ВЕГАНСКОЕ ТИРАМИСУ🍫🌰 ⠀ Ну оочень вкусный рецепт и я не смог с вами им не поделиться🤗 Оно не просто вкусное, но и Мега полезное и как вы уже заметили по названию, на растительных продуктах👌 ⠀ Все что вам понадобиться: ⠀ ✅ Веганское молоко (сейчас продаётся везде, например популярное “Ne moloko”) ✅ Чиа (ранее у меня был пост, можете почитать где можно купить). ✅ Подсластитель (любой, который вы любите😉) ✅ Ванильный экстракт ✅ Какао ⠀ Все мешаем до густой консистенции ⠀ Вторую часть чиа и веганского молока смешать, чуть посолить и добавить пару капель лимонного сока и подсластитель. PASTA ALLA PUTTANESCA🍝 (Recipe makes 1 serving) 1 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves 1 tbsp fresh oregano 1 tsp chili (optional) 1 tsp salt 3 tbsp fresh basil 200g fresh plum tomatoes 3 mushrooms 70g whole wheat pasta 1. Add oilve oil, garlic, oregano, basil & tomatoes to a non stick pan and cool for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are soft. 2. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked. 3. Cook your pasta according to the package. 4. Add 5 tbsp of the pasta water to the pan before you drain the pasta water. 5. I grew up eating meat and dairy. I eliminated animal products from my diet because of my health. My stomach was on fire after many meals with that contained meat and 🤮 was the only way to fix it. So I gave up all animal products and I haven’t looked back so for me I don’t care how much I used to like meat...meat didn’t like me back so not eating it again was perfectly ok with me. There’s only one all vegan 🌱 restaurant in Tahoe, @simple.bliss.vegan.cafe, so of course I frequented there during my trip! I tried several menu items, but my fave was absolutely their famous Tahoe Burger! 🍔 This burger features their house lentil patty and house cashew cheez sauce + avo, lettuce, and tomato. Vegan Cabbage Soup 😍 Follow 👉 @vegan_universe Via @feelgoodfoodie . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoons olive oil 1 onion chopped 2 garlic cloves crushed/minced 3 celery stalks chopped 3 long carrots chopped Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or to taste 15 ounce canned diced tomatoes with their juices 4 ounces tomato paste 6 cups vegetable broth low sodium 1 small white cabbage chopped INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, celery and carrots and sauté for a few minutes until fragrant and tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste, oregano and cayenne. 2. Stir in the diced tomatoes and the tomato paste and mix well with the other ingredients. Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the cabbage and simmer for 20 minutes until cabbage softens. 3. Taste the soup and adjust seasoning as needed . . . . .

“Baked Vegan Mac and Cheese with Broccoli by @biancazapatka comforting! Get the recipe: (Makes 3 servings). Ingredients Broccoli Pasta Cheesy and 9 oz macaroni elbows or (gluten-free) pasta of your choice (250g) 1 head of broccoli cut into 2 cups small florets Vegan Cheese Sauce 1 medium russet potato 4 oz, peeled and cubed 1 small carrot peeled and halved 2/3 cup raw cashews 100g 1 cup water or more as needed 1 tbsp olive oil or canola oil 1 onion chopped, or sub 2 tsp onion powder 3 cloves garlic minced, or sub 1 tsp garlic powder 4 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp mustard or 2 tsp white miso paste 1 tsp sea salt or to taste 2 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar To Serve 2 cup dairy-free cheese shredded vegan parmesan cheese fresh herbs . Instructions Cook Pasta & Broccoli In a large pot of salted water cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, adding the broccoli florets to the pot in the last 2-3 minutes. Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C). Vegan Cheese Sauce Add the potatoes, carrots, cashews and 1 cups of water in a pot. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until soft enough to blend. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and a pinch of salt. Cook until tender and translucent, about 3 minutes. Then add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Once the potatoes are done, carefully pour the whole mixture (+ carrots, cashews and cooking water) into a blender along with the sautéed onion, garlic, nutritional yeast, mustard, salt, and lemon juice. