) 2 carrots (grated) 1 onion (finely chopped) 3 garlic cloves (minced) handful of fresh parsley (finely chopped) 100 g vegan cheese (grated) 1 tbsp flax seeds 1 tbsp chickpea flour 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Method 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 2. Make a flax egg by combining the flax seeds with 2 tbsp of water in a small bowl. Leave to one side so the mixture thickens. 3. Meanwhile, grate the potatoes, then use a tea towel to remove as much moisture as possible by folding the towel around the grated potato and squeezing the excess water into a bowl. 4. Add the potato to a mixing bowl, along with the carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, cheese, flax egg, chickpea flour, salt and pepper. 5. Use a wooden spoon to combine all the ingredients together. Then take a small handful of the mixture and place it on a tray lined with baking paper. Shape the mixture into a small rectangle roughly one cm thick, then repeat until all of the mixture is used up. 6. Pero no vale pasar de foto... ¡Lentejas con calabizo! 🤤💃 (❁´◡`❁) Más fácil no puede ser: 1 taza de lentejas 1/2 taza de arroz integral 2 @chorizo_calabizo 1 puerto 2 zanahorias 1/2 pimiento rojo 1/2 cebolla 2 patatas medianas Un trozo de alga wakame seca 1 cucharadita de curry en polvo 1 cucharadita de carne de pimiento choricero Sal al gusto 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 Sofreímos las verduras bien picadas. Cocemos las lentejas, escurrimos y añadimos al sofrito. Añadimos el arroz. Añadimos 1 litro de caldo de verduras (luego rectificamos con agua si hace falta). Añadimos las especias y la carne de pimiento. A cocer y listo en unos 45 minutos. 🇬🇧 What's for lunch today?
