Leute, die sich einfach nur wichtig machen wollen. Heute sehe ich das sehr anders. * * Je nach Coach kann es sehr unterschiedlich sein, aber hier einige Punkte, die für mich sehr wichtig sind: - es geht nicht um direkte Lösungen von außen - es geht um eine Begleitung zur Findung der eigenen Antworten - der Coach hat keine feste eigene Vorstellung, was richtig für den anderen ist ist - das Ziel ist eine Weiterentwicklung und Veränderung von Kompetenzen, der Persönlichkeit und Gewohnheiten - das für mich stärkste am Coaching ist der Austausch mit jemandem, der mich versteht und mich an meine Pläne und Absichten erinnert - jemand der „individualisierte“ Inspiration gibt ohne mir vorzugeben, was ich im Detail zu tun habe - der Coach ist in einem bestimmten Bereich „weiter“ als ich und ich möchte davon profitieren um Energie und Zeit zu sparen - es ist wie eine vorübergehende Begleitung und Unterstützung auf der eigenen Reise, die schon alleine durch die Investition und die Entscheidung einen Coach zu nehmen, einen Kick Start Effekt hat - ohne eigenen Willen und Offenheit geht gar nix😜💙 * * Hast Du Fragen hinsichtlich des Coachings mit mir? Recipe: ROASTED POTATOES⠀ 1½ lb yellow or red baby potatoes⠀ olive oil (just enough to coat)⠀ large pinch of ground black pepper⠀ ¼ tsp salt⠀ ½ tsp dried oregano⠀ ½ tsp lemon juice⠀ 1 tsp dried thyme⠀ 2 cloves garlic, minced⠀ . . Instructions⠀ Preheat oven to 425°F.⠀ Wash potatoes and cut into halves.⠀ Place in a bowl, toss with salt, thyme, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and pepper.⠀ Bake for 25 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.⠀ Remove from oven, rearrange potatoes and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until they're golden brown and crisp.⠀ . . Vegan Peanut Curry from @mymeatlessmeals 🥜🌶 💕 Ingredients: [spice blend] • 2 tsp cumin • 2 tsp ground coriander seeds • 2 tsp paprika • 1 tsp turmeric • 1 tsp cayenne 🥔 • 150 onion • 1 tbs coconut oil • 1 tbs chopped garlic • 400 g bell peppers • 450 g zucchini (courgette) • 250 g potatoes, peeled and cubed • 1/2 cup peanuts* (or peeled almonds if you’re allergic* • 4 cups salted veggie broth • 2 tbs tomato purée (tomato paste) • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter (if you’re using unsweetened kind, add 1-2 tsp coconut sugar to the curry for a hint of sweetness) 🌱 Instructions: 1. Sauté onion with coconut oil until softened before adding slice blend and continue to stir on low heat, allowing the spices to cook become fragrant. DO NOT BURN THE SPICES. Add more oil if needed. 2. Add vegetables and fold everything together before adding vegetable broth. 3. Bring to a boil before adding peanuts and a bay leaf. Simmer on medium low heat for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are cooked and tender. 4. Add tomato purée and peanut butter and stir. Have a taste- add salt and coconut sugar if needed. Food-coma WHO? Oh, me. Don’t worry, it only lasted a few minutes and then I was so happy about my food choices! This is a protein packed salad with edamame, brussels sprouts, firm roasted tofu, carrots, chickpeas, yellow onion, beets & kale underneath it all! I sautéed the sprouts, onion & edamame. I roasted the carrots & tofu. I used leftover spicy chickpeas from yesterday. HOW CAN I MAKE SURE I'M GETTING ALL THE NUTRIENTS I NEED? ✨ I get this question at least once a week with my one-on-one nutrition counseling clients- and for good reason! Most of my clients have goals to eat a more plant-based diet (whether they're new to the lifestyle or have been vegan for years!), and just want to make sure they're making the best choices for their physical and mental health 🌿. . My answer is always multi-faceted: ✨Getting regular blood work and utilizing the results when working with a Registered Dietitian is the best way to make sure you're getting everything you need. We can be eating the proper nutrients for our bodies, but we can't determine how we'll process them. . ✨Eat a variety of foods. Studies show that getting a variety in your diet is one of the best ways to ensure getting the nutrients we need and keeps our gut microbiome diverse, which means a healthier gut (yay!). Try incorporating one new food a week to mix things up! . ✨Make sure you're taking a vitamin B12 vitamin if you're plant-based (even 80%), and a vitamin D supplement if you're in Canada or the Northern parts of the US. . ✨Work with a Registered Dietitian to make sure you're getting the diversity of foods that you need. It can be confusing with all of the conflicting information out there about nutrition, but as RD's, it's our job to decipher through the research and help YOU! This meal (but with roasted veg because veg makes everything better🤪🥦) is my favorite at the moment! It’s got me covered with my protein, healthy fats,carb and tastebud needs! - All you do is bake tempeh at 450F for about 20 mins until it’s ever so slightly crispy and light golden and you can bake your sweet potato at the same time because we’re all about that multitasking!😂👏 - I love mashing my avocado with my tempeh (but only after the pic of course😉) and and veggies are always a good addition to this meal!

Day 24 - Veganuary Sweet potato & bulgur wheat salad 🌱🥗 I haven’t quite recovered from having pizza 3 meals in a row so a salad was in order 😆 Bulgur is a high protein ingredient so ideal for adding to salads. Less than €2.00 for a big bowl of goodness!