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth, about 2 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides. (Add more water to desired consistency as needed. Taste and adjust seasonings.) Pasta Bake Once the pasta is al dente, drain the cooking water. Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet (which you used to cook the onion so you don't need to rinse it). Pour the vegan cheese sauce over the pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with dairy-free cheese or crumb topping as desired and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F and grease a 8” (20cm) tart tin. 2. For the crust, place all ingredients into a food processor until you have a sticky and crumbly dough. Transfer to the tart tin and press down evenly to the bottom and up the sides. Fill with baking beans, place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. 3. Add the coconut cream, maple syrup, and lime juice to a medium pot over high heat. Bring to a boil, add in the agar agar and let simmer for 1 minute until it has dissolved. Use a whisk to mix everything together. 4. Pour into a heat-resistant high speed blender, add the cashews and ocean blend and blend on high until smooth. 5. Smoky vegan black-eyed peas and greens for a lucky new year! . ✅Ingredients - 225 grams (1/2 pound) dried black-eyed peas - 1 tablespoons oil - 1 medium onion, diced - 5 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 medium-sized red bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1/4 teaspoon pepper - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder - 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano - 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper - 2 bay leaf - 2 – 3 cups vegetable stock - 1 bunch (about 175 grams/6 oz) chard leaves or spinach, cut into strips - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or liquid smoke - 2 green onions, chopped . ✅Instructions 1. Soak the dried black-eyed peas in water overnight. Drain and rinse. 2. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Sautee the onion, minced garlic and red pepper until soft. Add the black-eyed peas, all the spices except the smoked paprika, bay leaves and enough vegetable stock to cover the peas by 2.5 cm (1 inch). Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Simmer for about one hour to 1.5 hours or until the beans are soft. Watch them carefully and add more stock if the pot is getting dry before the beans are done. You are looking for soft, creamy beans in a thick gravy-like sauce. 3. When the beans are done, remove the pot from the heat and stir through the chard and smoky paprika or liquid smoke. Cover the pot for a couple minutes to allow the chard to wilt from the remaining heat. Gảnish 3. with chopped green onions and serve with cornbread, rice or quinoa. . . : 5 roma tomatoes 1 orange bell pepper 1/2 cup fresh basil 2-3 garlic cloves 1 tbsp avocado oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp oregano (optional) Steps: 1. Mix the tomatoes, bell pepper and garlic with oil and salt so that they are coated. 2. Roast on a baking sheet for 18 minutes at 400 F. 3. Remove the skins of the tomatoes and bell pepper. (This creates a creamier texture and removes the bitterness of the skins. If you want to leave the skins on, that’s fine but the flavor will be slightly more bitter and the texture less smooth.) 4. Add the tomatoes, bell pepper and garlic to a blender with the basil and oregano. Blend until creamy and serve! Tomato spicy “tuna“ rolls by @lindseyeatsla 🍅 🍣 Ingredients: 4-5 roma tomatoes 1⁄4 cup @califiafarms Go Coconuts 1⁄3 cup vegan mayo 1 T sriracha 1 tsp Sugar 1⁄4 tsp Salt 1 T Sesame oil 1 T sesame seeds 2 tsp soy sauce ~ Boil water in a big pot. In the meantime, poke holes all around your tomatoes. Place in the boiling water until you see the skin start to form off a bit. Quickly place in ice water and start to peel off the skin of the tomatoes (they should come right off). + Slice around the seeds of the tomatoes and roughly chop. Place in a bowl with vegan mayo, go coconuts, sriracha, sugar, salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds and soy sauce. Next, strain to get some of the liquid out, but don’t strain all the way - you want some of the liquid. Make your rolls with seaweed, sticky rice, asparagus, avocado and cucumber. . Vegan Cheesecake Brownies! 🍫🍰😏 No further description needed. 😳 follow👉@foodloveror Brownies layer: 1 cup (125g) all purpose flour ⅓ cup (28g) cacao powder ⅓ cup (65g) coconut sugar ½ tsp baking powder pinch of salt 4oz (120g) dark vegan chocolate, melted ⅓ cup (60ml) vegan butter/coconut oil, melted ½ tsp vanilla extract ⅓ cup almond butter ½ cup (80ml) soy/almond milk Cheesecake layer: 1 cup (240ml) vegan yogurt ½ cup cashews, soaked 1 Tbsp cornstarch Toppings: ½ cup (85g) vegan chocolate chips —•—Method—•— 1. Place the flour, cacao powder, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium size bowl and whisk together. 2. Melt the chocolate and add the butter, vanilla extract, almond butter and milk to it. Whisk together until you have a smooth mixture, then add to the dry ingredients. Combine with a spatula and set aside. 3. Place the cashews, vegan yogurt and cornstarch into a high-speed blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth. 4. Line a 8" (20cm) brownie tin with parchment paper, grease the sides preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F. 5. Scoop ½ of the brownie batter into the tin and spread evenly. Add the cheesecake mixture on top and even out carefully. Add the remaining ½ of the batter on top and use a toothpick or fork to create swirls. 6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes (depending on how gooey you want them). Let cool down for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.

METHOD 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Drain and dry the tofu then cut into 3rds length ways and then into 1.5cm slices width ways. 3. Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and flour on a small plate. On another small plate combine the soya milk with sweet chilli sauce. 4. Break down the cornflakes into crumbs by placing in a food processor or in a zip-lock bag and hitting with a rolling pin. Then transfer the cornflake crumbs to a big plate. 5. Coat the tofu pieces first with the flour mix, then the milk and finally in the cornflakes, 6. White Chocolate Babka! 📷 by @thetastyk 🚨🚨Recipe: Dough: 1 Tbsp (11g) instant yeast 1/4 cup (55g) vegan butter, melted 1 cup (250ml) soy milk 3 1/4 cups (420g) all-purpose flour 1/4 cup (52g) sugar, divided 1 Tbsp (11g) baking powder Filling: 120g white vanilla chocolate 2 Tbsp slivered almonds Extra: Soy milk (for brushing) Method 1. Heat the soy milk until warm to the touch and pour into a bowl. Add 1 Tbsp out of the 1/4 cup sugar, as well as the instant yeast and gently stir until combined. Set aside for 5 minutes until foamy. 2. Combine the vegan butter and the baking powder and let rest for 3 minutes until foamy. 3. Place 3 cups of the flour and remaining sugar in a large bowl and whisk together. Add in the yeast and the butter mixture and combine with a wooden spoon, then use your hands to knead for 5-8 minutes. You want the dough to be moist but not too sticky. Add in the remaining 1/4 cup flour as needed. 4. Grease a clean bowl with oil and place the dough ball inside. Cover with a towel and let rest in a warm place for 1 hour. 5. In the meantime melt the chocolate until smooth. 6. Once the dough has doubled in size, place it on a floured surface and roll it out to a 12-x16-inch (30x40cm) rectangle. Spread out the chocolate on top leaving a 0.8 inch (2cm) border around all sides and sprinkle the almonds on it. 7. Starting from one side, roll up the dough tightly until you have a long log. Use a sharp knife to cut it lengthways, then lift one half over the other and repeat this step until it has formed a twist. Gently lift into a loaf tin covered with parchment paper and let rest for another 45 minutes. 8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush the babka with soy milk and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool down for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with vegan butter and maple syrup. Tomato spicy “tuna“ rolls by @lindseyeatsla 🍅 🍣 Ingredients: 4-5 roma tomatoes 1⁄4 cup @califiafarms Go Coconuts 1⁄3 cup vegan mayo 1 T sriracha 1 tsp Sugar 1⁄4 tsp Salt 1 T Sesame oil 1 T sesame seeds 2 tsp soy sauce ~ Boil water in a big pot. In the meantime, poke holes all around your tomatoes. Place in the boiling water until you see the skin start to form off a bit. Quickly place in ice water and start to peel off the skin of the tomatoes (they should come right off). + Slice around the seeds of the tomatoes and roughly chop. Place in a bowl with vegan mayo, go coconuts, sriracha, sugar, salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds and soy sauce. Next, strain to get some of the liquid out, but don’t strain all the way - you want some of the liquid. Try it out for yourself: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨ FULL RECIPE ✨ [Serves: 2] 1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 200*C. Peel and dice 2 potatoes and coat with olive oil, mixed herbs, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder & salt + pepper. Evenly spread out onto a lined baking tray. 2️⃣ Cut up half a cauliflower into florets and coat in olive oil, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, curry powder & salt + pepper. Add to tray. 3️⃣ Cut 1/4 small pumpkin into thick slices and coat with a mixture of sesame oil mixed with miso paste. Add to the tray and pop everything into the oven. 4️⃣ At the 30 minute mark or when the cauliflower is golden, take it out. Allow the pumpkin & potatoes to cook for 50-55 mins total or until golden. 5️⃣ While they are baking, prep any other veg of your choice! I blanched some broccolini, fried up corn + black beans and cut up a cucumber & avocado. 6️⃣ When ready, assemble your bowl by placing a handful of greens (eg. rocket/arugula) in, followed by all your remaining ingredients. I served mine with a balsamic reduction and bam!!! (LINK BIO @thetastyk ) —•—Ingredients—•— Crust: 1 cup almond flour 1 cup gf all purpose flour 2 Tbsp coconut butter, melted 4 Tbsp coconut oil, melted 1 Tbsp maple syrup Filling: 1 15oz (400ml) can full-fat coconut cream 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/8 cup lime juice 1 tsp agar agar powder 1/2 cup cashews, soaked 1 Tbsp @unicornsuperfoods Ocean Blend Topping: 1/2 cup blueberries 1/4 cup blackberries zest of 1 lime —•—Method—•— 1. Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F and grease a 8” (20cm) tart tin. 2. For the crust, place all ingredients into a food processor until you have a sticky and crumbly dough. Transfer to the tart tin and press down evenly to the bottom and up the sides. Fill with baking beans, place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. 3. Add the coconut cream, maple syrup, and lime juice to a medium pot over high heat. Bring to a boil, add in the agar agar and let simmer for 1 minute until it has dissolved. Use a whisk to mix everything together. 4. Pour into a heat-resistant high speed blender, add the cashews and ocean blend and blend on high until smooth. 5. Poor into the tart tin and transfer to the fridge for 2-4 hours. VEGAN CHRISTMAS by @n.vegan.h Try making this simple seven ingredient peppermint bark recipe this holiday season. Smooth dark chocolate, a peppermint coconut butter layer, and crushed candy canes is the perfect combination for a healthy Christmas candy. ✅Ingredients - 1 cup dark chocolate chips - 1/2 cup coconut oil softened - 1/2 cup coconut butter softened - 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup - 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 2-3 candy canes or crushed peppermint candies ✅Instructions By: @n.vegan.h 1- Place chocolate chips in a double boiler or a glass bowl over a boiling pot of water and melt until the chocolate is a smooth consistency. 2- Pour melted chocolate into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper. 3- Place pan in the freezer for 10 minutes to let chocolate solidify. 4- Slightly melt the coconut oil and coconut butter until it's a thick icing consistency. Add remaining ingredients and whisk together. 5- Take pan out of the freezer and spread coconut mixture over the chocolate using a rubber spatula. 6- Top with crushed candy canes or peppermint candies. Place in the freezer to set completely (about 1-2 hours) 7- Once set, remove from the freezer and break into pieces. 8- Store in freezer. Enjoy!!! . 👉Notes - If you do not have a double boiler, you can create one by placing a small pot into a slightly larger pot that is filled with a small amount of water. - Use refined coconut oil if you don't want a strong coconut flavor. - If you are concerned about artificial colors and flavors in candy canes, I suggest buying a brand that fits those needs!
